I only slept one night and slept divinely with retro furnishings I felt important a special compliment to the night porter kind and friendly person.

Nice hotel but there is a little small space for parking.

The pluses: the location, close to the city centre.
Clean sheets and towels. The air conditioning.
The — the room smells like the old damp apartment. Noise until late, breakfast with very little choice and a partial renewal of bread that is very dry …
Also: there was noise all night, from the first night. We had to deduce that it was the subway because the manager didn't want to know anything and cleared all responsibilities aggressively… Here, a very average hotel…

In Spain it would correspond to a hostel or pension. It is very clean and the staff is attentive and friendly. Although it is not in the historic center, walking in 10' you are in the Plaza Ferrari.

We stayed one night at the Hotel in Genoa. Clean Rooms, very courteous staff and also accept pets. We really enjoyed it!

Hotel in the complex clean… Bed & Breakfast a 10 min walk from the center and the Old port.

They cancel your booking, if you do not arrive at estimated time of arrival, even if you secured your booking with a pre-authorised card payment. Leave you stranded in Genova. Business that work with that kind of principles, I would recommend avoiding.

Well located, not so far way from the city center, with a bus stop just in front, where the bus 34 that comes from the main train station stops. Really friendly staff that offers city guides in multiple languages when you arrive. Breakfast is a bit above average, but really good for a 2 star hotel. Rooms are fine and decorations in accordance with the hotel category. The only down side was the Internet (which in my case is a huge one, since I need to work) that seemed to only have good reception in the lobby, but was slow anyways and I couldn't connect my MacBook due to a problem with their captive login to the network. It could be 4.5/5 if this wasn't an issue.

Staff friendly and helpful, room spacious and clean enough, no elevator and a bit noisy (first floor room). Overall good rating: 7.
