Lady at the check in very nice. That’s all. Unfortunately very dirty. Stains on the bed, dust everywhere and our room was underearth. I know I did not book a room with view but paying 70 euros to stay in a whole under earth is not a fair option. Aerea is nothing interesting although you can reach the Vatican in 20 minutes. I would never go back!

Pictures are deceptive Good thing first. 1. Close to Vatican city. 2. Close to Station. Need improvements. 1. Their front desk is almost impossible to reach over phone and it can be closed on their official working hours too. (Once you can reach front desk, lady on reception is very helpful though. ) 2. Breakfast is very very limited (2 piece of bread, a coffee and a juice) 3. Lift and stairs are very very small. Could be a challenge for you. (not sure, if this can be improved :) ) I would not want to stay here again.

Absolutely not recommended!. I arrived at the reception and I find that it is in the basement, of a beautiful building, but soon after I discover that the room is right in the basement, there is the TV but there is no remote, I open the closet is leaking a terrible stench of mold, I look at the corner and I see u n Animal Walk then a spider, then a caccola, then cobwebs everywhere, in short the room was full of dust and was Dirty. In the bathroom was not possible to bathe because in the drain there was a lock of hair I do not have and my partner is blonde!, the toilet did not have the tablet, I pulled up the curtain and it was not pulled down, the TV did not work because it had only 1 channel, the bedspread was evidently used as a tablecloth to make the miserable continental breakfast made of a cup of coffee macchiato (as C Appuccino) 2 biscuits (micro) 1 yogurt from discount all documented by 1 star photographs is only because I can not give zero!

This is a hostel that has a very good location. It's not really a hotel. It lacks much maintenance and cleanliness. This is something they could really improve on.

In either, nice hotel, quiet for the Me of Mars. Close to St. Peter's Square. Rather well placed for access to transportation. Hygiene (mold around the shower) and really average service for the price of the rooms. The household that is guaranteed every morning is only a faith on two breakfasts not at the top, with a hot chocolate dipping in the water and breads with milk that are too dry.

It was nice for the price. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel in an alley/neighborhood that does not give confidence.
The train passes right next door so quite noisy.
A welcome that does not speak French when it was specified on the site bad smell in the hallway when we pass the door of the hotel.
Not from the view of the chapel as you can see in the pictures.
Bathtub that repels the desire to enter it with its chores.
No hot water.
Holes and stains on the walls.

4 key to open each door but no indication to know which key corresponds to which door (exterior gate of the hotel, entrance door, patio or bedroom).
The only positives are the small terrace and the breakfast served in your room between 8am and 9.30 am but the products are not of superb quality the photos are attractive but you will be disappointed with the trip. We had to spend five days there; We left after one night time to find a better hotel.

Stayed here for my fiancé’s birthday weekend and we liked it. Lovely little hotel outside of Vatican City. Very quiet street and area. Loved the view from our balcony with our yummy room service (breakfast). There are few restaurants around and supermarket just 10-15mins near by. Train and bus station is just literally round the corner and it is very handy, otherwise you’ll have to walk like 15-20min to the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica. Shame the reception is not open 24/7. No kettle in the room and we struggled with the hot water the very first day, however for the long weekend it was great and comfortable!

On the whole. I good little hotel. Reasonably priced and rooms are pretty decent. Could do with a little maintenance work and a lick on paint in some places. But doesn't take away too much from the overall standard of the room. Views are nice and it's very quiet. Only a 15min walk from the Vatican and a 5 min walk to the train station. A good little breakfast is bought to you each morning between 7am and 9:30am. You can pick what time you wish. For the price we paid to stay here I cannot grumble one bit.

Was a comfortable and pleasant stay here! The price was very affordable for a city like Rome. Room was clean — except it might need a paint job though it wasnt that bad. The bathroom had a Jacuzzi which was unexpected. A couple of supermarkets are very nearby. There was also a shared kitchen available. The location is a mere 10 minute walk to The Vatican city. Also some rooms have a nice view the St Peter's Basilica. A balcony was also available. Altogether a very memorable and pleasant stay here.

Best hotel in Rome, also near to Vaticano.

Really awesome hotel, I enjoyed the view at top floor. Amazing staff, the soap steal itself (I paid for it).

Wonderful. Great location off the beaten path but close to the Vatican and many wonderful restaurants. Continental breakfast was bread and yogurt. It is more like having an apartment rather than a hotel room. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice little Hotel, Super friendly Staff, Breakfast will be brought to your room. You can also use the Kitchen which is owned by 2 rooms together. We also had a little balcony from which you could see the too sculptures from the Vatican. 10 min walk to the Vatican/Petersplaza! On my next teip to Rome I will definetly go back there!

We spent a week in Rome and stayed at Roma Dreaming. Our private terrace had an amazing view of St. Peter's dome and we enjoyed having breakfast every morning on the terrace. Our flight departed well before they started serving breakfast but Alessia made sure to have a breakfast tray in our room the night before departure so we'd be able to have breakfast before leaving. She made our stay so pleasant and had many suggestions on where to eat, where to go to avoid the lines at the Colosseum, and where to go so we'd get to our tour of the Vatican on time. She was such an asset for us. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever in Rome again! Grazie mille, Alessia!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, well-located hotel (a 15 minute walk from the Vatican). Small downside: lunch served in the room.

I spent 7 days in April 2015, stunning location, staff, breakfast in the room, the apartment, with kitchen, dining room, terrace with views of san pedro, a 15-minute walk, excellent, if I return to Rome I will at the same time! this train station san pietro close to the same, the bus stop that goes to the center, to the front of the hotel there is a bar, mini market that sell the tickets for the bus, it coffee (1 euro) and food and the area is very safe, good luck…

It´s a very good hotel, very confortable and services of quality. The rooms are nice, with a little kichnet. A few minutes of S. Peter´s, have near many restaurants, bars and a supermarket where we can buy things for cooking in the hotel.
