Clean and friendly hotel. Professional staff … he is super efficient and at the same time very friendly and always available to every need. The breakfast is very good includes a wide choice of sweet and savory suitable to satisfy every palate. The property is located a stone's throw from the center of Rome and a step away from the subway. That said, the invitation to those who read these reviews is asked to go as soon as possible to qst wonderful hotel as the value for money has no equal. We will return with pleasure f. To Sigg. Very well located hotel… near the Vatican… rooms with a 40s style but comfortable, clean and equipped with all comforts. Staff polite and attentive to your needs.

Location and price are good but the hidden city tax you have to take into account! But overall I’m quite satisfied.

If I had to define this structure with a single word, I would use "normal".
It is a hotel like many, so it is more than enough for an unpretentious, perhaps short, stay.
The rooms are ordinary, air-conditioned, quiet at night, and quite clean.
The staff were nice.
The price is not excessive.

They’ll say anything to get you to come and then break you in once you’ve put your card on file. Come at your own risk.

Personally, I do not recommend it. Prices too high and no service included offered. A situation in which I would no longer find myself. For such a place it should not be charged more than 35.00/40. €0 a night.

Cozy, to the Vatican ten minutes, on foot, near the supermarket, Metro, the price is acceptable.

I stayed at this hotel and found myself well tidy and clean spacious room, I also had dinner in the restaurant the food was great.

Really nice Hotel near Saint Peter's Square, the member of the staff are really professional and friendly. We had the Vintage room at the attic and it was a nice room, very clean, with a big balcony. The breakfast was really good, a lot of choice and the room is very big. In the evening there's a lot of people near the hotel, it's a qe, safe place. There's a subway station near the Hotel (Cipro station) so it's a recommended choice for your trip in this beautiful city!

A bit outdated but friendly and inexpensive Hotel suitable for groups without great pretensions.

What to say, rooms assigned a little small but overall kept well, lacks free parking but there is one fee; Friendly staff, a little less than the breakfast, is in a position close to the Vatican and therefore a point in favor.

In spite of excellent service and comfort, the rooms look more like a motel than a hotel and vary a lot in size, moreover, being in contact with one of the arteries of the city, it shows a lot the noise of the cars especially in the morning. But despite that, good food and comfort.

Bad. Dirty and small rooms, staff little helpful and courteous, bad food. Not at all recommended.

Small rooms with all the comforts. But if you think it's a 10 minute walk from St. Peter's, we don't need anything else.

It is fair for the price but not the cleanest place, well located to go to Vatican city but definitely I would not recommend it for long stays or families.

Good location near the Vatican and a metro line, not the best view (flanked by two self-service gas stations), but comfortable beds and a good place to stay for the night.

My third time here. You will not be ripped off. The breakfast is American style. Boiled eggs, meats, cheese, make your own cappuccino and as many as you want. Steps to the Metro a few stops to the Vatican. Worth the comfort of knowing you wont be ripped off. Great rooms when traveling alone. Large bar and gathering area. Laundry and market across the street. Manager Andrea Hancer and all the staff have been very accommodating with free maps and luggage storage for when I ariive before my room is ready.

For a hotel not far from Vatican state here is very inexpensive. Parking for the car. Very good breakfast and courteous staff.

Room was a little cramped and so was the bathroom. No kettle to prepare tea. Otherwise pretty well set up.

The hotel is old, the shower is 60x60, the bathroom is small, the dust is plentiful and the evening service is served as the Scout camps big pan and ladle and serve without staining the tablecloth not possible.

Very close to Vatican City, this is a reasonably good hotel for the price. Decent rooms, affordable, comfortable and close by the metro. It's not on the prettiest of places, and it can be very busy with traffic. But honestly who cares — you're in Rome; get out and enjoy the city.

Although it is true that the hotel deserves modernization, the cleanliness is really at the top, the staff very kind and ready to solve every possible necessity. Breakfast is good. I mean, I really recommend it.

Rooms comfortable, but not very homogeneous. Clean and functional toilets, but a bit old.

Prior to going there, we checked the hotel pictures online. We were under the impression that some of the rooms had wooden floor, instead of floor tiles, so we wanted to pick wooden floor. However, when we arrived there, the staff (a girl with curly hair) acted weird, like: "what kind of request is that? It's not like we put wood for you and then remove it after you leave". This was very unprofessional, rude and pathetic, considering the fact that we simply thought that we saw wood in the pictures. It was our mistake and we were fine with the situation, but the comment was very weird and we didnt't enjoy it. Room was clean, breakfast was good and the bathroom was perfect. Very comfortable place and good prices.

Nice staff, nice rooms. 4 stars instead of 5 because through booking booked one room configuration including one double bed + one single, but ended up being a room with only three single beds.
The room had free Wi-Fi, not noisy, everything is clean, no dirt and ants.

Nice staff, clean room. Rather small, but we came there only to sleep, so it was ok. Noisy street and poor breakfast are probably the worst parts of this place. But still it's quite close to center and to metro station. Good place for its price.

Great place for the price.

Having had an accident in Rome, walking along a street, I stayed in the Hotel Pacific between visits to the hospital. Despite my appearance, they could not have been nicer or more helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable, well looked after and thoroughly recommended.

I Stayed when visiting Rome a few years ago. The hotel was spotless. The staff were very nice, and the food was fantastic.
