Location is very nice for visiting the city, 5 minutes walking to the closest metro station. Very nice atmosphere, with students staying in the place and studying all around. The room is clean and complete, you also get a gym for the price.

This place is a joke. They would not turn AC on. Tried to have a romantic night and the whole street could hear because they insisted I open the window vs turn on AC. You cannot watch TV with the window open because it blocks screen. Desk replied to me “whatever”. Do not stay here.

Nice place to stay in Rome, historic attractions nearby, not a great view, but nice amenities, like indoor gym.

Very nice hotel spotless very welcoming very youthful rooms you also meet students but do not disturb at all very serene hotel. In the immediate vicinity pizzerias one hundred commercial Metro Pharmacy excellent.

Rooms with modern and basic furnishings, clean and spacious. The breakfast improved, in the last half hour there was very little left.

Great if I pass to Rome for sure we will stay modern clean spacious rooms with video garage guarded in the breakfast structure abundant sweet and savory.

Definitely one of the hotels with the best value for money in Rome. The area not in which it is located is not the best, but the metro stop is 100 meters away. The rooms are modern and always clean, quiet and well air-conditioned.

The food was decent but the rooms were excellent. A great place to stay as a student. The Wi-Fi is reliable and the rooms are accomdating for study and for leisure. The surrounding area is a little boring, but the subway is not far. The room service was a great addition, too. A nice bonus to sweeten the deal.

Great hotel, great staff.

Surprising good hotel service for a student dormitory. Wow, this hotel was truly the right choice. Instead of being in a musty little overpriced room in the overflowing downtown area I stayed very inexpensive and modern about 8km outside. The location is also the only negative point, via the metro station, which can be reached in two minutes and therefore 15 minutes to the city centre with good clocking, this can easily be a pain, at least if you like me from the seemingly endless exploration of the Eternal City evening K. O. Is. Nearby there is not much: two supermarkets, a tobacco shop, a pharmacy and a pizza/kebab shop. With about 25 euros for the taxi is also sometimes a night out.
The rooms are equipped with everything it needs. Modern bathroom with floorless rain shower, small TV (but only with Italian channels), even a refrigerator and a balcony. Only one safe is unfortunately missing.
The staff is attentive and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful, although the same and very carbohydrates dominate every day. The scrambled eggs, the Viennese and the bacon were unfortunately cold at 3 out of 4 days. That could be better organized.
Overall, however, I am positively flashed from the value for money.

Hotel is very well located on the metro station and very fast in the middle of the city. Our room was fine, clean and spacious, even with balcony.
However, the breakfast is the very last. We came down in the morning and all the tables were filthy with rubbish from the predecessor! No covered seats, no clean space, no plates available, no cups. On request the only waiter who unfortunately no English mind was just the same. Plates and cups were then released after 5-10 minutes. However, only about 5 pieces for about 20 guests. The same for cups and cutlery. There was no bread or butter. On request, 10 minutes later, 5 slices of bread were brought for 20 guests. The tables were not covered and cleaned up in the whole time. So we had to work out our breakfast. All individually searched until you could get dishes and at least 1 slice of bread.
The staff didn't care about the whole thing. The lady from the kitchen roared around, played on the cell phone or brought 10 pieces of butter. What a service!
Never had such a bad service in a hotel.

Clean and tidy decoration special new! The reception is very nice, to say that the drawback is 10:30 stopped the electricity, do not know is the jackpot or every day so.

Very comfortable rooms. Modern and functional structure located just a few meters from the metro station.

I stayed at the hotel 3 days with my boyfriend. The hotel is near of the metro station, what it is a good thing. The breakfast was ok and the reception staff was nice. However, the maid service didn't worked that much (you can see it at the pics, this pics was taken at our arrival. We didn't use anything and the bathroom was dirty; besides this, we found a lot of dust around the furniture that was a problem because we have alergies problems). Hope you can find solutions to your future guests. Best wishes! Xx.

Nice, well connected by Metro, shopping center in 50m, reception made by good and competent guys.

Great modern hotel with the best facilities.

The hotel itself is very clean and nice, but the surrounding area is quite dirty. Overall it is a very nice place and I would recommend it.

Good deal for price. The room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is fresh and delicious and the stuff is kind. It is very close to Tiburtina station, however, the area around is a little bit wired.

Simple and basic, ideal place for young people.

Excellent location. Part of it is a university campus. Staff helpful and polite, rooms furnished in modern style, exceptional value for money.

Comfortable enough because close to Metro Pietralata. New and modern, clean and cheap. It offers pretty varied breakfast buffet included in the price.
