A tease.
Initially we were given an improbable room, the size of which is adequate to the maximum for a person: completely ruined and dirty walls, carpet full of dust, bed attached to the wall in front that did not even make it possible to pass. Under stress we requested a different room.
We were given one of those (according to them) renovated but the situation has not changed much: poor cleaning, poor space and cobwebs. So watch out because the photos that are found in the various sites do not correspond to reality.
Basically ratio Quality /Price bad.

Rome is a wonderful city and there are definitely better hotels so as a council I say look for a different place from this.

Rome is a wonderful city and there are certainly better hotels, so I recommend that I try to find a different place from this one.

ACTION: Very few power outlets in the room! Better multiple plugs (note, Italy has different norm) with you!
Good and quiet location.

The lobby is well kept since we also have to do the conventions and the outside is quaint… the rooms are lousy! We booked a ' promotion ' room on their site and the photos presented are perfectly deceiving! The bathrooms are horrendous and all the rest of the room is poorly kept. Dirty and stained lamps, old and dirty bathroom with stained door. Mold under the windows. The water has too much limestone… if it's limestone… the drain of the sink loses. The climate split and malfunctioning. The corridors are dirty and dark and have a carpet of horror movies… 3 stars not even to dream! To be fair they should have said immediately that the rooms "in Truf… in promo" and the photos differed in quality since there are other rooms with significantly better conditions and are probably those of the photos!
Breakfast is no big deal. A good cappuccino I find it at the bar not in the hotel. Conference Center 5, hotel 1 and average 3 stars… that's how they got 3 stars! They also claimed the total and anticipated NON-refundable payment! We will never go back and would never recommend it to anyone! Check out my photos and the ones on the site!

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Room was clean. No basic amenities like coffee machine etc. Overall an ok place.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Dinner didn't excite us on the first night but the second one made up for it. Staff always friendly and ready to give useful information. Recommended.

First we got a room with mold everywhere and the room stank. After the complaint we got a new room which was ok. At our departure in the night was no one at the front desk even though we knocked very loud and at the front desk have called after 15 minutes a staff came from behind and was sleepy and very rude. When we asked him to open the gates from the hotel because the taxi should be in, he did this too late and the gates did not want to open anymore; So a technical error was added and we could not get out. So we waited another 15min. The breakfast every morning was ok.

Nice hotel rooms, but the food wasn't so great, the plates and cuttlery were dirty.

There are cockroaches in certain rooms, but otherwise not bad.

Welcome from staff to the great reception. They were all very helpful. Good organization and location of Congress space. I enjoyed the ample space and the catering service.

Wonderful little, with that wonderful tree-lined avenue. I was there for a convention of Yves Rocher on 14 September 2017 that was held in the magnificent Congress hall where there is Anke a great bar. I hope to go back soon and this time as a guest.

The Church Village was a perfect venue for a successful event, although the space hosts a really small stage and a huge logo of the venue on the stage front panel that comes out in every picture of my client.

For 3 stars I would have expected a bit more comfort. People are otherwise friendly.

I got to the hotel and the reception was closed, there was a sign in english and italian, and the numbers that was supposed to call, nobody answered, so I asked for 2 woman that was there nas they told me that in Itália sign was saying that the hotel changed the place, after almost a hour I could solve my problem.

Hotel located on a street where the vehicles rarely circulate. Needs renovation. The bar staff is very friendly, less the one of the reception.

The hotel is very close to the metro and the bus. Excellent Home Especially if you have to do to Dani.

The feature in favor of this hotel is definitely the breakfast, plentiful and varied.

Nice and quiet place. Little in line with the name (in my opinion) the choices of furnishings and nomenclature of the different buildings (the rooms are not in the main body of the hotel where there are reception, bar and restaurant). Good restaurant both from the point of view of service and food. Beware because they do not accept individual customers at dinner, only groups that have already booked.
Connections with the Vatican good even if you suffer a lot the traffic of the ancient Via Aurelia passing in front of the structure. Polite and helpful staff to listen to the needs of the clientele.

The rooms are clean and friendly, but a bit of a wait to do every operation. Very nice gardens.

It is a former convent nursing home turned hotel. The rooms still have a feel of a nursing home of 2 centuries ago. It is pretty far away from the city center. No nets on windows and swarms of mosquitos are everywhere. Front desk personel is very friendly and helpfull. They are very accommodating to the best of their ability. Included breakfast is very nice and has a great selection. Barley coffee even though it is the latest trend but I did not really enjoy it. They do have normal coffee machines.

Overall it was a nice experience. Rooms are quite small and beds could be more comfortable, but the mood is relaxing. Food is not bad at all, but way too simple.

