Pros: amazing location, really good price, rooms are clean and well equipped. Cons: so disorganized! Arrived at an agreed time, noone at the reception, noone picks up the phone, wasted over an hour to check in, was really frustrating. Same for checking out, noone was at the reception either. It's a pity, the lady who works there is very nice and helpful, however its the owners fault, he never informed her of our booking and it happens quite a lot apparently.
➜ I had booked a triple room and I find a double. And oh well! I immediately added the third bed: a folding bed, folding with the ditch in the middle of a rather dated and uncomfortable. And oh well! The bathroom has no bidet (maybe specify it on the sites would not be a bad idea). And it's good as well! Room quite dirty (dust everywhere, and the presence of ants in the bathroom and even in the bed). And this is really too much! In the morning the breakfast you have to exit to get to the bar, where the manager has not even a shred of courtesy and politeness. I regret very much having had this bad experience and especially because the location is really good, the area very quiet (and Sonia was very nice and helpful) but you'd really have to relate to quality standards before you can define a "suite". Could not fault the hotel.
