Sergio and his family were very welcoming.
Sergio helped with all aspects of a ski holiday.
The hotel was very clean and well looked after.
The food was amazing.
Nothing was to much trouble for Sergio and his family.

We had a fantastic stay here, Serge and his family are lovely people and nothing is too much trouble. The food Serge makes is delicious — generous buffet breakfasts & 5 course evening menu — lots of choice and good vegetarian options too. Rooms are pristine and a good size. The surrounding area is brilliant for skiing/ snowboarding. There’s been a big investment in snow cannons so even though there hadn’t been loads of snow in the run up to our visit, we had 4 brilliant day…s on the slopes. Great value for money too — highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

It is an exercise in style mastered by the family BEST.

Simple, as genuine as its owners and the food proposed. Ideal to escape from the afa of the plain (1200 m slm). We find the same people every year, there will be a reason.
It's been 1 year since the above, it's July 2018.
Here you find, and I repeat, the "substance" of things and people in a time when they make you believe that form is substance. Here it is still not: the shape is the preferred handmaid of the substance, but it still remains an armpit. I confirm the 5 stars. With praise.

Very pleasant and comfortable hotel place in quiet place. Family management and courtesy at the top. We'll be back soon.

What a wonderful winter break! Sergio and his family are truly the best hosts. Lovely countryside family hotel in a quiet resort. Excellent food and atmosphere. Everything arranged for us from airport pickup to ski passes and only a short walk from the ski lifts. Will be back next season with my children for their first ski trip. Perfect place for it. An update. This is our fourth year now and still wonderful. And I travel a lot…

Amazing hotel, amazing food, and amazing staff. It is family run with lovely homemade food. My family and I have been coming here for 4 years now to go skiing, the price and atmosphere cannot be beaten.

This is the first time we have been to Italy and wow, what a place to start. Sergio and hi son Lorenzo were the best hosts we could possible hope for. They made us all feel so welcome and couldn't do enough for us. Oh Yeh, the food was absolutely awesome and we just cannot wait to come here again next year.

Within walking distance of presolana ski resort. Very small rooms. Meals are nice but not amazing.

There is always a warm welcome at this homely hotel. Sergio & Lorenzo are great hosts. The food is home cooked and plentiful, with a choice each evening. It is testament to the hotel that guests including ourselves return year after year and introduce their friends too. We will be back until we are too old to ski!

Day one, the breakfast was brilliant — choice of fresh croissants, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurts, cereal, ham, cheese, or toast. The ski slopes are not even 200yards away. All staff have been lovely and very welcoming.

After staying at the Hotel des Alpes in winter I decided to visit in summertime, the hotel was just as friendly and welcoming as in winter time but so nice to sit on the terrace with a cool drink and fantastic views down into the valley, and the hotel looking splendid with its beautiful flowers bursting from every balcony. The Hotel is nicely situated for a quiet get away yet close enough for the local shops and amenities, Lake Isio is about 40 minuets, the beautiful village of Clusone in the next valley and the mountains all around. Food was excellent and home cooked with fresh produce and a great choice for breakfast including bacon and egg. the rooms have been refitted with new modern furniture and double glassing but still retain there Italian charm. Sergio and his family are always on hand to help in any way they can, a real family hotel who treat you as a valued guest.

Nice place, close to ski pants, friendly people, that was the hotel spotless food was fantastic.

Just so fantastic, as our first time making a big thank you once again for Sergio, family and staff for our second visit. We are in the part of the Group of 50 plus friends and children and we had a Brill time. A fab family offers a warm welcome and delicious cuisine after a day on the slopes. Offers us already on next year.
