A wonderful ambience with a fantastic view over the lake and the kitchen is molto delizioso.

I found an offer on Booking for a Deluxe Room at this hotel in Toscolano Maderno. I have been for 4 days and 3 nights and I have to say that I consider myself very satisfied. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room (with attached bathroom) clean and very spacious. The balcony was not really lakefront but still you could see a glimpse and the building is nestled in a beautiful green park. What about the kitchen? It's the hotel's flagship, especially when it comes to dinner: all delicious. The view of the lake while dining or breakfast is phenomenal. Well, maybe breakfast might be a little more varied, but I'm not complaining because there were several things anyway. The kindness of the room staff is commendable, note of praise to the maitre who always has a smile on his lips and inquires if everything is going well or if you need anything else.
As for the lake, there is a small private stone beach of the hotel where you can bathe in peace. The lake is really clean. I advise you not to forget the shoes to enter the lake. The sunbeds are rented with 5 euros a day and you can put them wherever you want in the park (not on the beach because it is not very large) but park and beach are practically attached.

Patricia is the star of this hotel. She was so helpful and friendly since we made the reservation. Rooms are good with a beautiful view. Breakfast is lovely. We had a nice swim in the lake with the kids. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Hotel, great Staff, good location… BUT way to close to the noisy road.

Beautiful location, spacious rooms and ample bathroom but no vacuum cleaner working (probably for annoying noise for other guests). Outdoor space for charming breakfasts. The staff was very helpful.

Clean and comfortable room wonderful view convenient to park exit in the street a little dangerous in front of 1 minute walk to pizzeria baby with pizza and delicious desserts.

A beautiful hotel with a fantastic view and a beautiful garden. A small private beach is also part of the property. The staff is very nice, the rooms fit to the whole ambiance and are very clean.

In a privileged position, it boasts a beautiful historical park close to the lake, Godibilissimo also in the cold season. Beautiful panorama from the De luxe rooms with access to the garden. In February Absolute Tranquillity. The most beautiful room in reality that in photos, tastefully furnished, well heated, impeccable linens, accessible bathroom for disabled. Despite the breakfast is a little ' limited in the salty (understandable, for 8 customers) there is still variety of choice and available we found two beautiful cakes in wedges, while being the last in the breakfast room. In the low season the staff is reduced but available. The hotel restaurant in winter is closed, but you can reach the centre of Toscolano by walking along a pedestrian lane along the lake, or, in front of the hotel there is a pizzeria, just cross the street.

Staff inadequate and there are if you would need something you do not know who to turn to, poor breakfast without a buffet, room just arrived cold, breakfast not made even on the last day, I say for what or paid and I was not given should give me something of money back. I won't go there anymore.

Excellent organization of the rooms, unfortunately the heating is a little slow but for the location, the rooms and for the kitchen is very nice even in winter.

The location is great. The property grounds are well kept and beautiful. The breakfast is great and the location is very soothing. The buildings however, are very old and outdated. The paint is chipped off the walls. The floors are loud and cracking. Some serious updates and renovations need to be made to the rooms and buildings. Be very careful when pulling in and out of the parking area. Despite having mirrors, you simply cannot see the oncoming traffic from either side and the cars are driving very fast. Other than that, it's a nice hotel.

Excellent! Very nice and helpful stuff, there is a privet beach (without sand — it is stone…) Good breakfast, nice restaurant and the rooms are good and clean, Take the lake side rooms because the view is amazing.

Great location! Property is really nice! However, keep in mind that the service at the Reception was way below the overall standard of the hotel.

Very good service in general. A small problem of humidity in the bathroom smell.
