Fabulous hotel, amazing view, nice staff.

Splendid establishment with the Italian charm of yesteryear. The Mediterranean Park is absolutely sumptuous. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and design. The terrace overlooking the sea is huge and welcomes us for breakfast and dinner. What about the exquisite food… the staff is lovely. Private beach with sunbeds and towels included.

We stayed with a smart box and found a nice room. Finely furnished and new, with a delightful terrace overlooking the garden and sea. The bathroom is not brand new, but, nevertheless pleasant and clean. A beautiful for breakfast terrace. Great staff.

Really relaxing weekend at the right time and especially in the right place! spectacular hotel surrounded by greenery on the sea! soft and gentle environment without being intrusive, great.

Staff always available and professional, quality cuisine also attentive to gluten free; Maitre Antonio is an excellent coordinator and in the room the animals are also welcome guests. The management is present and careful so that customer satisfaction is always high. The seawater checks of the pool are carried out and recorded every day, even here the management is always careful with a dedicated lifeguard. The garden service staff cleans and the lawns every day, the beach attendants are always ready and full of care for young and old. An experience to repeat not only in Summer…

It's great to be in this hotel close to the sea and the city, with pool and gardens it's very relaxing but also very adrenaline-pumping with fitness. Meals are good and served well, and the staff are very friendly and friendly. The rooms are very nice and servicey. It's the best hotel as far as I've been.

Central location near the station and city centre. Clean and welcoming rooms. Staff very helpful and kind. Outside well-maintained garden, swimming pool and direct access to the sea. Super hearty breakfast and parking apart. Grateful surprise the sparkling wine found in the room on arrival. A real 4 stars! Very recommended!

The location of the hotel is very good: in front of the sea, a few meters from the train station and a few blocks from the center of Santa Margarita. The staff is very attentive.
The rooms are very beautiful (we got the 109). Spacious, clean, very comfortable bathroom with hot water and daily amenities. The heating works perfectly and very good comfort when sleeping. The view from the balcony is very nice, ideal to be sitting there drinking something.
Regarding the restaurant, we had dinner there the first night: we entered about 15 minutes before its closing and it was noticed. They attended us very quickly, almost in the rush. While we were eating, the tables were raised in front of us, which gave the feeling that we were running. The waiter even asked us while we were eating the main course, if we were going to want dessert, because if they did not keep it (it was exhibited at a table). Beyond this, the food was good and the staff had good predisposition in the deal with us.
As for breakfast, it was very varied, and the food that was consumed on a daily basis was of excellent quality because it was logically recomposed. Not so the cakes and foods that are not comsumían by the low occupancy of the hotel out of season, which were the same the 3 days we had breakfast there, turning into a stone the last morning in the case of cakes, and the scrambled egg had an old appearance.

Very nice hotel in one of the most beautiful areas of Liguria. Garden kept beautifully, very pleasant wandering around the plants and getting to a small private beach. Good restaurant and excellent service, with prepared but also nice waiters.

Belonging the truly indisputable place, the real strength are the services, Super hospitality, pampered in everything. Continental breakfast fresh and plentiful, nothing is missing, with attentive waiters and the put and great place.

Pleasant stay offered with Smartbox, above our expectations. Nice and well furnished structure, as well as located in an excellent position (a few steps from the town centre). Room spotless and equipped with all the comforts (ours was at the bottom of the hallway and overlooked the main street but the doors/windows that overlooked had double fixtures! ). A welcome to the staff, very courteous, attentive to the needs of the clientele (Nice and nice the elderly gentleman who greeted the reception with attention to the guests). Very generous international breakfast with quality products (maybe the waiters at some times seemed poorly coordinated). Nice gesture to let us find at our arrival in the hotel a basket with welcome drink, with excellent sparkling wine and two glasses. Parking in the courtyard in front of the entrance from €15 per day… Beach on the rocks or better terracing on the private sea (although we went in mid October it was a nice sunny day). To try with Smartbox!

What a great hotel, especially in the shoulder season. The pool is fine, the view from our balcony is great. The beach is right here with the ability to swim way out… a very nice property and a short walk to town down the hill to excellent food. Five star value at the right price.

Fabulous hotel! Breakfast is quite a spread and very good. We stayed in the junior suite (411) on the top of the yellow and red building. The room was beautiful with 4 windows opening right to the water below. Highly recommended.

Excellent location. Very close totrain station. We arrived an hour and a half early and could check in and were upgraded to a superior rom with seaside view. Very helpful staff, room has everything and quiet to sleep.

Great Location, just a short downhill walk to Santa Margherita's main area. The hotel sits on top of a hill so it offers a great view of the its garden and the sea. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. Would consider staying here if I visit again.
