The hotel is comfortable, well located, just near the metro station, with the underground parking. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfy and clean. Would be great to have minibar of fridge in the room and better sound isolation. Regarding the parking it would be better to have more places reserved for the hotel guests.

Clean, tidy, fine. Good price/quality. Kind staff. Close to metro and tram. Few minutes until you're in the centre. Unfortunately no kettle in the room. But there is a small shop in the lobby with food and drinks. Breakfast is sweet. Not a lot of choice if you don't like to eat sweet in the morning. Where do they eat donuts for breakfast?

Good place, clean and tidy, comfortable, friendly and kind receptionists, room quiet comfortable bed clean bathroom. Below is a disco the B58 you can happen with the evening organized type Sunday with Hip hop. Very good breakfast Buckwheat cake and very good blueberries. All pleasant and good level. Remarkable difference with the B&B of Naples center which leaves to be desired on several fronts.

Buen sitio para estar un par o tres de noches, parada de tranvia y metro a pocos metros de la entrada. Servicio muy atento y amable, habitacion limpia y en buen estado. Wi-Fi gratis y rápida. Desayuno algo caro pero abundante y de buena calidad. No es muy céntrico pero rápidamente se llega al centro en transporte público.

Comfy rooms, albeit sparsely furnished, nice shower room, and over the road from a metro station. Very reasonable priced simple breakfast. Only drawback was the bass sound from the nightclub next door.

I travel for delight every weekend, so in the room I wanted the football games serie A, which I had been promised. But I discover only there (time of the game) that you in the room there was SKY, but the games could only be seen in the apartments. Shame… it's like offering chocolates and finding out though that the box is empty… Not even the chance to buy it… For me you can close…

We stayed only for one night in our short stay in Milan but the B&B Hotel was perfect. Great location, well connected with both Metro and Tram. Everything was basic but VERY WELL executed. I will come back.

Good hotel. Friendly, good morning. We felt the situation as not a 10 out of 10. But it is quite quiet despite the fire brigade headquarters right next to it.

Mindful of a previous visit to Milan in 2016, having stayed at this B. & B. I decided to go back as I found everything to be very good. Staff professionalism, cleanliness, great buffet at breakfast in the morning and maximum willingness to solve any situation. All perfect in short. I will be back for sure the next time I come to Miano.

Cute, nice and cozy. Nice and friendly staff… very clean rooms, only flaw: in the room where I was staying it died of heat, even detaching the heating. The air was very dry and caused me some asthma. For the rest everything OK. Also the breakfast was very rich and varied, with so much choice. Fast Elevators. Great area, close to tram and Metro stop. View of the monumental cemetery etc. Recommended!

Nice, clean rooms with big comfortable bed. Hot wather allday, Wi-Fi signal good. Receptionist was kind and helpfull.

Relationship quality price very good, no frills in the rooms, but with a very nice design. The only thing that detracts is the reception, very small. The breakfast although simple is very good for the price, with fresh juices, fruits, scrambled eggs, etc.

The hotel is brand new and extremely well located. The reception is very friendly. The hotel is equipped with a small shop at the reception which is well-stocked with various products (cakes, chocolate, chips, etc. ). The rooms are large and very functional. The bathroom is large and bright. Underground parking is made available for payment. Everything is very well thought out and the whole thing very well maintained. Go ahead you will not be disappointed. I will return to this hotel from my next visit to Milan.

All perfect. Comfortable room with a great view of the Milanese skyline, just as requested during the booking. Quiet rooms. Great cleaning Not to mention the comfort and proximity to the Metro for any displacement. Recommended.

The hotel is beautiful and well located for access to the centre of Milan (15mn by tram) and for the activities.
It has more than one underground parking.
On the other hand there is 1 nightclub or club just below the hotel so next to the side where your room is located this can be disturbing.
The rooms are poorly insulated.

The hotel was in a quiet location very pleasant and good to find. It was well connected to public transport. Overall clean and well maintained.
Breakfast could be a little better. Missing large cups for tea and some vegetables would have been nice.

Very nice new rooms, modern design, fast Wi-Fi and friendly staff. Some rooms have amazing view over Milan. Very good lights in the room. Metro stop just in front of hotel. I don’t like their heating system.

We stayed for one night! Clean, spacious and well-soundproofed room abroad! But they felt quite well the noises for the corridor! Great price! The location is quite convenient: close to both the tram and the Metro! The purple Metro is not the most comfortable for the center, but for one night and for the price I would say we are!

This was the sixth or seventh time I've stayed at this property and there is a reason — it is consistent. The property is well maintained, offers a quality product for a reasonable price and the staff are all competent. Vlad deserves special acknowledgment as he always manages to exceed expectations. The only uncomfortable/negative thing that occurred during this stay was that the roomheat was a bit high for sleeping and my attempts to lower it were, for some reason, unsuccessful. I brought this to Vlad's attention the following morning and by the next evening — problem resolved. I will return to the property again on my next trip to Milan as it's location can't be beat. Close enough to the city center (with a new subway station far enough away to make downtown accessible in less than 10 minutes) but far enough away that you can get a beautiful view of the skyline and be removed from the crowds.

It would have been perfect without this disco at the foot of the hotel, it's a heresy! The soundproofing of the windows being catastrophic, we are good for a sleepless night! Otherwise very good bedding and very nice room, it's really a pity. Breakfast OK but pretty cool atmosphere.
