Fantastic all the staff, from the waiters to the spa girl, the day spent there in total relaxation was a fairy tale. Every perfect thing at the right point, you see the professionalism, everyone has his task and does it perfectly. And congratulations to the cooks. Very soon.

Beautiful Hotel with huge rooms, very modern and refined design.
Great breakfast on the fresh and breezy veranda. 4 hours of gorgeous spa, great pool, interior with walker, scary jacuzzis, sauna, steam room and steam sauna, great (classic, but clean and modern). Finally the stone cave with hot tub, fantastic relaxation.
Nice weekend.

I have been here for more than ten years and in all these years I have never been able to find a difference.
The staff so helpful, caring, qualified is not easy to find.

Great room, clean and equipped with all the accessories you would expect to find. Very nice and very good breakfast, spa path very beautiful, big tub a little cold as water but I think due to the type of treatment, small saunas me very comfortable and never full. Very good staff I will definitely stay there again.

We spent a few days with my family, our grandchildren lived a dream in this facility pampered by the courtesy and kindness of the staff. Well organized Location with gym and SPA, experience to repeat, also recommend to families this Hotel there are good offers.

Beautiful hotel, I didn't stay here, I stayed at hotel des alpes, I used the spa, it is lovely.

Everything is perfect. If not for the staff wing the spa reception. 2 girls who are not healthy nor a profession or courtesy. Maybe they drink so many REDBULL? ) ) is in fact that according to them. You can't even laugh or joke in the SPA area.
But what? We're in 1 no hospital?

Compliments to the staff. They proportioned us to three wonderful days.
Almost everything perfect except the pool water which had too much chlorine, which I think was an isolated fact.

Great location, nice buffet, friendly staff. Only downside if so you can call is that there are young waiters probably interns and just put the fork you want to take away the dish. Satisfied anyway overall.

Really amazing Location, the tub overlooks a goose-skin landscape. Clean, tidy, fragrant rooms and 5-star bathroom. Staff of the hotel attentive and professional.

The rooms are very large, clean and cozy, there is a 32 TV "and the bathroom has everything you need. The room is equipped with a large wardrobe and a safe. There is a free Wi-fi network in the hotel with excellent coverage.

Sucks. No hot water rooms type hovel. With a child of 1 year and a child of 9 in more than 24 hours nn have solved the problem of water. Never again.

Personified courtesy, structure more than dignified. Too bad for the parking lot, worse than Centro Milano, and the catering part that has ample room for improvement.

Terrible hotel. The room was falling apart, small and dated. The cleaner tried to barge in every morning between 8.30 and 9.30 without knocking. The breakfast was good, but they have a problem with wasps and almost nothing savory. The shower was a trickle of water. They don't have enough parking. The village and area on the other hand are beautiful. I would have been fine with this if the price was 60-80€ but it was 120€. To be fair the room was clean apart from the marks on the wall and we didn't use the spa.

Great hotel I also liked the staff and the other guests. The ambiance is very relaxed the food is really good.

Small mountain village. The rooms are nice and big. The hotel has a SpA with a Turkish bath, sauna and jacuzzi. The cuisine is varied and very good.

I've been in the hotel for a business meeting.
The rooms were dirty (mine and others) and with furnishings that should not be present in 4 star hotels (but not in 2 star hotels).
As for the service of restaurant waiters seemed to have a great hurry, enough to take your plate while you still eating.
Food quality discreet but nothing excelled.

Just brilliant. I spent four wonderful days. Cordiality, hospitality and professionalism. Always punctual and efficient service, perfect cleanliness. The kitchen guarantees optimal quality and variety. The spa wellness centre complete with professional and discreet massage service to relax. Lovely landscaping. Favorable price-performance ratio. Recommended.
