The staff may be nice and the room clean, but definitely it’s not worth your time: the Wi-Fi simply DOESN’T WORK, although the signal is good at your room and your device may connect, you won’t be able to use internet in any way. I couldn’t even read my emails and work. In addition, they advice you to not lose the room key, but they don’t say anything about what will happen if you lose it or — in my case — someone steals it from you. I came to the hotel absolutely nervous and frustrated and they wanted to charge me 100€ for it. If I were you, I would avoid this hotel.

We spent a fabulous Weekend here. The hotel is very close to the metro station. Very nice and friendly staff Clean and friendly environment with a great breakfast and plenty of choice.

A maze of rooms to get lost inside. Clean, fulfill the function to get to sleep and in the morning take breakfast, where sweet predominates, no cheese or meat products.

The hotel is in a great location. Nice room, nice reception but catastrophic breakfast! We thought we were in the wrong movie! Not comfortable, everything dirty, coffee machine broken, orange juice really unpalatable (I'm not really sensitive) and only sweet croissants and donuts… that's all. I would not really describe it as a hotel, rather as a guesthouse or B&B… for Italians with little requirements OK, for Swiss with little requirements, not really ok… but it has equal a few meters below a super great eatery where you can super un cheap breakfast Can!

The hotel is wonderful for 2 stars. Clean. 3 towels per person, 2 pillows. There are even bidet. Hot water flows well. Frightened by the elevator, but it is quite adequate, just with iron grating. Warm in winter. There is air conditioning in the winter too, blowing on heat.
The hair dryer is quite working. Floor-Tiles (take slippers). There is a wardrobe and a place for suitcases-the room is not small.
From the cons: no fridge, shower from the ceiling (not removable), no kettle, but you can boil at the reception which is 24 hours and one free socket in the room.

Hotel con habitaciones muy decentes, relativamente bien ubicado para hacer turismo si no tienes inconveniente en andar un poquito. Cerca de estacion de trenes y buses. Lo malo: el desayuno. Zumo de polvos y máquinas de café aguado con leche más aguada todavía. Si eres diabétic@ huye del desayuno y no mires atrás. La bollería espantosa y no existe posibilidad de desayunar salado. El trato del personal muy correcto.

My wife and I stayed here for part of our Italian honeymoon. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful in recommending eateries for dinner. The AC during the heat of August came in particularly handy. We felt very safe and well cared for here.

We stayed in this hotel in Rome for four nights in July 2017. The hotel is located on the 4th floor of the building. The room was quite big and nice with a high ceiling, also very clean and cool (it was +35c outside and the room was an oasis of cool). Friendly reception and receptionists. It was also quiet and cozy, lots of mirrors, a roomy closet and wooden floors. The bed was soft and it was all located in the center of the city. There was lots of room for our things in the bathroom as there was a big shelf beside the sink and also a little shelf on the wall of the shower. The shower was quite big an there was also a bidé. Tasty sweet breakfast. The breakfast consisted of sweet pasteries and neutral buns (+ butter, jam and chocolatecream), coffee, tea, juice, fruit, cereal and yogurt. Free Wi-Fi. Did not expect it to be as nice as it was for the price we payed. The hotel is definitely worth more than two stars! Would stay there again.

The rooms are basic, but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay in Rome. The location is great; the street is quiet, but it is still close to some of the biggest sites and the metro.

The hotel has good prices and is in a central place. You can easily walk also from Termini Station and you are just a step away from Piazza Barberini. The rooms are clean and there is concierge service day and night. They are all very nice.

Stayed for 7 days with last minute booking. Turned out to be a great place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Room cleaning is only available from 12-2pm. If you sleep in you might not get room cleaning until the next day. Hotel is located in the embassy area so it's really quiet. Walking distance to buses, metro and all tourist attractions. Highly recommend it.

1st day (Triple room ensuite) was great. Spacious, clean, just perfect. 2nd day we were moved to a double room on the 2nd day of which the conditions were just poor! Bathroom sink was perpetually stuck, inconsistent water (shower) temperature and bath door wouldn't close properly. However, the staff, especially Mr. Gusto — was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK — croissants and biscuits every morning.

Couldn't be happier. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was clean, breakfast was excellent, and there was internet in the lobby on a PC. Highly recommended.
