Bathroom too small if you are a family of at least 3 people.

Entrance for a simple coffee. Very cold welcome, almost not even the greeting.

It is conveniently and quietly housed, the rooms are adequate to the number of guests (although the hotel deserves a slight modernization). The reception is really great and breakfast is aligned with the standards of other hotels (there is both sweet and salty). Recommended for stays in peace and silence (you can find yourself on the step of the Presolana). Wonderful view of the Seriana Valley.

The hotel was very clean and the location was very nice. The staff is particularly friendly, the kitchen simple but good and the breakfast sufficiently complete and assorted. Comfortable and functional rooms with simple and dated furnishings but in excellent condition. Strategic location for those who ski (facilities, rental and ticket office within walking distance) and extremely low prices make it an ideal destination for those who want to ski, love comfort and can renounce luxury.

Old but clean Hotel overall okay so price proportional to all the good and plentiful breakfast… on the kitchen Maybe it would be better less dishes but more cared for…

Great place to ski as a family.

Our first time here and first time skiing. Such fabulous service from all the staff who couldn't do enough for us. The snow had only just arrived so the daily mini bus to Monte Pora was super. My teenage daughter had an accident and ended up in hospital but the hotel staff did everything they could to take care of her the following day when she stayed in the hotel. The hotel was beautifully clean and catered for every need — nothing was too much trouble. We've already recommended it to lots of friends and will be returning. Thanks x.

Amazing family run hotel.
I came in February with friends. Was amazing, food was gorgeous, bedroom views were amazing and rooms were very clean. And most of all, the staff were lovely. So friendly! Especially the two young girls and Max.
Couldn't do enough to help.
Always brought us over nuts and pizzas in the evening.
Hotel was lovely and warm.
Got lifts to the ski slopes everyday.
Hotel staff got us all our ski stuff hired for us.
Very cheap for drinks in the evening.
Going back in February 2017.
Would recommend for families with young children, couples and just friends.

Exceptional cuisine, friendly atmosphere and professional and very friendly owners. Premises effectively modernised while keeping the mountain style! Not to be missed!

Great place for skiing and accommodation with an excellent hotel service. Hotel team is professional and very nice. Not to forget — cuisine is delicious! We highly recommend. :-)
We spent winter vacation for 5 years one by one here, unfortunately this season we couldn´t make it. See you next year!
