I don't know where to start.
There are a few things that went well in that place. Me & my girlfriend stayed there. We found the bathroom dirty, trash bin without envelope and the pillows were hard and thin like a piece of wood.
Between 5/6 lights only worked one and the room was dark and cold. Yes the price is quite low but still what a disappointment!

Very basic room with a double bed and a single bed a desk and a bathroom. There is heating and air conditioner, perfect as a point of support for a Rome night near the Tiburtina area.

Comfortable and nice place. I had not problem with booking.

Cleanness — they don't clean the room during the 4 days we stay, they don't replace the towel Transportation — very good, near bus stop (545), tat will bring you to nearest train station. Restaurant — very good, near there are several restaurant you can tried. We had Chinese restaurant, just around 50 m+ all night during our stays Value for Money — it was one of the lowest price during our stays in Europe. Internet — average sometimes you get slow connection Staff — only limited people that work to manage the place. Overall if they clean the rooms, they could get better rating…

Cheap and clean rooms with aircon. Catch a bus 545 right across the road to Tiburtina Metro.

The price is good and he didn't charge an extra bed to our friend that decided to come with us last minute. Just he hotel fee. (We had to share a bed but it was alright) The guy was somewhat helpful basically tried to have us go to the place where he got commissioned for, like the little restaurant next to the "hotel". The room is within a little apartment so you share the "kitchen" with the others. There was 2 cups, 2 spoons, 2 bols and 2 forks… we had booked for 3 people turned out to be 4 and there was another family there too… No soap to wash the dishes so we had to use body wash… DIRTY. The catle was rusted inside so we couldn't boil water for oatmeal in the morning. There was no microwave even tho it advertised a "fully equipped kitchen". The room looks ok. There was two toilet paper rolls (again we had booked for 3people for 4 days…) we had to go ask for more and we than decided to just use our own wipes because it was a slow service. The save was broken, the TV kinda worked and the AC was great. Althought one morning we woke up and had no electricity due to overheating I guess… The internet was pure garbage! When we addressed the problem to the manager he gave us attitude and told us to come back in an hour because he was "sending a technician". Hour was up we went back he gave us a portable internet… Also no laundry room even if advertised… All in all, it is a cheap place don't expect much from it, it is close.

The appartment doesn't have any facilities (no microwave, keetle was rusted or no washing supplies), you have to share 2 plates, 2 cups, 2 spoons, 2 forks and 2 knifes with 2 others appartments. The Wi-Fi is super super slow (most of the time we didn't have Wi-Fi). Also, there was no daily maintenance (we had to reuse the towels for 4 days! The location is kinda far but there is two buses on the way to the hotel. The manager of the hotel was always annoyed by our questions or requests. He is almost never at his desk. The AC was the only good thing about the appartment!

I don't know where to start… there was no maintenance at all, had to reuse the towels, there wasn't a mat in the bathroom floor, the shower was moldy, the bathroom window frame was disgusting, there was no extra blanket or duvet which left me cold for four nights in a row, the Wi-Fi was the crappiest, and I'll shut up for now…

If your out of budget this is the place to sleep. U can easily reach hometown with the combination of bus 545 until Tiburtina and then Metro.

Terrible service on check in. The main guy at reception was incredibly rude. Once in the room we were told there was no hot water and after travelling for hours from Naples that is not what we wanted to hear. They said they would come fix it first thing the next day but no-one came. Appalling service. Would recommend not to go as you can find cheaper better places in Rome on Air B n B.

The owner is a love the best away his hospitality did not help Muco to arrive reception very late for the flight Q we had and a 7 is Porto with us.

Set 1.5 km from Tiburtina's metro stop and training station, this hotel offers terrace and self-catering accommodation with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is free.

Very economical … and had a restaurant at the door of the apartment that was all great and also very cheap.

Clean room n near to Metro which make easy to move around Rome. There is Halal Restaurant some more. Helpful staff.

Bad experience, rude and uneducated staff. They made me wait 30 minutes to then take me from anywhere else than the hotel because it had finished the rooms despite the booking. Beds.

Super price, not so far from station, where you can get to any point of Rome easily. Stuff was just awesome, had some problems with room, got another one in one hour! With rooms they got some work, but overall is realy not that bad place! Cheers for boxer dude, if you see this!

The staff was really nice but the room wasn't really good.

The reception is spotless and the place is also good. Especially because you have the bus stop nearby and you move as you want.

Great for those who want to visit Rome without giving too much attention to the accommodation and saving a bit. Apart from the fact that it is a bit difficult to find it, it is in a good location, especially respects to Tiburtina (I live nearby and often frequent that area). The room was clean and comfortable. It's a little in style: "We give you the keys, you think of the rest", that is that once you enter the room you have to think of the rest.

The worst place to stay on italy… don't go there… Is a shi$&@*# hole.

We are arrived at 10:15 on July 21, 2015 we paid rooms as they were not ready we went visited Rome. Evening at 22:15 ' we found there was no one to welcome him while the hotel was to be opened up to 24 hours. 00 so no keys. We had to go back to our vacation home is 250 km at night. Beware of this hotel more share their lack of professionalism we lost a day of visit in Rome.
