Overdue review; AMAZING! I would not say anything negative! I loved it and the staff is so friendly! The man who checks you in and out is so sweet and nice and the woman who cleans is super clean and so friendly! So close to everything, the bed is super comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, I was afraid that the reviews that were negative would be true but honestly idk what their problem was because this was amazing! Totally planning on coming back to stay at this hotel.

Stayed here a couple of times. Great location; only a couple of blocks from the Vatican, and only about a block to the nearest Metro station. Rooms were clean, but the "breakfast" wasn't worth anything! The price is kind of steep for what you get.

B&B site in Great Central location 2 steps from the? Vatican and at Metro stop A I never stayed there so I can't add anything else.

In the heart of Rome, just over a kilometre from St. Peter's Square, which can be easily reached on foot. Near there is a cinema, many shops of various kinds, bar, newsstand, places to eat in the evening. Nearby also the Metro stop, which allows you to get anywhere. Clean and tidy room, small bathroom but arranged with everything you need. The breakfast is reserved to the staff at the time of check in, indicating the time when you want to have it in the room. Staff very helpful. Very good value for money.

Ideally located for visits to Vatican. Very convenient. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, tidy room and bathroom. Breakfast good and they are working on improving it. Definitely recommend it.

I was four days in the 207 inn and very satisfied. The room has been cramped, but there you can hardly stop.
The service was very good, it was cleaned every day, the bed was made and in the short time also towels changed.
For questions you always found open ears and got tips on how to get somewhere.
The breakfast was plentiful and always on time to the room.
The location was ideal, as most of the sights in Rome are located in this district and you could quickly reach everywhere by metro.
Herewith again thank you for the nice stay, i'm happy to come back!

Very helpful staff I was really good indeed and to come back there as soon as possible.

Small room and bathroom to be modernized without bidet towels heating off 6nov after a shower nothing to dry.

A total disaster — Hotel pictures completely misrepresent the quality of the rooms and the service offered by the staff who were very rude. Extremely small room. This was a floor of rooms inside a residential building. Noisy rooms facing the main road. Dirty facilities. We feel that we were misled by the pictures. Never be going back there.

Hotelroom was super small, bed was super small. Toilet seat was broken and staff was extremely unfriendly. Note that when you order breakfast at 9.30, you will get it at 9… Didn't even have chairs in the room, so we had to eat our breakfast on the bed. WORST hotel I've ever been to.

Hotel pictures wildly misrepresent the quality of the rooms and the service offered by the staff who were very rude, during and after our stay is very poor. We requested an upgrade to a deluxe room at a cost of 100 Euro. On arrival at the hotel we questioned the standard of the room on 2 occasions with the reception and voiced our dissatisfaction. The receptionist contacted the owner both times via telephone and I was subsequently told that the room was a standard room and the only one available until the following day. As we were only staying in the room for 2 nights we confirmed that we would accept and stay in the standard room for the duration of our stay. When checking out we were advised by a different receptionist that our room was a ‘Deluxe’ room and we had to pay the additional 100 Euro. Room 101 is NOT a Deluxe room, the couch was dirty, the bedding had cigarette burns, the walls were dirty and marked and the shower was dirty and the door fell off making it unusable. The hotel have completely disregarded all our complaints and I would strongly recommend you find another hotel when visiting Rome.

I came back after seven years: more and more clean and welcoming! I'll be back again!

Right in the centre of Rome and a few minutes' walk to the Vatican, this inn is affordable and has a nice atmosphere. Also located a block away from the Ottivano Metro station, it's a great place to just watch the city from your window which outlooks a main street.
