Incredible place. Queues today are 3.5 hours but you can get in in 10mins by going on a tour. Well worth the 30 euros each if you have kids. Like any internationally famous tourist place you will get hassled, it's part of the fun.

Clean accommodation, close to everything you need from any needs, I would recommend it to families.

Hello, to find the place is challenge although it is on the crossroad, you have to be in 2 meter distance. The room smells like old potatoes, really disgusting. If you open the window won’t be better but loud as if you sit directly on the crossroad! Hurray! No parking and you can eat your breakfast somewhere on the other street, but receptionist is not able to explain where, he shows with his hand the direction:) only for 150€ per night. Never ever!

Very nice, little hotel. We were greeted at reception by a friendly, American woman who answered everything we needed to know about Rome. Then we took the very old-fashioned lift up to our room. The whole hotel seemed very quiet. The room was clean and nice. There was a mini fridge, so you can keep some drinks cool. It's a little way away from the more touristy area, but it's just a short walk from the Colosseum, and the metro and tram go pretty much right outside the hotel. Download the Rome metro app and get used to taking them. Oh, and try the place right across the street for a simple, but nice breakfast. When you arrive, you might have trouble seeing where you're meant to go. It's that big, brown door on the corner right by the Metro sign (see pictures). There'll be a little Roma Resort Colosseum sign next to it. Just ring the doorbell and head in to the left.

Perfect location. This place is 2 metro station away from Roma Termini which is Rome's central railway station. The lift of this metro station opens right in front of this property, so really greatly accessible. Bus station and tram stations are also just 50 meters. Some good food options and mini markets near by. Colossium is about 12 minutes by walk from this place. Rooms are specious and newly renovated. It has heritage lift as shown in pictures, at time feels scary. They have kitchenette but no microwave or oven. Lot of things also missing from kitchen area, so please understand this limitation before booking. Their reception works from 9 to 9. So you can check in between those hours only.

Super! Very comfortable and spacious apartments. Super clean everything. The only one is very good. There is a subway station exactly next to the building. Very close to the Roman Coliseum, changing to 12-15 min. We'll be back soon!

Could not hsve been happier with this place. Spacious room and friendly front desk staff. Great price. Literally on top of the subway stop and a 15 minute walk from the colosseum.

The hotel is about 10 minutes from Termini railway station, and about 15 minutes from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, so the location is great. In the same way, there are other tourist landmarks like the Santa Scala or San Giovanni in Laterano. As for the transport, it has the entrance of Manzoni's Metro at the same door, being the line A, which connects to the main points of interest of Rome. On our arrival at the hotel, we were struck by the façade, since it is very old and with little indication that it is a hotel. However, as you approach you see the Hotel logo and the indication to call reception. The guy who attended us was very friendly at all times, and while we picked up the data, he provided us with the key Wi-Fi.
When we got to the room, we loved it. It's very well-conditioned. We ordered the double room with access to kitchen. The kitchen is complete, with a ceramic hob with two fires, cookware needed for cooking and a small fridge. A table where you can eat in a sort of entrance hall to the room. The bathroom, has a very comfortable shower tray and enough for the shower without being tight, in addition to having hairdryer and towel heated to have warm towels. Very comfortable bed, with a large TV right in front.
If I mention something negative, the rooms did not have blinds, so the light entered the room, only with white curtains that did not impede much light.

Helpful staff clean and good size rooms. Good public transport access location.

Great location, clean, efficient check in. Would stay again. Little in regards to self catering equipment though, and no kettle.

Very spacious and clean. Easy to get public transport i. E metro, tram and bus. Walking distance to Colosseum.

The guys at the front desk are super. Very accurate place and next to the Metro to get to the Vatican.

A gorgeous and huge room; the aircon was definitely welcome in the heat of Rome in July as well! Lovely furniture and basic cooking facilities in our room if we needed them. A beautiful old lift in the centre of the building, though it would be difficult to get in if you're a wheelchair user I'm sure the excellent door staff would help you, they were kind and friendly, speaking good English.

Great place to stay. Very clean and large rooms. Staff was very helpful and spoke great english. Air condition was great. The metro is literally right outside the front door. So its a train ride away from everything very easily and an easy trip back.

Air Conditioning didn't work, TV didn't work. Staff was unable or unwilling to correct the problems. No ice available.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very kind, helpful. Almost apologetic that the room wasn't ready 7 hours before check in time when we arrived in Rome (we hadn't planned on it being ready). We were able to drop off our bags and got some tips about navigating the city before heading out to see some stuff before checkin. Once we did check in, the room was really great. Outfitted with sleek modern furniture, super comfortable bed. Was a little cold when we first got in, but once we got thermastat set up was great. Shower was great, quick to warm up. Kitchenette had everything we could have needed. Favorite thing though is that on vacation this really felt like a home. It's essentially an apartment in Rome. You either have to get buzzed in by the reception or have a key to unlock the front door, don't always walk throught a lobby rather just straight up to your apartment. Metro station and bus stop with lines that take you anywhere you want literally right outside the front door. With a transit pass you will be able to see anything in Rome. Can get to most major sites within 10 minutes via public transit from the apartment.

Trap for tourists. Assistance bad. Problems with the electrical system known from the afternoon. The Light that goes in and comes out. Emergency light turns on in the night waking up all without being able to turn off the power, and with a baby of two years is not human. In short, a nightmare. His pregnant wife, the lift was not to be. Third floor. So you pay first, and it's not that they can't do anything about the guys at the reception… very bad experience. Criminals.

Beautiful. Fantastic location, opposite the metro Manzoni. Staff very friendly, rooms spacious and with everything, air conditioning, tv, towels, kitchenette fully equipped, bed very comfortable.
