Overall great experience.
The rooms are of a high level, cared for in the finishes and impeccable cleanliness, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.
The staff is professional and courteous, as well as average young and with a nice presence.
The location is extremely convenient and strategic for any activity you want to carry out, winter or summer; just think that the monte pora lifts are just a few minutes drive away while the center of the village village (Dorga) is a ten-minute walk away.

Excellent hotel very good dinner, live music with aperitif, only breakfast is not organized well, even little choice (maybe due to the covid situation) recommended hotel!

My husband and I had a beautiful weekend in this hotel all very nice all very clean nice even the Spa… we'll definitely come back.

Of the hotel I can not give judgement because I have not been but after an afternoon at the spa-I can absolutely not recommended for disorganization on the handle things, emotional showers, frozen water not being able to stay in the locker room dirty, without even a soap dispenser to wash hands and not to mention the phono attacked and thrown to the ground… The staff at the entrance have wavered twice to not give the rest, and to not give even a receipt to get out… Pretended we were on an hour wait that the lady ended the massage to get the receipt… The wellness centre is the most poor ever seen… NEGATIVE ABSOLUTELY.

A big hotel with great potential, We stayed for a week, I was hesitant, I thought they wouldn't pass and instead. They flew, the outdoor environment was even more beautiful, we never got bored, we spent some wonderful days, the spa… excellation, not to mention the service and breakfasts, fantastic. I'll be back again this winter, pictures of the hotel with snow around… Breathtaking. Thank you for making my summer better.

Great place. Stayed there for a week and couldn't be more satisfied! The staff are friendly, the facilities are in good condition and there is a very nice atmosphere in the hotel. Highly recommended!

Room clean and comfortable but with a little dated décor, clean but small bathroom with a shower in the bathtub. Grumpy and poorly organized personal Service.

Excellent spa, outlet with Groupon at 30 euros for 2 people. To be a spa of a hotel is fine. 2 Saunas, 1 water bath, salt chamber and various showers.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel just two days but it was all wonderful. Relax, organization and fabulous cuisine! congratulations to all, but especially to the head of housekeeping "Mr. RA gabi "very friendly and helpful and the kitchen" chef "a hug and congratulations! We will definitely be back! Maybe on Valentine's day.

I want to describe my experience at the Grand Hotel Presolana.
Arrival with flute, superior of great quality, being a new property then you have seen. We continue the path and in addition to pizza delicious downstairs we enter directly into the luxurious Wellness Spa. Between saunas, whirlpool, ice and salt area, we felt highly gratified by the request of relaxing day request. The extra couple massage will recommend to everyone! Very good! Came back from the Spa, we went to the hotel's Gourmet restaurant, I was going to bring the GF in a normal table and already the Department had prepared a surprise for a table reserved with red rose petals and here the GF has almost cried! Delicious dinner, but dinner the high quality offered by George and his staff that he honored with a breakfast in the room, I remained that return and do it let everyone know!
