Very good Hotel, very kind, very professional in the advice, Alexander the great.

We have been here three times already for some wonderful days in Rome and in a few weeks time we will be there again. It is like a home away from home. Nice rooms, great people, great location to do your own thing, nice breakfast and always clean and well maintained!

Clean and quiet, center of the city. Nice people.

Not the classic hotel, as it is located on the top floor of a building. Warning: there is no sign outside, look for the name in the bells! The staff is very hospitable and helpful, the rooms new, very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast!

Good location — bus stations to the city center and a supermarket just a few steps away. Very nice and helpful staff, and breakfast that is just what you need to get the day started. Shower pressure is a little too low, but other than that it was a wonderful stay, far enough from the noise and commotion of the main tourist attractions, and at the same time, just a short bus ride away.

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. It's just outside the noisy areas. When the windows were closed it was very quiet, shutting out all traffic noise. The room had a modern feel to the decoration and King sized bed. A walk-in shower and a bidet were standard in the bathroom which was kept spotless. The staff were very attentive, particularly Alessandro, who could not have been more helpful. About a 15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain and just 10 mins to the Spanish Steps. The metro was also in short walking distance and just 4 stops we were at the Vatican for only E1.50 fare. For Rome prices, this is a 5 star stay. Will stay again next time we're in Rome.

Comfortable clean room, pleasant staff, more Inn than hotel and tricky to find…

Friendly staff who were helpful throughout, particularly Alessandro. Room was bright and spotless and continental breakfast was first class.

We did not like this hotel. It was the only hotel we didn't like on our trip and we think it deserves a single star. We forfeited our last night there and stayed somewhere else. First, it was sold as a king bed room but the bed was a queen. Second, the bathroom was not cleaned properly. You could see how bad it was when it steamed up. Third, there is zero parking (good luck with that), and this hotel has only floors 4 and 5 of a shared building. And the elevator is old and super slow. Lastly, and painfully, the Wi-Fi was very slow and kept cutting out. When we brought the issues like the bed and Wi-Fi up, but they just shrugged their shoulders. The people at the front desk were nice, but told us they couldn't help us. They needed to talk to the owner, but that never happened so we left.

Rooms are lovely, staff helpful, air con great, central to attractions. Lovely quiet area, no road sounds in our room, overall a great place.

Had a great time here, beautiful decor, friendly staff and the location is great for walking to many of the all the main sites of Rome. The hotel is on the 4th and 5th floor of a large palazzo.

Rooms are big and decent. Breakfast is basic. Hotel is on the 4th and 5th floor of a building with a rickety 2 person elevator.

Comfortable, good taste of the furnishings, a place that you do not expect but that surprises you.

Beautiful people and beautiful place to stay when in Rome. Walking distance to many if not all attractions here. From the owner to all staff they were very accommodating letting us check in early, providing maps and recommendations and good advice. Enjoyed great breakfasts and best espresso each morning. Very clean and modern hotel. Highly recommend.

Great hotel! Perfectly central location, very nicely furnished rooms but what makes the stay a true unforgettable experience is the family atmosphere in the Hotel with the super friendly staff and owners! Thanks for a great stay!
