Very nice hotel with large and clean rooms. The staff is friendly and professional although breakfast could be improved. Little assistance and if you arrive shortly after opening many things are still not there. Average price. Overall very good.

Good coT performance and nice location. Room is different from normal chain hotels (ie holiday inn), mire feel like gorgeous. Inner side room is quiet enogh.

Great accomodating and professional staff. Room was good, but the bed was heaven! Great location cause you're less than 2 Min away from the main metro station that brings you directly to the duomo in 2-3 stops, and next to the hotel you have one of the main arteries of Milano. Great for shopping.

Nice hotel. Clean and helpful staff. However, I did find the bathroom layout a little cramped in the single room I stayed in.

4-Star Hotel… Sincerely not at the height, the rooms need restoration, small, full of furnishings, with a small closet uncomfortable. The breakfast room… The tables of the buffet covered with crumpled tablecloths arranged without any care, the waiter just lifted the customers from the breakfast table, with his hands dusting the tablecloth throwing the crumbs on the ground and leaving the same, spotted for the next guests, even the Uniform of the attendant needs to be renewed! The management of the rooms goes magazine absolutely, during my stay more customers returned in the afternoon to the hotel did not yet have the rooms tidied up… Just haven't been redone, because you forget… We hope that the management, make these comments of its customers to improve.

The rooms are very small but the staff are very nice and the breakfast is very good.

Business travellers beware: this hotel has no ironing boards, nor a service to iron shirts overnight. A very unpleasant surprise in a 4-star hotel! As mentioned below, I can confirm the room is very hot (even in November) and there’s no power socket by the bed, a minor inconvenience but still odd. Lukewarm shower. On the upside, the location is good for tourists and the building is old and beautiful.

Wonderful! A little old Style… large and cozy rooms… bathroom with Jacuzzi… close to Metro M1 in Milan… Overall 4 stars.

Excellent reception, available to organize a salad on Sunday evening when the kitchen was closed, I was able to train in their small but comfortable gym in all serenity.
Less effective CheckOut management the next morning.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the desk. My 1 person room was small, but it looked really pretty. The rooms were quite warm, I could not set the temperature lower than 19, 5 degrees, which is way too hot for me. But that seems to be an Italian thing, because all the other hotels I stayed in were really warm too.

The Reception staff are very welcoming and offering excellent service. The room is large enough to remain cozy. The bathrooms has got the highest points: douche and jacuzzi are designed in a nice and tiny manner. The location is quite convenient at 30 min walking distance to the Duomo square.

All the comforts in the room, very comfortable bed. Only downside too hot in the room and difficulty adjusting the temperature, although the staff immediately engaged to look for remedy.

I stayed at the Capitol a couple of nights for work and I think it is a great property, it is a short walk to the metro and allows you to quickly get to both the fair area and the city center.
The breakfast is plentiful and with always fresh products, also the friendly staff is very courteous and efficient.

Excellent service. I stayed one night with my 2 year-old daughter and was extremely pleased with the friendly and professional service. We had everything we needed to have a good time in Milan. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Very difficult communication Loud guests Much too hot in the room and heather cannot turned off, it stayed 20+ degrees. Restaurant: again very difficult communication, asked for dish x, waiter confirmed, but still brought the wrom dish. I asked to see the menu again for a desert, he never came back and just waited till I finished and left. It is definitely not worth the money or the four stars. Internet is very slow and does not work half of the time. Times on the information in the room (eg. About opening times of restaurant and room service) is incorrect. Room is very very small with only very unpractical energy plugs, nowhere near the bed for the alarm in the morning. I travel 50% of my time so spend a lot of time in hotels, and this is definitely below expectations and not acceptable. Would never recommend this hotel or stay here again.

The Hotel Capitol Milano is a pleasant place. The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is excellent and the location is excellent: close to the lovely center of Milano to be convenient with a short streetcar ride. But you have the feeling of a real Milanese neighborhood and not a tourist spot at this hotel. The neighborhood has fine shops and restaurants, and the nearby city food market is a treat.

Small, extortionate, unclean rooms, stuffy, haughty atmosphere. Barely any English TV channels and only 300MB Wi-Fi a day. Oh, and they tried to charge me for the mini bar on the way out.

This hotel is highly recommended. It offers very nice, clean rooms and a familial Abiance. It is located in a quiet, strong green Centre zone.
I was there because I exhibited in the Gallery of LO SPAZIO Museum of Sabrina Falzone is the very near. It has also a there close to very
large parking lot, the theatre, and there are many good shops in this neighbourhood.

Nice clean hotel, the room that I was given is a bit small.
