Really impressive in terms of cleanliness. Breakfast room was great with a wide variety of food. Hotel is only 7 minutes walk from the metro station which is a few stops away from the city centre.

Breakfast at the hotel is also great with a huge range of selections.

I would highly recommend this hotel, metro just up the top of the road we paid €7 each for a 24 hours train ticket and you can go everywhere or €12.50 each for 48 hours.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely. The breakfast offered a good variety of healthy options, if your looking for a full English then this is not the place for you.

Nice location away from the hustle and bustle but excellent metro links to the main sites. Rooms are comfortable with everything you need for a short break. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A great choice for a budget friendly break in Rome.

Very polite staff. Great breakfast buffet! It had such a big selection. I was quite impressed with the buffet because it had so many fresh products such as full honeycombs and super food nuts. It had some really good pancake and waffle machines which I certainly enjoyed. In addition, it had a really nice juicer with all the fruits and veggies really to be used. The room was nice and it had everything that you need for a good night.

The room is small, the bathroom is worse than what is shown in the photos, especially the shower which is tiny. Includes breakfast but is not of quality. There is no restaurant. They make you leave the room at 10, 30 in the morning with the excuse that they have to clean it but the entrance when you arrive is from 14 hours. On the internet appears that it has a swimming pool but it is not so. Value for money is more expensive than good. I don't recommend it.

Staff are exceptional best service I have ever had at any hotel. I have to he honest this is not a 4 star hotel more like a 2 star just under holiday inn but for the price and being in Rome I guess this is what you get. This is not a 4 star hotel you would receive in the states so if you are looking for luxury this is not it. If you are looking for great service with a great staff and low budget then this is the place. My father booked this who refuses to pay for hotels, first class flights, or expensive meals although has tons of money, and is from the stance u r just going to be sleeping there. So again if you are looking for luxury 4 or 5 star hotel this is not it, but if you are looking for excellent service and a place to lay your head choose this hotel.

Very peculiar style, eccentric… Now in love with the statues placed at the entrance. It was a very nice hotel. The staff were very helpful One of the best B&B of Rome Tiburtina.

Remarkable hotel mixed in style, both rustic and modern. The breakfast is fantastic with plenty of choice to be had and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is a short walk from one of the main metro stops with easy access to the rest of the city. A very lovely and peaceful place to rest up after a busy days exploring.

Great hotel, we were in mid March and I have to say I was really very satisfied. Clean rooms and reception really very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very well maintained on the products. Very good value for money I would highly recommend these hotels.

We booked a room for 5 nights and ended up after the first night. The room is dirty, everything is old, smells of dampness and mould. There is no noise isolation at all. When the neighbor opens the door, it seems that he has come to you. Breakfast was disgusting.
For the fact that moved earlier removed 79 euro penalty. It's not a 4 star, it's a 2 star with an interference.
Would not recommend this place.

Good hotel to spend a day in Rome. Large and clean rooms. The area you're in is not very pretty. Breakfast buffet with quite variety.

4 star Hotel, Italy's 4 stars are not equivalent to what we are used to. The staff were very friendly and Justita and the breakfast buffet was very good, there were fruit, coffee, infusions, pastas, cakes, bread, sausage, cereals, natural orange juice… Not that there is a lot of variety but to get the strength to start the morning if that is what you need. To note that in Italy by a 4 star hotel you have to pay a fee, in my case €3 per person and day.

Very good and popular hotel. Very friendly and courteous staff. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast buffet (see photo) offers a very wide selection. The nearest Metro station (Bologna) is about 800m away.
There is a free safe in the room. The drinks from the minibar are extremely inexpensive (0, 5l Water 0, 50 €/wine or. Beer €2).

Great everything. The international breakfast is a large and tasty buffet for all palates. The rooms are amazingly clean and the coffee maker is equipped with waffles. Exceptional bathrooms.

Poor quality food for breakfast, booked room with two double beds, we were given a room with uncomfortable sofa bed. Definitely not up to the 4 stars.

Good place to rest… not the palace but this good quality price. Breakfast good and nice people. The first day we got a room on the ground floor and apparently we were not the first ususally ke the change of the room, for smell of humidity and lack of ventilation, but without nigun problem we were moved to one of the first floor and all correct.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. It's in a reasonable location, 10 minute walk to the Metro, which is really easy to use (no different really to London) with a few options to eat. At least two are worth a visit for lunch or dinner, they were on recommendations from the staff. The other options are more snack bars. The room we are in is basic but functional. The linen is clean & has a hair dryer, coffee machine & mini bar (no ironing facilities but I haven't asked so may have options). The bathroom is the reason I'm only giving 2 stars — it needs a good clean, the shower head is grubby, the grouting & shower door/track is mouldy.

We arrived too early. But they allow us for early check in. Breakfast is good, western style. The recepsionist is helpfull and using great english. Nearby tiburtina station and bologna station. Easily to access metro (rome train) and outer province train. Will recommend this place to friends.

It is definitely not a 4 star, rooms with mold stink and improvised furnishings. Noisy, to avoid.