To be honest, the initial impression was much better than the next. We were not afraid that the hotel was not close to the subway, and so on, as we were on the car, and even when we were visiting different places in Rome, we were walking back to the hotel. That's not scary for us. But when we got to the hotel, we were waiting for the first disappointment, our air conditioner blew up only the warm air, and it was about + 31 at night. The internet was very clean and the fridge was very breakfast. The breakfast is good, there's no objection. All night tormented in this heat, and in the morning the entrance to the Hall realized that the air conditioners worked even in the hall, but not in us. We certainly told the hotel, but correct them. We don't know that problem.

Very good hotel rooms considering we were in Italy. Food was okay overall great time.

A lousy New year. We had to get in at 8pm instead they let us in at 23:30 thanks to the intervention of the law enforcement, police and carabinieri together. Food made of running and not very good. In while people were out waiting to call the hotel on the phone it was useless, no response. An attempted scam I would say went wrong because someone called the police. Not recommended and Unreal.

Found four cockroaches the first night. Beds were a bit uncomfortable.

It was a little bit of a Hotel. The imposing Renaissance building provides an imposing look to the hotel. The main feature is the presence of a three-nave church in the central part of the building. Around it offers a good green space for quiet walks. Well connected to the city center.

It's a nice place to stay in Rome, with a good location and several services. Personnel is excellent, especially in the restaurant.

Hello. A star is much for this hotel. Don't have anything good. Location bad. The rooms dirty, in bad conditions, with rust the toilet. Leaves much to desire. Prefer to sleep in the yard that has. I recommend it or go back to go. The pictures are lying. I'm going to put some that took I but not is if them will be removed. Sincerely or us play to all that were the worst rooms or not understand as there are people that you can put 2 star or more. Will be the boss and the family of the Chief.

Hotel with great value, ample parking, situated within a village surrounded by greenery, acceptable level compared to the price paid, poor breakfast.

The breakfast was really good. The lobby and bar area was very clean. The room we had on the otherhand. Our room had cobwebs and spiders in corners. A couple of mosquitos when we got to our room. The bathroom had a shower with a tiled step inside which you had to use to get out and it was slippery. Slipped over once in the bathroom and got a couple of bruises which lasted a week.

The rooms are small, but my school and I literally just slept there. We were out exploring rome. The hotel has a beautiful outside area. You can meditate, enjoy a drink! The breakfast is to die for! The servers there are awesome! Friendly and helpful. The guy and his fam who run the bar were AWESOME. The pizza margarita and drinks were once again to die for. I was sad to say goodbye to everyone at the church village. They became great friends and tought me soo much italian. I recommend this place!

Horrendous village dirty, smelly with small rooms and very old. Rude staff especially at the restaurant, you pay too much for the services they provide. Disturbed sleep from the noise of the roof of the bathroom that moves with the tide of nearby rooms.

We were with six persons in two double rooms with extra bed are accommodated. The rooms were quite spacious and beinhalteteten a closet with a Safe, a work Desk, a Minibar, and three beds if necessary, could be moved, as well as a TV, but no German transmitters had. In one room was the shower a bit small, other but big enough. The room service is fast and works well. Duschartikel were also refilled. The hallways look due to the Stained carpets rather dirty. The rooms are fully tiled. So we will not have cold feet, there are disposable Slippers. It is true that here everything's a bit more Dilapidated, since, for example, the tiles for ages have been updated. Middle-stays is there but much renewed. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We have also a very good Restaurant around the corner recommended. The food there is very tasty and not too expensive. The Breakfast in the Hotel consists of various breads/buns made from wheat flour. Several varieties of cereal, many varieties of cakes, three types of sausage, a sort cheese, several jams, honey, scrambled eggs with ham or sausage, yogurt and fruit. As drinks, there are coffee from the fully automatic machines with various varieties, blood oranges, pineapple and grapefruit juice, water, tea, and milk. In the evening we are often in the hall of the reception stayed and played games and drank coffee. The Bar is there for a very long time on and sold not only drinks but also food and souvenirs.

How is it that a facility could remain open is a mystery. Hygiene and cleanliness. On 6 nights the room was never dusted (upon arrival already was dusted) nor have swept the ground. The only thing they did was Tuck and change cloths (not always). If it ended some product, would not be replaced, including toilet paper. The hallways a mess, with cobwebs, insects and larvae. The carpet nothing short of pitiful, badly stained and it was obvious that it was passed the vacuum cleaner: a demonstration, a hair pin and a piece of plastic in front of the door of the room that were there upon arrival and departure. Staff that doesn't know what it means to the courtesy and education: good morning costs too much. Define dump is an understatement! All the modest sum of 100 euros per night.

I booked this at short notice for a few days in Rome with my wife. I can't understand the negative feedback; you get what you pay for. The staff were friendly. Our room was very clean and decent size, buffet breakfast filled us up. It's currently having a refurb but it didn't spoil our stay. 10 minutes on the bus and we were at the Vatican. Couldn't fault the place for what we paid.

