ACs in the rooms not working. Nobody is to listen and resolve the complaints. It appears to be a third class hotel.

I don’t recommend the hotel at all as the experience was very unpleasant given the location of the hotel. We had three rooms and in none of the rooms ACs weren’t functional upto the mark. When I complained it to the receptionist he said he can’t do anything about it. Neither he can accomodate to other room for the reason known to him only. Also, during our complete Europe trip, all the rooms had complimentary water bottles and tea/coffee but in this hotel everything is paid. If given a chance I would rate this hotel 1 star.

Fantastic location, clean rooms, delicious breakfast & very helpful staff — whenever we visit Rome Hotel Augustea is our first choice.
