Well located! Room very comfortable. But poorly isolated from the noise. Romantic Moment at the top of the bed to the top.

Good inexpensive start to the day.

This is an apartment in a building on the 1st floor with 3 rooms called "Suites".
The whole was clean but problems with joint and poorly laid out bathroom side made it all a bit dirty.
The cleaning was done every day but the sheets were not changed, for a suite it's light… The duvet was disgusting, the mattress and cushions were memory-shaped.
Location side, 15 min walk to the Vatican and Metro. Lots of buses down the hotel.
21st tourist tax to be paid only in cash.

Just a word to say: perfect!

So… me and my boyfriend are currently still here at the Gregorio vii lixury suites but I feel the need to publish what we think before actually finishing. Good points- — Room is clean and tidy — Honeymoon suite has lovely jacuzzi (after having to rinse it out) which works — The bed is comfortable Bad points — First night was in the 'superior suite' which at 10.30pm when we decided it was bedtime and to draw the curtain the whole curtain pole decided to kamakazy to the floor after a gentle tug, resulting to having to call out the receptionist on my mobile to come and fix it, he couldn't fix it so we had to have the shutters down and no curtains. — It appears the advertised 'air conditioned rooms' is actually a lie and the air conditioning unit isn't controlled by yourself, you actually have to askt he receptionist to turn it on manually which is delightful when we went out (in the day at 30 degrees and turned the air con to what we assumed was on to come back to a nice cool room) and returned to walk into a sauna… which wasn't advertised in the facilities .

We had an excellent room and service. Good location for access to the Vatican by bus or on foot. Busy street but handy for restaurants, bank, pharmacy etc. Very accommodating and helpful hosts.

Good place but not close to the center. You should ask about the bus lines and tickets.
