Dantes Hell B&B

We had a great time at Dante's Hell. Perfect location, a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona and Pantheon. A lively area, full of restaurants, bars and shops. It's a small, family B&B, located in an original Roman house, so we felt a bit "local". The room is quiet, spacious, cozy, very clean and equipped with everything needed. Cleaning and changing of linens and towels was performed every day. Special thanks to the host Flavia who was available for us at any time and helped us with her advice. We definitely recommend the place, and we will be happy to return on our next vacation in amazing Rome.

The room was amazing. It's located in a very old historical building. The location is the best to move around to all the places by foot.
Our stay though was unpleasant. The air condition was too loud and we couldn't sleep at night. The water pressure was very vad and we couldn't even take a shower.

We loved our 4 nights here! Great little room with lots of we'll thought through touches. The bed is well loved, and we can be picky about that, but slept well.
The location is perfect! It's a 2-minute walk to the pantheon. There are piles of restaurants close by. We found the coop food store, 2 blocks away, which was very well stocked.
The breakfast is at a cafe a few blocks away. I had to ask for directions, but what a find! We had cousants and coffee every day and the cousants were amazing! It's one of the things I'll miss most about Rome!
There is a mini fridge, ac, a hot plate and pot, a great little espresso machine, and a kettle.
They changed our towels and tidied up every day. The shower was good pressure and lots of hot water. The Wi-Fi was good. They were very responsive and helpful with any requests. I recommend staying here.

On our arrival we were shown our room and given a quick rundown by Flavia. Always helpful and at hand if needed, Flavia was a joy to deal with.
The room itself was sized just right. Smart, well decorated, clean, and classy, it had a small fridge, kettle, coffee maker, and complimentary nibbles.
In a fantastic location you are never more than a minute's walk from somewhere nice to eat, and no more than 2 minutes walk from the Pantheon. If that wasn't enough, within a 10 minute walk is the Trevi Fountain, and Vatican City and the Colosseum can be reached within 15 minutes once you have your bearings. You could take a taxi, to be sure, but it's a lot more fun on foot so you get to see all of the shops, eateries, street architecture, and places of interest.
Breakfast at Dante's Hell is via a voucher for Giolitti's around the corner, which includes a drink and croissant and made for a delicious start to every day.
If you are lost for something to do (! ) then we would recommend popping into the churches on your travels — always a sight to behold and one pretty much on every corner.
Dante's Hell was an absolute delight to stay at, and we cannot wait to return one day soon.
Two pieces of advice we would give though — the first is be aware that you will hear the nightlife in the room. This is not a negative but an enjoyable part of the whole experience.

I forgot to tell them when I would arrive so when we go there there was no one to let us in. We contacted the owner and they were so nice and were able to get the housekeeper to let us in. Which was so appreciated! We walked from the train station and definitely wish we would've taken a taxi since we got lost. It is located right next to a large gelato shop. It is located on the 3rd or 4th floor so a lot of stairs but there is a tiny elevator. Super easy to walk to the Vatican City and the Colosseum from! There are in room pastries as well as a coupon to a breakfast place around the corner for a pastry and coffee. The room is super spacious and very clean!

This is a fabulous place. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The owner kept in constant communication, making arrangements for meeting us there on arrival, gave us great tips on restuarants and things to do and definetly informed us of the best ice cream shop! This place is ideally located for the attractons which are all in walking distance. Breakfast is provided at a cafe just around the corner which you get vouchers for in your room. There are also tea, coffee and snacks provided in your room too. Very charming place. Special shout out to the cleaning lady Ms Ramirez, she was great!

What a beautiful spot and a beautiful stay. Love our time in Rome in our quiet little apartment. The size is typical of the area but the inside seems so fancy. I felt as though I paid for a 5-star hotel once I walked through the door. Getting into the building was tricky but we didn't do the best job of communicating when we would arrive. It should also. Be noted while there is an elevator I wouldn't relay on it too much. It is very tiny and stops working randomly (not the fault if the host). The small hotel is located on the 3rd or 4th floor and the owner and family stay at the end of the hall. Our belongings were secure throughout and Flavia (the Daughter of the owner) was such a joy to speak to about ANY questions we had and even tolerated our lack of Italian (language). She soent about 15 minutes showing us the best spots to go and telling us the dos and don'ts of Rome. I literally told my wife that I fell in love with Flavia, that's how great she was (harmless jokes).
All in all, great place and right in the center of the action. Thanks for the memories (Flavia) lol.
