Clean, very friendly and helpful staff (special mention to Sen and Viky). Reasonable price. Continental breakfast was very good and filling.

Strategic location! The Staff were very helpful I loved this place!

Felt so welcome. After a stressful arrival at a hotel we decided to leave, the staff here made us feel welcome and special. Shame rooms available for two nights out of the seven in Rome. Big doors lead to steps with a michanicle open lift. Nice cool coridore, up marble steps. Feels like residential apartment entrance. Our room was the first on right very close to reception. Staff and other guests where respectfulquiet. There is some eco from the courtyard but compared to our next hotel, this was quiet. Room was right size, cool from the courtyard, V clean, professional, helpfull. Just what we needed after our all-deal. Thank you so much! Keep up the good work.

On the outside it disappoints a bit but it is a very good place, warm and with excellent attention. Very good location.

Very well located, close to Metro and bus, breakfast is taken to the room with enough charities, the only one but if you are more than two the breakfast in the room is not comfortable and q there is no room for breakfast all and in our room The hot water came out very little C Audal, otherwise good.

The property is a guest house and not a hotel as it often happens to be negotiated, as it is part of a hotel chain.
Welcome: good; Location: excellent; Room: Adapted, as the spaces were for a triple non-quadruple as per NS. Use declared from the reservation; Cleanliness: Mediocre, there was dust on the bedside tables and desk. Bad breakfast, served in a very small room, there was no room or much less seating since there were only two chairs, products not bagged as required by regulations of administration, coffee = water colored and cold.
We recommend only in virtue of the position!

Small and friendly hotel excellently situated on a quite street close to the Metro. Within walking distance to all the major attractions in Rome. Clean and nice room, which was nicely cleaned every day. Fast Wi-Fi. Every one in the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely recommend this charming hotel to friends visiting Rome. Many thanks for making our visit a perfect one!

Great cosy hotel in the heart of Rome with very friendly staff.

Conveniently located just minutes from Piazza Barberini and the Barberini metro, the Residenza Domiziano affords one a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere with superb customer service. I appreciated the generous and insightful information provided on various seasonal events that greatly enhanced my visit to Rome. A complementary continental breakfast was served punctually and with a warm Italian smile and greeting. When returning to Rome, I surely will be staying at the Residenza Domiziano.

The things that I have satisfied most were the location of the hotel and the room.

Very friendly, helpful and accommodating hotel personnel. Homey, ilavet. Great location! walking distance to places of interests and the Metro! Very near good restaurants, cafes & bars. Will highly recommend.

We found the hotel to be a perfect fit. We checked in after a two-night stay at a different hotel that was a 20-minute cab ride or 30 minute cramped ride by bus from anything in Rome. The staff was extremely helpful, stored our bags 4 hours prior to check-in, leaving us free for sightseeing. They arranged private transport to the airport for us (E50) with what we consider comparatively short notice. Helpful advice about avoiding pickpockets, purchasing bus and metro tickets. The room was perfectly clean, private, quiet, spacious and comfortable to a couple of weary travelers. Breakfast was unspectacular, but the coffee and tea were hot and the bread and juice were fresh. If we are lucky enough to make it back to Rome, this will be our first choice.
