Very helpful and friendly Staff. Nice room but not much. Very Small. The bathroom is very small and the shower is not working. I had trouble even to take a shower. Towels are not changed daily. It was a little bit Of a breakfast.
However It is in a good location. Easy to reach the Metro.

A great B&B.
The Good location: It is close to the Vatican (8 minutes walk), 5 minutes to Cipro Metro station.
Garage available near.
The Room was very clean
Despite that we arrived quite late at night, we were personally welcomed by the general manager, who kindly showed us all the necessary facilities of the B&B.
We felt like we were in the family.
We can recommend It for copies, for a long weekend in Rome.

Pesimo Service, Beds very incomfortable but the worst thing is their poor attention on the part of the staff. It's not worth it so close to the Vatican.

The structure looks good but has so many problems. I booked and paid in advance 8rooms for an event in Rome and I did a very bad figure with the loved ones who stayed there! The air conditioning and the fridge bar do not work in many rooms! In various rooms The shower does not dispense hot water! The Wi-Fi is almost non existent! The light counters are constantly shooting! The staff and the owners do not solve any problems and speak only Italian! Some of my guests to whom I had kindly offered the room couldn't sleep, cause broken air conditioners, they had to get a room at the nearby Pacific Hotel! Another guest of mine had to show up at the event without having finished putting in the fold! (Continuous voltage drops electric current! ). 2days later I contacted the owner and he liquidated me by denying everything and screaming infuriated without taking responsibility for the serious inefficiencies and without apology he finished the conversation by banging the phone in my face! Of course that at the level of customer care and service are bad indeed terrible! The rudeness then in handling the phone call was really demeaning! I highly recommend you avoid it!

It is economical and the rooms are very well modern and with amenities like AA Wi-Fi and in my case with private bathroom.
