Great location. The rooms are renovated in modern style: a totally different look from the hall and the facade of the building. Parking is ok, service very good.

Good value for money, next to the train, there is its own parking, good breakfasts. Located at the beginning of the souvenir street, where it is pleasant to walk to the central square (15 minutes).

Got premium room for one night — king bed and 2 full beds for the kids. Staff full of highly experienced professionals eager to guarantee your stay is perfect.

Close to the rail. Rooms are small. Food is average. The reception is very nice. You can check in early and come back to your room where your luggage will be waiting for you there. The eating room is small as well.

I have been almost continuously for two months at this hotel, I know him very well. The service is generally good, the availability and kindness always present. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. One of the chambermaid had a singular view of the world and refused to change towels when I left them in the shower tray, as instructed. The restaurant is unfortunately mediocre, because of the heavy hand of the cook, which exaggerates in garlic and often in oil. The menu is almost always the same, what nerve-wracking for those who make a long stay. The breakfast is quite varied, of decent quality for the sweet but mediocre part in the Continental. In Genoa is a great choice, not least because of the poor quality of the hotels of this beautiful city.

Cozy hotel with tidy and cozy rooms. The staff was very helpful The rooms are very quiet All with minibar and safe. Comfortable double bed. Breakfast. Great location near the aquarium and the old town. A short distance ample parking fee.

Very comfortable and well furnished hotel overall. Rooms not very large but definitely clean and well kept. To add to all this, little things like the guarded parking, the minibar included and the availability, even late at night by the staff, deserve the full 5 stars.

Excellent hotel located a few steps from the station of Genova Brignole. Clean Hotel, standard size room and well soundproofed. Free mini bar (with the package I chose). Buffet breakfast with a wide choice of gluten free products (packed). If you are in Genoa for a visit to the aquarium, I recommend to buy a package offered by the hotel that includes overnight and tickets for Aquarius (or in addition to the Museum of the Sea, the Bigo and the biosphere) at good prices and also guarantees the parking Free and kept in the garage below the hotel (full price would be 21 EUR per night)

Beautiful room, quiet, bathroom equipped with slippers. Available on request for free toothbrushes and other things to solve emergencies. Free Minibar. Possibility to prepare coffee, tea and herbal teas. Nice and helpful staff.

We booked one of the hotel's small rooms for our stopover in Genoa. The hotel has a great location — adjacent to main train, metro and bus stations. On our day in Genoa we purchased a city transport pass and saw many of the sights of the city accessible from transport starting near the hotel. We will stay longer when we are next in Italy.

Small rooms, but well appointed, clean and tidy. Staff super friendly — no rugby at the local bar? Manager offers a laptop to watch. Happy to come back!

Cons: Pretty Poor soundproofing
Breakfast room not too wide, average the offer of sweets and savory. Unable to lower the room temperature which was too hot. The window of the room gave the ground floor a very dark service cortiletto so not too sure to leave it open.
Pros: The value for money is the highlight of this hotel. Very comfortable bed, staff always courteous and the location is great for a visit to the city center.
Despite the negative points, for a couple of nights it is a solution that goes more than good.

The welcome from all the staff was superb. Breakfast was brought forward without any complaint as we had an early kick off. Marie in the bar was so friendly always service with a smile. An excellent hotel centrally sited. So clean and well appointed and decorated. A huge recommendation from Mumbles, Swansea. U. K.

The hotel is near the train station and airport bus stop. The cheap rate and moderate room size makes me felt satisfied.

Staff are kind and helpful. The Deskman gave us suggestions for restaurants open during midnight and found it with ease. Breakfast is your typical Italian Breakfast. Not too far from the Cruise Ship port. Bathroom and room were very clean. Would come again!

Stayed for 2 nights, breakfast plentiful and good, correct room and welcoming, we stopped for a dinner and we enjoyed spending the right. Only one negative remark, there was no problem with the boiler and all the time we had no hot water.

Parking very small, personal doesn't speak English and not gentle, cold speaking. Conditioner in the room starts only above 25-26 degrees from some reason.
