➜ I spent the first night waiting on the street from 2 am to 8 am that they wanted to open… they don't have reception over 11 o't at night, they told me that they were waiting for me a little longer (paying them 20 o' and as the flight was delayed half an hour they told me that they wouldn't wait for me, and on top of that they didn't even return me the night I slept in the street and on top of that they charged me the 20o had been charged or, the rather rude receptionist, the beds tear your back… Even the most filthy hotel in Spain doesn't make you that… It is also not a hotel, they are rooms that have inside a building with more business and more people living.

➜ We were very comfortable, the hotel is modest, but it does not lack anything, Wi-Fi, air conditioning. Good cleanliness and the chacha q brings breakfast as the receptionist, very nice 10 min walk from termini, excellent location.

I have to say I was really impressed. It is in a very convenient place to services (metro, bus). The lady of the reception was able to explain in a short time everything there is to see in Rome in a comprehensive way, giving us a map. The super sympathetic waitress. What to say, how to be home!
