Location is perfect and the rooms are exactly what you need. The Francesco's indications were usefull. I recomand!

We had a fantastic three nights stay at Valeri with Francesco and Kevin being truly amazing hosts. From setting foot into the hotel we were made to feel welcome. Franceso offered brilliant advice on things to do & see, and pointed out some real gems for lunch and dinner both locally and in central Rome. Our room was fantastic, large and comfortable, clean and tidy. Double sinks and a large bath which was perfect given we had Austin our 16 month old with us. We were lucky to get a ground floor room with its own private courtyard. Nothing was too much trouble to them. Playing with the lad, helping us order in on our last night after doing 11 miles round Rome in the searing heat. Breakfast was good, set us up for the day nicely. I'd happily return, and recommend this hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the colosseum then all of Rome is in front of you. Thanks F&K. You made our stay, Austin loved you guys.

The service was amazing and the receptionist were very helpful, they gave us very good reccomendations on places to visit and clear directions in how to get there. The breakfast was lovely and you can still get it even with late mornings.

An absolute pleasure to stay here. Clean and we'll decored rooms. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

I loved it! I would stay there without thinking, the staff is super friendly and if you do not master English there is always someone who speaks Spanish:D.

We were my wife and I last week at this hotel and we loved the room it was very nice, spacious and clean breakfast very good and especially the hotel staff super friendly pending that there was no shortage of anything informing from all places to see, buses and restaurants to eat. Special mention for Francesco a charming person pending at all times of the clients, informing of the most important places to visit tips to make much more pleasant our visit to Rome (beautiful city that is worth returning), many Thank you for your kindness a hug. Location close to the Colosseum, just 10 minutes walk. The rooms seem reformed recently. Very cozy.

A very well located hotel, perfect stay, the rooms are like in the photos, cleanliness, food, everything was in perfect condition. Repetiriamos in that hotel if we went back to Rome.
All the staff very friendly and attentive, we were carrying a baby and all were looking out for it to be comfortable for him and us. The receptionist Francesco very friendly and helpful, indicated the routes to follow each morning, recommending restaurants, shops, etc… A pleasure to have been there.

Lovely hotel with charming staff. Well located for getting around on foot with the metro about a 12 minute walk to get to the centre — which is otherwise a very long walk but doable.

It is a good hotel, you are in the city center and at the same time just out of the hustle, good, clean.

Ground floor quite noisy and breakfast clearly inadequate or even ridiculous (a small round table with some days the leftovers of dry bread). The staff are friendly and the rooms antiquated but clean.

Karin & Sarka were friendly and helpful. The room is comfy. Bathroom drainage was slow. Had to keep the windows opened for ventilation, for it stank a lil. Very convenient to walk to the Colloseo. Was offered the meat & cheese selection for breakfast only on the last day. Thanks for having us!

Very nice week at this hotel with great benefits: renovated hotel (room spacious and modern), breakfast included (many choices), nearby bus leading to the Colosseum or in the city centre. The only downside for the non-existent Wi — Fi connection in the rooms (access problem). Very good value for money. Recommend.
Attention, the location of the hotel is wrong. The latter is the walk from the bus stops.
