Great place to stay in Rome. Affordable rate with well furnished room, friendly and helpful stuff. Continental breakfast include. Great location, walking distance to food and the Colosseo.

Loved this place and Anna who prepared a great breakfast every morning was lovely, she really goes the extra mile.

Great B&B with friendly hospitable staff. The only fall back is the lack of dedicated parking. We were blessed to find free parking on the same street. White lines are free parking and blue lines require payment.

B&B different from the usual, quiet area 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum. It was a very nice hotel.

Nice room, breakfast is coming to your room but should have been a little bit better. The ladies were friendly and helpful. All in all it was a nice staying for 2 days. Also close to bus station which makes seeing Rome much easier.

Strategic location also to turn Rome without car to follow, on foot or at the limit by public transport. Between San Giovanni in Laterano and the Baths of Caracalla near the Circus Maximus to the Colosseum and the holes. You want more in a place where you can sleep quiet at night…

Beautiful BB very well managed, very clean everywhere, friendly and helpful, breakfast good and sufficient, served in your room, I highly recommend it to all those who do not seek luxury, good quality / price ratio.

The only place, I would stay. Recommended. Everything in walking distance. Bedrooms with the balcony are fine. Elevator looks like from Mussoliny era) )

Nice Hotel, in a different way. Nice Service, clean and good location. The Breakfast comes every day to the desired time to the room, since there is no Breakfast room. The beds are very comfortable and not worn. The bathroom is super clean. In-room Minibar soft drinks 1, 5€ is very Cheap. The Bus is around the corner, with the line 81 is in 5 minutes directly to the Coliseum. Again at any time.

Absolutely loved it here. The Breakfast was lovely and the room's were clean and tidy. The location is great as it's not far from the Colosseum and the underground to other parts of Rome. Will be coming back here to stay again soon.

Nice guest house with very nice owners, very attentive. The guest house is on the 6th floor and the lift is quite old which may be an issue for people. A little hard to find unless you know what you are looking for but in general very pleasant. About 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum and several reasonable restaurants along the way. It is located not too far from hospitals so at night you do hear ambulances which use their sirens at all hours.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Domus Caracalla. Room was spacious, very nice warm shower and toilet facilities, owner was incredibly nice and helpful, and we really appreciated breakfast in bed every morning. Location was very close (10 min walk) to the Colosseum, which is very close to bars, restaurants and shops. The only negative I can think of is that the walls are thin, so sound travels quite easily — this was particularly noticeable when the people in the hotel room next door were particularly loud at night. Otherwise, we had a very positive experience and I intend on recommending the Domus Caracalla to friends!

Our stay at Domus Caracalla was wonderful. The lady who runs it was very lovely and helpful. She also spoke very good English which was even more helpful! She served us breakfast in our room each morning which was always very nice. The hotel room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, close to many eateries, and the Colosseum is only 10 minutes walk away. My only criticism would be that the guests staying in the next room were very noisy and it felt like they were in the same room! Apart from that though, everything was great.

Very good value. Walking distance from FAO. Nice rooms, nice management. Highly recommended for anyone who does not need to be in the tourist areas or close to the metro.

Fabulous bed and breakfast in central Rome, my girlfriend and I stayed two nights, walked into the room doesn't appear to be in a bed and breakfast but in a larger structure. The service is excellent, the rooms are always clean and welcoming. Its location makes it perfect to visit Rome, is just a few steps from Circo Massimo and Trastevere, two of the most beautiful places to visit in Rome.
I highly recommend it to everyone.

Good B&B located in a quiet area not too far from the center. There is a bus stop at a few steps to go to the touristic places and directly to the Vatican. The B&B is located in an elegant building but there is no indication there's a B&B (6th floor) so be sure to have the number of the street to find it. Very nice staff but sometimes difficult to contact. It's possible that nobody is available at the reception when you arrive so take the phone number with you to call them if necessary. Room spacious, very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Very nice bathroom with a bath and a shower. No fridge in the room but free Wi-Fi ;o) Our room had a balcony where you can have your breakfast or simply relax. Breakfast is served in your room (you decide at which hour), so romantic but food was limited. We took 2 times a taxi to come back from the Spain Place area and it costed about 11 euros. In conclusion, a very good address and a very good value for money in Rome. If you want to visit Rome during a few days, buy the Rome Pass which is very interesting (30 € for 3 days : you can visit 2 sites free and skip the very important files of some sites like the Coliseum + take all the public transports). And be sure to have a good travel guide to choose the restaurants and wineries. Most addresses are tourist-catchers.

“Excellent hotel and superb service in centre of Rome” We stayed here with two kids for half term 2012 — highly recommended great service from staff and family room has good balcony. The location is a five minute walk from colliseum and restraints 3 minutes down cladia or 1 minute on amba where there is also a coffee bar — it is easy to find do not be put off by people talking about residential blocks — the cabie tok us there and called the building superintendent who lives there — it was snowing whennwe went and the guy gave us extra b Anklets and heating — highly recommended.

We stayed here for six days and I have to say we were pretty disappointed. The staff were mostly quite friendly, it was charming, the rooms clean, and it is in a nice — if slightly out of the way — spot near central Rome. However, when we arrived and got the rundown from the desk clerk, he drops the bomb on us that they "close at 1". This means there is a 1 a. M. Curfew. And this means that in a city with such a wonderful nightlife and dining experiences that can start at 11 p. M. You need to start packing it in and heading for the B&B by 11:30 or so. On at least one occasion, we got caught up in what we were doing, forgot the time (which is what is supposed to happen on a vacation, no? ) and we ended up having to literally rush back to make the curfew. I have never heard of anything like this. And I can tell you, if this information appeared anywhere in their literature or on their website, we NEVER would have booked there. Yet they don't mention this very important fact anywhere until you arrive, and by then its too late. "Caveat emptor", as the Romans used to say. And now you've been warned.
