Trevi Steps

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I could need. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, the stunning Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, and many other amazing places to visit in Rome. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I would happily come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

I found this apartment by searching on Google maps.
The apartment is within a quiet one way side street, third floor which is accessible by a small lift for luggage and 3 flights of stairs.
The front door is on the end of the block with some planters out the front next to one of the many water fountains and the steps up to a lovely restaurant.
Access is via an app on your phone to the apartment door, you also have a swipe card to access your room, so really safe and secure.
The layout is an open plan area with a small kitchen with a hob, fridge, sink, small electric oven and a Nespresso machine for that all important coffee, which tastes even better as it's complimentary.
Our Room was the Dolce Vita, bright, immaculately clean, air con, huge bed which was firm but so comfortable with the topper mattress and the pillows were also very good.
Double shower in the bedroom which is fine if you are a couple, but if you're sharing a double bed with a friend you might go to the kitchen for that coffee.
Toilet in its own little room.
Tall ceiling with electric blinds on the windows.
There are 4 rooms in total each with a different design, so you share the communal space, we never saw other guests so it felt like we were alone.
As I said the apartment is cleaned every day so never any issues there.
The room had wardrobes and shelving, a mirror and seat by the door and a hairdryer (worked well so leave yours at home and save on your luggage room and weight).

This is the place you need to stay at when visiting Rome.
7 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, 12 minutes you are at the Spanish Steps.
15 minutes walk you are at the Colosseum.
The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs but there is a small lift for your luggage.
Entry by app on your phone and card entrance like a hotel to your room.
Bed was firm and so comfortable, pillows really soft. Shower was great and air con worked a treat, smart TV so you can watch your Netflix etc.
Small. Shared kitchen, with fridge, free Nespresso coffee very nice.
Quiet area but you can hear sirens everywhere so ignore those reviews!
Alessandro was amazing, great Comms super helpful and you can keep your cases there as like we did due to having a later flight.
Apartment cleaned every day, this is a gem of a place it really is and if we went back we'd stay her and we'll tell others who go to Rome to stay here.
Lovely family run restaurant top of the steps beside it, you need to book.
Door has planters in front of it, it's a heavy green metal door but it's a charming place and you won't be disappointed.
I'm really fussy about places and this was such a find.
