Running air conditioning, great breakfast both salty and sweet, staff prepared, friendly and polite. What about experience more than positive quality great price. I recommend it
The only Wi-Fi flaw is almost absent. But we are in Rome there is much more to see for that is on holiday.

Good place to stay in the centre of Rome within walking distance to all the sites.

Only location, the rest appearance. The location is central and so convenient, but the good notes end here. Non-existent maintenance and little professionalism of the staff are glaring. Only working part properly, are the site and the reception. We stayed for a weekend with the kids and booked a room with 4 beds: The double had no windows, few pillows and mediocre quality. The cleanliness of the bathroom was very shallow with residue of hair in the sanitary. Also on our arrival, in a torrid Saturday afternoon, the air conditioning was detached from the switchboard and only my expertise allowed me not to turn the stay into a sauna… Last argument, not for importance, breakfast. No yogurt, no fresh croissants, overcooked eggs… Requested a cappuccino to the staff, brought the cup without saucer leaving it on the table! Wifi Open but not reliable! I mean, not recommended. Indeed, not recommended!

Beautiful hotel near Termini Train Station and also the ancient sights are within easy reach. Happy again.

The price of the room was very expensive. The fridge is not working. No dental patches even on request. Towels are grey and terrible condition. The room was very comfortable. Terrible shower, is in corrosion and rot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not included but we will write about it. Do not believe the photos that are placed to the hotel, all this is fake, the rooms are awful.

The place where the hotel is located is very very good since there are many things left and tourist areas nearby, also walking you have the option of the Metro. It is very well located and close by, as less than 10 meters there are many very rich places where to eat cheap. The breakfast is very full and very rich, there are variety of things and ESI likes it very much. The receptionist is very friendly and at all times they are happy to help you. The rooms are good, just like the bathroom. The only bad thing I find is that the shower is very small, and that in the evenings you hear noises from outside in the hallways. From there on out the hotel is excellent.

We're for 1 night and it was great. A really big room with good views. However the kitchen works, it wasn't in a very good condition. Anyway great attention by the reception and good location. Recomendable.

Centrally located, clean, close to excellent restaurants and excellent staff!

Very comfortable and well located hotel near the main tourist attractions of Rome.

The air conditioning does not cool.

It is not a luxury hotel but it is very good. It is very well located on a street with shops and close to a main avenue. A few minutes from the bus station, the metro, the Trevi Fountain and other tourist places. The staff were very helpful and the room was very good. The breakfast buffet does not have much choice but has the charm of being able to have a drink or breakfast in a charming patio.

The location is great.

The Wi-Fi was continuously disconnected at all, and many outlets were not going to charge the phone. We were in 6 people and we only had an absurd bathroom.

A bit dated could do with a repaint. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was very good plenty of choice. Good location. Kettle in the room would be nice.

Guests of a Roman Domus, in the heart of Rome. With a delightfully cared cloister. And with the performance of innocent artists.

Very central Location 5-minute walk from Barberini Trevi Quirinale. Very clean rooms Comfortable beds. Breakfast Great Staff If it were not for the building that needs some retouching would deserve the fifth star.

Gut location, friendly staff. From Austrian standards this is three stars Hotel but I recommend you this one.

I loved this hotel. The room was lovely. It was clean and comfortable. A buffet breakfast was served with hit and Cold food available. The hotel is just off Via Nationale and close enough to walk from the Termini. I will definitely be using this hotel again.

Thank you for the benefits that have been respected. Very nice staff. For the room it has its old side. But it didn't stop us for activities. All the monuments are nearby. The restaurants, the parks, the perfect proximity trade it is in front of the hotel. A bicycle or walking holiday is ideal for enjoying the Italian ☀ sun.

Our room was nice and cozy, but in the kitchen there were many tableware/Besteckteile (which we got in consultation with the reception), as well as a rag, tea towels and a lockable drain. The room always smelled pretty strong towards uncomfortable. Besides, you could not ventilate the bathroom except over the window in the room. A few more hooks and maybe a brighter light at the table would have been good too. The heating you could not really control (? ) The breakfast is good, but the room was quite cool. Daa House is quite nice, the view from our window fell next to the courtyard, which is beautiful, also on an ugly wall next to it)

Great location. Poor Wi-Fi but ok. Good breakfast. Comfortable room. More like a good 3 star, not 4 star. Did I say great location.

The rooms were quite small which is to be expected in Roma. The room was very clean however the shower door leaked, plug hole was blocked and bathroom was mouldy in places. The shower problems were fixed before we had chance to report them. Breakfast was okay nothing special, just a plain continental however it was plentiful.

Good location but accommodation 0 poor condition bedding, noises on courtyard half the night.

The location is really perfect. But the basic facilities can still be improved. For eg. There is not even water glasses/coffee cups in the room.

Do not let you know when you leave Q pay tourist tax that are €6 day per person.

Very old hotel with tiny rooms.

Quirky, a bit odd, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location. Our group of 6, really enjoyed our stay!

Nice classy place would stay there again if they put in shower doors or curtains that actually work.

Large rooms with mini kitchens. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, it's about a 10 minute walk to most of the big locations.

It's a really nice hotel, with a cool mix of modern and what seems pretty old (sliding glass doors leading to the arched fontaine is a good example), vivid backyard with good and hefty open breakfasts, fancy corridors and common halls on different floors and a way to get to the famous rome rooftops, if you're smart. (-:

We went for a drink at the hotel, the drinks were good and pretty cheap given the summer discount.

