Very nice hotel with new amenities, nice fixtures and furnitures. I like the roofdeck breakfast place, so homey with sayings that enrich the mind and soul. Very accessible to the Train station (wagner stop).

2 min walk from metro station WAGNER. We had a very small room although I saw there was other bigger rooms. Amazing staff. Good breakfast.

I always come back here very willingly, not only for the place itself, comfortable and welcoming, but also for the staff, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Clean room, great breakfast (on the roof of the hotel! ), good location. But, old-style sockets (for a thin tracker), a bunch of all sorts of wires in the room and incomprehensible equipment. The TV table and it all took half the room.

The staffs here are friendly and very helpful. We had a great stay here. The bedroom was clean and spacious enough for us. It is located in a good place accessible to several interesting places around, so it's pretty easy to find restaurants or even book stores. It's also very near to metro station.

Great place to stay in Milan. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. There are plenty of eating places close by and is very safe to walk around in the streets to explore. The breakfast is amazing! The breakfast area is on the roof with class windows so you have an amazing view of the city and the food is really good!

The rooms are very small Very characteristic breakfast "on the roof": Even the food offered during the breakfast is of excellent quality. Carina the idea of the dispensers of jam/honey/Nutella bulk instead of the usual single portions.

In this hotel we were treated wonderful both at reception as the restaurant staff the rooms we had plus nice were sooo clean and the mattress was good to be able to rest in conditions at reception they helped with everything we We needed, the person who attended me to see how we could go to the secluded place where we had to move dedicated more than 10 minutes with a smile, and made several calls by phone, search the Internet, trace route…
We are very agradecid@s in the restaurant one of the women who attended us the two days, I do not know the name was Muuuuuy friendly and sympathetic.
We had prepared a wooden box with gluten free products for breakfast. A pleasure.

Very comfortable Hotel at the Wagner stop and with a modern style! The rooms are very spacious and well furnished! They are very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are modern and have everything you need for the necessities of service! Another component that made me put five stars and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff! Very prepared and sympathetic. The hotel is not at exorbitant prices but it really does offer a lot of great quality services.

Hotel is very well kept. Rooms are clean and the standard double room actually has a queen size bed, rather than two twin jammed together. Private bathroom was well sized with clean and new fittings. Breakfast on the roof terrace was very satisfying with quality meat and bread plus coffee. Very close to metro with only a 10min ride to central city areas. Great value for a stay in Milan, would return.

The room we got smelled of tobacco smoke pretty much like an old train car from the 70'. The breakfast room smelled of mold and I was disgusted looking around on the buffet wondering how long time the things lying there had actually been there. I'm not picky with food, but this was horrible. The owner went bananas when we had a disagreement regarding the price of the room which, in a way, was pretty entertaining. Anyway, if you dont get a really seriuously great deal, choose another hotel in the area because this hotel is crap. The area however is nice.
