One star is for the location, which is amazing, but the rest… This stay has been genuinely disappointing and I believe future guests should be aware.
I booked this property expecting some standards to be delivered, based on the photos and description, but the experience has been far from that.
Cleanliness is a major concern. I have a documented dust allergy, which I communicated to the staff and she stop replying, I provided the allergy test. Despite this, there was a significant amount of dust under the bed, enough to visibly accumulate, and unused kid mattresses or similar items stored on top of the wardrobe collecting dust. As a result, I am currently not breathing well, I don’t accept it because is a place to stay, so I expect to at least get an answer about someone coming to clean, even if yesterday was a Sunday. A proper deep cleaning should be a basic standard, not something guests need to insist on.
The second major issue is the Wi-Fi. It has not been working at all, and I have to stand near the window just to get mobile signal in order to work. Because in my room there is not people signal for my phone. I understand technical issues can happen, especially over a weekend, but there has been no clear communication about when the problem will be resolved. Being told that “the internet works for everyone” was not accurate, as I spoke to neighbors who also had connection problems.
Communication overall has been defensive rather than solution-oriented.
