Basic, with just what you need, to travel light, very good location, 4 blocks/streets from Termini Station. Multi-connect.

The hotel is reasonably okay, and is enough to stay overnight. In our room, however, there is mold and inexplicable stains on the walls, which is already very disgusting. In our shower still hair from the predecessor hung on the walls, which contributed to the disgust. Breakfast is also quite sparse and standards such as eggs and cereals are not to be thought of. All in all, I would not recommend this at all.

The hotel was always clean and the maids tried to keep the room clean, which surprised me positively.
The breakfast was very simple: bread, cheese, sausage, coffee and some drinks.
On the positive side, the hotel is located at many attractions and is 10min walk to the metro.
I recommend the hotel for people who want to see the city and don't attach much importance to comfort.

Worst hotel ever, with some incapable workers, as exemple the reception guu didnt know english and ask the other guy for directions and he leaded me in the other direction.

We liked the hotel. The location of it is near the centre. Also near it is a metro station. The rooms are small but nice and clean. The staff are friendly and always polite. We did not liked the breakfast, but over all is a nice hotel almost in the heart of Rome.

I stayed in an annexe adjacent to the hotel. The room was very quiet.

Travel purchased with grouping that changed its offer 2 days before departure with this hotel. Do not expect a 3 * French but enough to sleep there the a3cces at the Coliséum is feasible and not very far from the station…

We charge you the connection to the internet and when you pay for it, it only serves to a device. We had a 2nd floor by stairs, helped us with luggage, poor attention there. The only thing good is the breakfast, it is not a nice area at night.

I came with the institute and they told me that they changed the towel every four days, if it was stained they put it to wash but they do not return it. In the end the receptionist accepted but neither with much enthusiasm. It is very hot in the room and there is little space. Nefarious, lousy.

We got a room, which was close to the breakfast and it was very loud since 6:00 in the morning, because of the waiter. It was in underground level and does not have really windows, just a small hole. Acctually I thing it was a warehouse. The machine for the elevator were also close to the room. I can not recommended this place.

Not recommended… I was here with our tour group and the rooms are very small. It looked as though a 4 bed room had been made of a 2 bed room. With us the high bed wobbled extremely and looked very fragile. At each opening the shower door broke out of the socket, the hair dryer is not warm and you have no closet. It's OK if you are on a budget. All basic necessities are there (bed, private bathroom, safe, towels changed every day) I didn't like that sometimes I could hear the train/tram, but not that loud and could be ignored after a tiring day in Rome. This 3-star hotel équidrait a "1 star" in France. The room was very good and the bathroom was very small. On the other hand, the hotel is 10 minutes from Manzoni Metro station and 15 minutes from Termini station. Good location.

I didn’t mind this place. Walls are very thin but for the price I thought it was ideal. If you’re visiting Rome you shouldn’t really be sat in your room all day. Breakfast is basic, but if you love cheese, this is the place for you.

The location isn't very good and the bilding too, it is old and it is in bad condition. The rooms are old and dirty, in the walls there are some little holes, and the toilet aren't in better condition, in some of these there aren't the toilet brush or the window. The hotel manager is cantankerous, irascible and he doesen't use clothing appropriate to his role. Other staff isn't bad, especially the waiter Osman.

The rooms are very clean and the room is very good. In my the air conditioner was not working right (in December it is not the best), so a little cool the room. Poor breakfast as well as dinner. Lacks many basic services. I had to move heavy furnitures to just to charge my phone. The heating system was very frustrating, they turn it on and off every now and then, and at night it wakes you up every time you are about to sleep. The blanket was a very poor quality, and not inviting for your eyes. The bath room was to small, I had to struggle for my essential bathroom needs. Even washing my face was a problem. For a much lower prices and better locations in Rome, I had better experiences. I was really disappointed.

The rooms are nice and clean, the bathrooms are a little small, the Wi-Fi is paid and the breakfast buffet is not stocked, however the donut is exceptional! The staff is very friendly the overall hotel is nice and cozy, in the lobby there is also a vending machine for drinks and snacks.
The location is really good, exactly 20 minutes walk to get to Termini station.

Very nice, albeit very small room… in the main house (a second one we did not notice) The bathroom just as very small but okay… Does not want to spend my holiday there in it. It was cleaned every day and so were the beds. The staff was very friendly. I wouldn't have wanted a room up front. Ours was lying back on the first floor to a small sweet street.

Stayed here November 2015 and have mixed feelings about the place. It's one of those annoying hotels that have different buildings in different streets, so myself and the rest of my group had to stay in separate buildings. The entire hotel constantly smelled like bleach, I supposed that means it got cleaned regularly but they really do over-use the bleach and its not healthy breathing it in all night. On our second night there seemed to be some sort of party going on in a few of the rooms. The noise was unbearable and people were running up and down the corridor and banging on doors, including our door. The hotel staff seemingly did nothing to stop the noise, yet the next night the hotel staff complained that our TV was too loud. As you can imagine, this was extremely frustrating considering the events the previous night. The only reason I gave no less than three stars is because it is a budget hotel, and people like students etc need hotels like this to be able to afford travelling. You get what you pay for I suppose. The breakfast staff were the highlight, they were very friendly.

Rather hostel than Hotel, for Sleeping okay, but not much more.

Very bad, the rooms small, the bathroom only fit a flea, the setvicio horrendous and the reception is a bit rude, the older and glasses the rest are good you need a poquillo of reform.