Just got back from a 4 night stay the hotel was great very close to metro station lovely area with lots of shops and places to eat. Supermarket just over the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful would defiantly use this hotel again we had a lovely trip.

Great location, far enough out for a good nights sleep but with easy city access. Excellant service, a decent breakfast, my only issue os the double bed made of two singles. Definitely a good shout for the price.

For a 3 star hotel it is spot on. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh linen, decent priced mini bar, nice spread for breakfast and the staff I've met are friendly and helpful. Free to use safe in each room, very handy!

Great hotel! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size and was clean. Reasonable prices for the mini bar in the room which offers beer, wine, prosecco and some snacks. Free Wi-Fi. Complimentary breakfast each day was great, really set us up for the day. And location was ideal, 5 minute walk to the metro where you could go anywhere in Rome. There was some nice bars & restaurants which were only a stone's throw away. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Easily accessible to the metro, excellent, personable front desk, close to grocery store, clean bedrooms, and an overall comfortable stay. We appreciated the daily breakfast buffett and access to a room safe. We wish the Wi-Fi had been stronger at night in the rooms but other than that we had a great stay.

Beds are slightly uncomfortable. Breakfast can do with some hot food, Maybe eggs. Apart from that can't complain. It's not central but that's what we were looking for. Short Metro trip away from everything. Shops and food locations all around and great staff. BONUS: Competitively priced goodies in the room fridge.

Very well situated close to metro lines, 15/20 minutes walk from main rail station, buses galore. Restaurants close by. Ask for room with balcony for the fresh air. Air-con good, breakfast facilities excellent with room area to sit at and enjoy city views. Decoration nice, even a bit quirky. Excellent little courtyard garden at the rear. Bar prices, well at only €2 for a glass of wine — drink up! We loved it.

Staff lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good and Wi-Fi was fairly fast compared to some hotels we have stayed in the past. Only down side air conditioning wasn't brilliant. But otherwise no complaints.

Ideal location, but it is intolerable that in the room you can find a bathroom with mildew and humidity in a 4 star. It was not reported the discomfort simply because we spent one night and we were very tired but also because it would be their own to check their rooms… I would just enjoy a weekend! Really positive side, however, is the breakfast on the 6th floor with excellent products and a beautiful view.

The hotel is a stone's throw from La Sapienza University, in a quiet neighbourhood. The original lobby furniture and the courtesy of the clerk at the front desk were immediately a good business card.

To be a 4 star I expected more. Bed with uncomfortable mattress. Floor finishing between room and bathroom a little rough, DIY repairs. Entrance rather pleasant and welcoming. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness acceptable.

This hotel calls itself a 4 star hotel but the room is certainly NOT a 4 star room. Yes the hotel offers a tiny bar, breakfast, minibar and bell service but the rooms are small even for Italy, the floors are cold tiles not marble, and the bathroom is old, dated and not in great condition. My room does not even have a window looking outside. When I booked it I chose it because it rates as a 4 star hotel knowing I was giving up location to get a nice hotel at a great price. A nice place but not a 4 star stay.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. I stayed 5 days and had no problems with the accommodation. It is a bit far from the city centre and metro transport is necessary if one wishes to visit the centre, but otherwise it is well worth the stay. The minifrige is a plus, with actual normal pricing that makes sence. Small downside would be the fact that the walls seem quite thin and you can hear some of the noices from the neighbours.

I tell you my experience at this hotel, I have been four nights, from 21 to 25 of March 2016 all right until one morning a ring, I have forgotten in the room on a table when I come back at night is no longer, I am completely sure that ring I stay on the table, however room service had not seen and apparently the hotel manager couldn't do anything about.
I have left my address if "it appeared". I tell you if so.
Please, if you go to this hotel, do not be nothing forgotten in the room, probably is not when arrive.

Pros: Air conditioning was fantastic especially after the 40 degree sun has beaten you into a mess after a long day of sight seeing. Breakfast was pretty good, with a wide selection of food and a decent coffee machine. Cons: Location is not very central but I suppose you know that by now if you're looking here on Google maps. The decor in the reception is pretty crazy.

Something far from the historical centre (20 — 25 min). Metro Bologna, 5 minutes walk and bus stops nearby to go/return to the centre. Newly renovated Hotel, clean, good breakfast (varied and located on the terrace) and attentive staff. Has good Wi-Fi signal (free). It is well provided that the distance does not I amount.

Dirty area, to do the chek-in at 11 even were not the rooms prepared, the attention of the front desk was very pleasant, clean and the decor are well.

The quality/price ratio is low, it does not correspond to anything with a hotel 4 * (in Spain would be at most 2 *). Proper room, cleaning correct, but very sober, few details. We wanted to make check-in at 15:30 h but still they had no rooms. Little friendly staff of face to the public. There is no meal or dinner. Bad breakfast, very little variety, every day the same, and if not you got first hour not advise what is just. I was disappointed.

Really good, I was there in 2012 and I only have good things to say about this hotel.
