For this great location a great value for money.

Checked in today. Great location good restaurants & bars around us & we r right across from a beautiful church.

The room was spacious but I was in the room right by the check in… so I heard EVERYONE and EVERYTHING. That's my only complaint.

Very nice little hotel. Room very clean and still quite new. Staff friendly and helpful. Pretty centrally located. I would come back at any time.

Very clean, very safe and close to everything but if you check out early there is no 24 hr. Receptionist or key drop box. I highly recommend this place.

So we arrived, finally found this place to find that there was no lift currently working. Then we discover that we had to carry our very large suitcases up to the 3rd floor without any help! There had to be at least 150 stairs to go up not to mention I have asthma which that doesn’t help! We get to the 3rd floor and had no idea where to go! All we see is a sign with our name on it saying what room number and that’s it! I find a doorbell that says reception so I ring it and someone answers, doesn’t come out to help and check us in just tells us to follow the sign and that our bedroom key is left on our room handle on the outside! Now I’ve never had this happen where you have paid in full where it states that there is a lift (I understand that lifts to break down) but when there is no one to help and tell you where to go is VERY unprofessional! After reading reviews online that people had help with bags and also touched base with staff we found to be quiet lost, now we are in our room still haven’t met any of the staff what so ever but have received an email saying that the lift isn’t working 8 hours after we have “checked in” only because we messaged saying that that’s very unprofessional!
Also to mention this is our honeymoon and our first time to Rome and hasn’t been a good start! The room itself it quiet nice, but the initial part of actually getting to your room was a disaster!

We recently stayed for 4 nights with you and left last Sunday, we loved staying at your Guesthouse as we wanted a touch of Rome but not a hotel, we wanted more of a personal touch that we felt we had with you,
Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived, we had a wonderful greeting from lIsa and the the young lady who booked us in, she spent so much time going through the map and marking places where to go etc, which helped us on our site seeing tour.
We found the location excellent for us!

My husband surprised me with a 30th birthday trip here earlier this year. Sal and Lisa are amazing! Sal spent a long time chatting to us and marking out on a map the best places to visit and eat.
The accommodation was faultless, in the perfect location to walk to all the main attractions, which we did, and the b&b itself was wonderful with a great breakfast selection and a very comfortable room with a lovely view over the Basilica. Thank you Sal & Lisa, we WILL be back!

Nice, clean, great location. Friendly owner and staff. Will definitely return and I highly recommend others too stay at this lovely bed and breakfast.
