Terrible experience … you have to pay extra for the air conditioner. Outside the hotel is really loud.

Proximity to the station. That's where the pros end. The rooms are very hot, there is no fan, air conditioning is offered for a fee. The elevator in general is very strange, with large bags to come in, had to ride several times. The receptionist sits on the 3rd floor, and then you have to again with bags on the 5th. It's not realistic to get up on foot.
