Very small low priced great location. Minutes walking to the Vatican. No hot breakfast. Boxed cereal, boxed milk no coffee, no cream, two towels per person must last three days. Miniature refrigerator didn't work. Tiny tiny LCD TV on wall with a remote. Up 18 steps then down 18. No lift. No assistance. I dragged four large suitcases down then back up those stairs. I thought I was going to die. Wi-Fi never worked. I put my trusty T-Mobile cell phone against the window in our room and we accessed the internet using my hotspot. Worked perfectly. They're Wi-Fi is there but just doesn't work. Quiet. Very close to a mini Mart with fresh food and two doors down excellent coffee. First time in Europe when you ask for coffee ask them to only put in half the coffee in the milk. They'll think. You are a weak American but I was afraid of damaging my kidneys. Once I figured this out I actually liked the coffee. Excellent location to Vatican with super minimal room's. I'd not go back.

It was a very nice hotel. Great location next to St. Peter's Basilica. Definitely be taken into consideration for a possible return.

Nice B&B, very friendly and caring hosts. The area is quiet and practical for those who want to visit the city having an evening return to tranquility.
Very nice and clean room, clean bathroom although a little sacrificed.
The only negative note (but of little account) the absence of dedicated soaps, there is a dispenser on the sink and one in the shower, but you do not know that soaps are. However it is a negligible flaw compared to the many positive aspects.

A few steps from S. Pietro, in the triumphal quarter, well served by public transport. B&B very intimate, comfortable, very well cared for and spotlessly clean. The owners are available, affable and manage the structure with competence. Very recommended!

Holiday of January 2016. Find somewhere else… If you don't want to sleep in a basement… I went away I lost the money I paid double elsewhere… And does not issue an invoice.

Cozy rooms near San Pietro Metro convenient to reach in a few minutes. The owners are nice and helpful to provide you with all the information about the city and recommend good restaurants at low prices. They make you feel at home!

I tried many hotels in Rome, and finally, last 2 years, I settled on this b&b. Stunning place, clean, quiet, cozy, Liliana is my friend in Rome, hospitable, beautiful and kind.

It was perfect for what we needed. We walked across the street to the Vatican and St. Peter's basilica. Good air conditioning, hot water. Great price.

We had a great time bed and Breakfast nice clean especially strategic position for those who want to turn the center of Rome, but not only Roger is great, helpful, a real tourist guìda as each day we prepared an itinerary with map and places to visit.
In a nutshell we recommend it.!

We are stayed in AGV2001 for three days directed by the great reviews on TripAdvisor, reviews absolutely close to reality: — Atmosphere: owners make you feel at home, they are prodigal of advice and time to devote; — Spacious double bedroom, tastefully furnished and with all the promised services (satellite TV, conditioning air, bathroom, etc. ) ; — A bit narrow common area if all 5 guests are present, but you may bring breakfast to your room, eat it in the kitchen-living room or in the terrace (temperature allowing) ; — Modifiable temperature in the room with conditioning air. A little cold the common area, especially if you are used to keep too high the room temperature ; — Breakfast, snacks and drinks are always available throughout the day in the kitchen-living room; — Owners always available through the intercom connected to their rooms; — Privacy respected thanks to the split over two floors, with the top reserved for guests; — Excellent cleaning, we remember the smell of clean into the room upon our arrival, towels and hair dryer are present. — Location: the B&B is 100 meters from the Vatican City. Not located near the area of ancient Rome (for instance Colosseum and Fori) but well connected by metro (200 meters from Cyprus Metro) and the bus (a few meters from the B&B). If you like to move by foot they are 2.5 km (15 minutes) to Piazza del Popolo or Piazza Navona, area is quiet even late at night and in Viale Giulio Cesare shops and pubs are open till late.

We had a very good stay in this B&B. We stay from 22-27/02/2010. The location is 10 min from the vatican museum and from the Cipro metro. Also you can take the bus 492 and 23. It's ok to move all in the city. The room was clean and we got a bathroom inside the room. The person in charge was very kind and give us (in english) a lot of informations. Breakfast was ok. In summary, very good stay with good price, we recommand it.