This is not a Hotel, but a military barracks, according to the urine smells.

Relaxation and peace that this hotel offers is unmatched by any other in its class. As space is very vast and nature that hides the various structures is really fascinating. The room is cool and just restored, what is striking is the staff who are always willing to help the customer and understand their needs. A stone's throw from the Centre.

Positive — Good and tasty breakfasts, close to Arturo restaurant, which is really good. Negative — small rooms, cleanness issues, service issues. Cockroach remains didn't cleaned even after 2 requests, room wasn't vacuumed upon our arrival and during — old pieces of garbage on the floor 3* in their dreams, more liek cheap motel.

It's so the rooms are relatively small, the bathroom is mold infested, but for what we cities Tour needed, it was ok.

Regular. There was no hot water in 3 nights. Regular breakfast regular attention.

Strong in the bathroom mildew mainly on the sliding door of the shower enclosure. Because it is very small, you had to watch that one does not thus came into contact. Disgusting!
The air conditioning was not to regulate. The window because it was set at 25 degrees, I had to leave on the night.

The gentlemen at the front desk would create more friendly on the day.
A bus station is located directly in front of the House, Metro removed about 15-minute walk.

Having read the negative reviews, I was expecting the worst, but in the end everything. Delicious breakfast, small but cosy room, everywhere clean. Internet only in the lobby, but for me it is not a problem.
With regard to location: Yes, the hotel is not in the Center, but to the Center to get very easily. We chose Metro buses and eventually lost. The bus stop is right outside the hotel entrance. If you still need to get to the Metro, hop on or 889 892 (sometimes walk faster). But it is much easier to catch a 98 or 881, as they are transported to the Center. We always went to the final, it's at the beginning of Corso Vittorio Emmanuele, near the Vatican. The road from the hotel occupied only 20 minutes. Return to the hotel was convenient: we went on foot to the same place, where we dropped off in the morning, and from there went straight to the hotel. Very conveniently, doesn't need to wait standing/in the wind, because the final Stop, and there are always 2-3 bus. As for tickets, as already mentioned, the easiest way to buy a weekly pass for 24 EUR (valid and subways, and buses). In buses, by the way, we have generally never checked tickets, plus there's no turnstiles, so many do not pay fares. But it is at your discretion.

We were very zufriefen. The bus into the Centre is right next to the hotel. Shops 5 minutes away.

Not bad, has great advantages as a good restaurant, stops bus close and peaceful surroundings. One of its disadvantages is the free Wi-Fi access :/ and the location with respect to the city.

The hotel is not good. Free Internet only in the lobby.

Rooms are very small and not very well equipped. It is like they have been untouched for 20yrs. Staff are not too happy to help. There are no irons available only a dry cleaning service (expensive). The restaurant was closed except for a group. Breakfast is nothing but average. Internet in the room is chargable. Really I am trying to find something positive to say here but can't. 3* Hotel. I dont think so.

Looking through some of the bad reviews on a few sites, I’d like to comment on some of the points made. I stayed with my boyfriend in this hotel last week. We took a chance with this one as we had read some dreadful reviews. We paid just £400 for our room for a week. This included a spacious room, with good storage space and an excellent bathroom and breakfast. Everything worked well in the room and I would have liked it to be my own en suite back home! Air conditioning was provided and was easy to use. The room was exactly as it was on the website. Fair enough the bed was two singles pulled together but why does that matter? They were very comfy! There was a TV which DID have English channels. These included MTV, MTV music and all the international news channels. We didn’t really watch the television, or bother about there not being internet because, why go to Rome to stay in the hotel 24/7? The breakfast facilities were fantastic with a great choice of food, which was served from 7am to 10.30 am. These included: Croissants, bread, cereal, bacon, egg, sausage, salami and cheese. There was also a fab array of drinks to choose from including: Coffee, latte, flavoured tea, orange, pineapple, apple and grapefruit juice. After a long day of site seeing, I looked forward to waking up to the breakfast! Where travel was concerned, I personally think that people in other reviews haven’t realized that there is a bus stop just up the road on the right hand side!

Classy hotel. 4 cottages, standing separately from the building where a dining room and reception. Obaldenskie very rich breakfast-juices, prosciutto, very tasty and convenient dining hall, separate ofigenskuû are available at the bar pizza, if you can explain to the landlord that you get:), very comfortable rooms. We lived in a cottage ne. George. All cottages by the names of Saints, there is a cottage which is intended for priests, that occasionally enliven the appearance of the Park. The Park is a separate pleasure. Buses stop close by. ATM in the hotel next door-4 hzvëzdnom, across the street. The hotel is very cozy. Recommend.
