When a guests backpack is stolen from outside your door and she was sitting at your outside bar, staff didnt seem to care. For over 24 hours we were told that we had to wait for the manager before we could watch and CCTV footage. There were 2 cameras directly where we were sitting. Low and behold on the 3rd day we were told the cameras were not working. I dont believe this. Too clean a job!
This backpack was at here feet. It contained around 2000$ of camera gear a passport and cash and other minor incidentals. There were 5 of us together and this had to have been done by someone highly experienced in the area of thievery because we didnt see one person other than the bar man. I was drinking water. This incident occurred exactly a year ago today. We have never heard from the manager of Roma Luxus. No empathetic or professional care was given during or after.
Would not ever recommend this hotel.

Perfect location! The staff was beyond helpful and very easy to address! Our room was very clean and beautiful! The breakfast was delicious! We don’t have not one complaint! Thank you so much Roma Luxus for making our honeymoon and first visit to Roma an awesome one! We will be back!

We had the privilege of staying at the Hotel Roma Luxus last week for 4 nights and the hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The location is amazing… walking distance from The Colleseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and all the other wonderful sites. We even walked to and from Vatican City! The room was cozy and came with a terrace with a wonderful shower. The breakfast was fabulous each morning and included made to order omelets. But the best part of this boutique hotel is the staff. The day assistant manager, Silva, went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of, setting up tours and restaurants for us and just generally being caring. The entire staff was warm, sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome!

My stay was a huge disappointment. The facility itself was quite nice but the front of house was a 2 star experience. While everyone had a pleasant attitude there was little engagement and there were some unnecessary bumps in the road. For starters how do you only let somebody, who is booked for two nights in your hotel, order from a “24 hour stay ONLY (limited) menu” when the kitchen is completely open to other guests? They said it was because we “arrived late”
which was 9pm. On top of THAT, how do you consider yourself a 5 star hotel but charge your guests an extra 15$ each time to deliver food to your room on top of the price. The room service food was cold and not good quality. Don’t order fish. At this point as a guest we wondered why we paid 5 star prices for the two rooms. It seemed to be mismanaged even by the manager herself who was nowhere to be found because the Wi-Fi was barely working for the 3 days with no solution proposed. We missed conference calls and were late on work emails. The hotels response was just “sorry we understand”. You are a 5 star hotel with international guests and you leave your Wi-Fi down with no urgency? Then on our last day as we sat and enjoyed our breakfast the GM brought herself and an employee IN TRAINING over *mid room* to address OUT LOUD that our final breakfast would need to be paid for

in the dinning area. This was something we were informed of as we checked in 3 days prior.
