Trevi Steps

This is the place you need to stay at when visiting Rome.
7 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, 12 minutes you are at the Spanish Steps.
15 minutes walk you are at the Colosseum.
The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs but there is a small lift for your luggage.
Entry by app on your phone and card entrance like a hotel to your room.
Bed was firm and so comfortable, pillows really soft. Shower was great and air con worked a treat, smart TV so you can watch your Netflix etc.
Small. Shared kitchen, with fridge, free Nespresso coffee very nice.
Quiet area but you can hear sirens everywhere so ignore those reviews!
Alessandro was amazing, great Comms super helpful and you can keep your cases there as like we did due to having a later flight.
Apartment cleaned every day, this is a gem of a place it really is and if we went back we'd stay her and we'll tell others who go to Rome to stay here.
Lovely family run restaurant top of the steps beside it, you need to book.
Door has planters in front of it, it's a heavy green metal door but it's a charming place and you won't be disappointed.
I'm really fussy about places and this was such a find.

Tiny room — can’t imagine sharing with another person. The shower was right next to the bed? It’s in a convenient location but I felt 250€ a night was a bit too much for this accommodation.
Check in was very confusing. I arrived in the morning and wanted to drop my bags off but no one was in the apartment. No bathroom to use either. I was able to get in touch with the host after some delay. Also I had just arrived from FCO and didn’t have euros in cash for the city tax. Never saw the host so couldn’t pay by card — pretty inconvenient since I was only staying 2 nights. Had to go out of my way and convert money just for the city tax.

Great and decent place.

Quite closeby to nearby attractions.
Initially thought it was a hotel but more sort of like an air b&b. You need to contact the host to provide you an automated way to get you in the door.
Place looks new, clean. Nothing much to complain in general. The toilet shower is relatively small.
All in all it's great!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Trevi Steps, and we were impressed by the helpful and hospitable host, Alessandro. He was in frequent contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent travel tips for our visit to Rome when we arrived. Our room was well cleaned and the design offered a very functional use of the space. The location could not have been better, since we only had a few days to explore Rome. The area felt safe and it was less than half a mile walk to the Trevi steps and the Pantheon was nearby as well. Would highly recommend the stay for the price!

We had a lovely stay! We had 4 nights in Roma, and we were looking for a central location and good condition.
Check in was very quick, the room was ready for us, clean and fully equipped. The kitchen area had some nice treats for us.
The bed is big and very comfy, the shower 10/10, the tip book was helpful and we were very happy with the services we received! Totally recommended 👌🏽

My wife and I had an amazing experience here! Incredibly clean, quiet, and comfortable. It’s been the best stay in Italy for our trip thus far. I’ve stayed at very many expensive hotels and Alissandro goes above and beyond with local recommendations cleaning up the rooms far beyond expectations. We will never stop recommending this place to family/friends!