Heading to Rome and looking for a nice place to stay? This is not one of them. Booked a week for our honeymoon expecting at least a useable room. Not the case. It was about 200 degrees in the room even with the A. C. "running" if you want to call it that. The shower?. Complete joke. And what do they say when you ask them to make it right ON YOUR HONEYMOON?! … no refund. That's all that's it. There are plenty of good hotels all around this place it's almost amazing they still keep a book of business. You guys earned a negative star rating but Google hasn't gotten there yet. Congrats.

Wi-Fi broke nd been broke and Pablo a snake man, also theirs an Italian ghost that haunts the halls, but if you do plan on staying make sure to greet concierge by saying tutti fruity (Italian accent).

Fabrics are a bit warn, not very good signage. Good location. Large rooms.

The central location and the price had been the strong points that led me to choose this location. The availability, the kindness of the staff The good breakfast and in the context all the services offered, confirmed the expectations.

Not a fan of this place. It was rated 4-star but our A/C unit didn't work well so it was so hot in our room. The breakfast was terrible. The location was fine as everything in Rome can be a distance. We stayed in Barcelona, Nice and Rome and this was by-far the worst of the 3 hotels. Funny thing is this hotel was a 4-star while the other two were only 3-stars…

Didn't have as many beds as they said so they had to bring up a mattress. Balcony view was nice. Courtyard was nice.

Stay from 10 to 17 April 2016. A very nice hotel with an inner, view course on a beautiful fountain which deserves an interview further, especially since she is the focal point in taking his lunch or simply coming to ask for an aperitif.
Room 114 has a small balcony with a view of the Interior, very nice course if you do not receive a shower sitting on your Chair, cause cleaning on floors where the Earth, for repotting of planters… Ouch what a pity, the view is so nice as soon as we put her luggage.
Room (114) is very big and very nice. A decent bathroom.
Cleaning is well done overall, but make sure to clean up the grime in the inner grooves of the shower and do not leave your empty cans on the sink. This is not very professional!
The staff is overall very friendly. It remains discreet but always there when needed.
It is true that this hotel deserves a makeover, to be very good location and nice to live. I could do all my visits to feet, good pavement, during the week (more a wonderful time at 26 °).
Despite my necessary remarks for a better, this hotel deserves that we stayed there.

Wifi spotty, changed rooms because the smell, deff a 3 star hotel not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is good, staff is helpful, location is pretty good. If just needing a place to sleep it's ok. But deff overpriced and over rated.

Room 109 Couple 60 years from 21 to 24 April
Large room with bathroom and comfortable dressing room quite dark because 1st floor. A Chair more would not be a luxury.
Very good stay in place very well placed for visiting Rome on foot or by public transport. Easy Metro access by the Republic square or line 64 via Nazionale.
We are in a capital city so a few horns calls sometimes, but no real problem, we slept very well.
Very full and abundant breakfast but not "American" coffee at the height. You can ask a real Espresso to server
2 problems to report:
-the non insulation between the bathrooms which is easily solved by closing doors, very tight.
-Internet catastrophic (Hotel has indicated that work is planned).
Overall I recommend.

Had a great stay at the Domus. Not a sterile hotel, it got character. Staff always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average but hey it was free so can't complain.

If you read my previous review on this hotel, it was probably a bit harsh. We had some issues with our first room, but the staff was more than willing to move us to a new room on the interior side of the hotel. They were very genuine and accommodating, and personally cared about us having a good experience at the hotel. If possible, I'd avoid staying in one of the rooms facing the street, especially if the weather is hot. The air conditioner shuts off at 22:00, and the level of noise from the street is truly unbelievable and will make it impossible to keep the windows open. If you're able to keep the Windows closed however, the noise level is not bad at all. Other than that, the rooms are huge, probably the most space of any room I've stayed in in Europe, and the location is pretty unbeatable.

This is a 3 star hotel, not 4. Hotel is in a great location for tourists. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Our room had no hot water in the evening. Breakfast was great.

Great building! beautiful, very large rooms and very nice staff. Even the breakfast was well balanced and had lots of choice.

Poor professionalism, I had purchased a month before a basic Hotels at this hotel, arriving on 14 February (Valentine's day) with my wife at the hotel, and they diverted to another hotel to me and told me to be at the same level, not chosen but nothing real, after a few hours I connect on booking where I am given the availability of basic hotels to hotel domus with a higher price. This is a matter of not being professional, and lack of seriousness!

I was in 2013 with my family and they gave us two rooms with dirty carpeted and packages
And then with smells of sewer that we call address and we threw a liquid to remove the olore
They did not change us rooms.

Beautifully located hotel. ATTENTION staff wonderful, FRANCESCO ESPEECIALMENTE, who helped me on the subject of Wi-Fi, having it a little complicated, with little cover. As part negative my room, with lumpy mattress and very used, produciendome espalda. El pain bath has been old and dangerous with a high tub to enter. Good breakfast and abundante. LO best LA location and the friendly staff, excellent… GREETINGS to FRANCESCO, mi ANGEL DE LA GUARDA.

This place is a great value for the center of Rome. Great balcony in our room and beautiful courtyard with breakfast included.

Rooms on the second floor without elevator, room 15-inch television set of twenty years of age, despite booking a room on arrival was not available.

It is a very unique and stylish. The staff were very friendly. Good location for visiting the tourist attractions are, as in my case, to reach the offices of central Rome.

The location is very central, an easy walk to Fontana Trevi, the Pantheon and Spanish Steps. Our room was very spacious and clean. The terrace on the fourth floor is perfect for evening drinks. Good breakfast very friendly staff.
