You could do more.! Service to be improved especially on occasions such as the Grand Russian Ball where 400 people from all over the world were expected and it is flawed in the amount, not in the quality of the food and in the arrangement of the tables. Many, not only the undersigned, realized that the soda table created a real cap on the circulation between the halls, I understand the practicality and the connection between the kitchen and the retrohousing of the materials but honestly only one table was insufficient, how unacceptable it was to see the expectation of so many people standing waiting for the food or clean dishes to be brought. The waiters should at least serve the appetizers on individual saucers in order to contain the hoarding and the ungentlemanly demeanour of the first patrons while the others remained dry-mouthed waiting for half an hour to stand! It's not a service you'd expect from a 5-star! Personally the starters and the fried I just glimpsed them. Vodka and caviar, not even the shade. I ate two rigatoni in white and after half an hour another three of the number in red, this because the dishes were self-service, but I repeat a check of the quantity in the dishes is due by the service, would have enough two waiters who made the portions and would have f acilited the smoothness of the ladies in crinolin! That said, it remains one of the most beautiful places to dance in Rome!
Ps. Hearing people saying to each other "when we go out we go to eat a pizza" does not seem uplifting to a hotel of this caliber!
