Quiet Hotel. Comfortable rooms. Pretty in the middle. There are plenty of niches nearby to eat. Friendly staff.

Great location for Metro trips. Many places below for wine tastings. Pizzeria Neapolitan pretty much under the room.

Very friendly, clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very close to the metro station I will be back.

It was a very nice Hotel. Stop I put a few steps, cured rooms and breakfast self with products of choice both savory and sweet. Recommended.

Great city Hotel. Central and not expensive. Clean and quiet. Strategic location. The single rooms are really tiny. Considering the difference the double.

Clean Hotel and very friendly people. Medium-Small size single rooms, medium-large doubles. In Winter They are really hot and you can regulate their temperature. Spacious and complete bathrooms. Every day everything is rearranged and clean. Breakfast not included but can be requested even the same morning.

The hotel is very close to the metro station so it's really easy to get anywhere in the city. Staff is very helpful and available 24/7. Breakfast was quite good even though it didn't have a lot of options available, but still, there were fresh oranges so you could make a real orange juice instead of the preprocessed stuff. Only complaint I have is that with the hotel being so close to the metro station you're going to hear the train come and go — the room is very quiet otherwise. If this is something that might bother you you should probably ask for a room that doesn't have a window facing via Marghera. Lots of retail stores and restaurants nearby to eat and do a bit of shopping, McDonald's across the street, a few banks in a 50m radius and a tobacconist open 24/7 very close should you wish to smoke and find yourself out of cigarettes. All in all I'd recommend the hotel if you are in Milan for a quick trip and just need a place to rest.

Nice Hotel, decently priced. Double Rooms spacious, single rooms quite small. Nice and clean. Shower was too small but other than that was quite a pleasant stay.

Fine hotel and friendly staff. not soundproof. You hear everything. Toilet flush from the guests. The fridge in the room and People at the hall. And the metro underneath You like Thunder. very small elevator. fine breakfast. friendly maids. And clean. close to everything. You get what You Pay for. All in All it has been fine. We have a balcony.

Clean, basic, good soundproofing though you hear the subway under the hotel. Which actually didnt bother at 2nd floor. Location is great esp. Regarding the price.

Stayed there last weekend with a friend, went to a football match, saw the sight's and came home. (brilliant).

BOOKING BEWARE! POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE My hotel reservation was made and cancelled in writing within 12 hours of booking it. There was no policy stating that NO REFUNDS. There was something regarding you must cancel within 48 hours but given this was a booking and cancellation within 12 hours is not addressed. I never rendered there services and after several attempts via email and phone calls they will not give me a refund of just charge a cancellation penalty. They even charged my the tourist tax of 3 euro per person. WHAT A MISTAKE to book there.

Very high cost compared to what ffettivamente is the service. Near downtown and in a strategic position, it is in a street with restaurants and pubs for appetizers.
The structure is not bad, indeed is also taken care of and also the breakfasts are plentiful with a wide choice but the problem are spaces. Too tight all around, corridors, elevators, rooms.
I also have an unpleasant memory. At 6 in the morning alarm clock because in the room next door there was a couple VERY CLOSE he was making us feel at all the hotel their amorous effusions.

Very Very bad! It's no clean, small room, and every 20 minutes it's like an earthquake. The Metro (Wagner station) is under the hotel! The breakfast is poor and haven't fruits, all the service is not sufficent! Please take care before booking, instead a triple room i've a single room! Complete disaster.

Very good value for your money. Small and freindly hotel in good area with lots of restaurants and small boutiques, and right beside the metro station Wagner. Rooms are small but clean and cozy, staff is friendly. The breakfast is good considering the Italian standard. And you can always pop in one of the many cafeterias nearby:).
