Nice and friendly staff. For the price its pretty good. I would recommend.

We loved our stay here! Daniele, who is there at night is so nice and funny and he made our trip amazing! Usually (Even if I stay in a party hostel) I would rather just stay in my room and sleep or get out of the hostel, but the vibe of this place is great because of Daniele. People gather in the kitchen to cook and eat dinner and have the best time talking. It's a really small hostel so there aren't very many people there at the same time and everyone there becomes family very quickly. I had absolutely no worries about leaving my stuff in the rooms or in the lobby. It felt very safe and homey. The free pasta the other reviews talk about didn't happen while we were there but there are lots of cheap places to grab food nearby, so it was no trouble! Also the showers were nice and high pressure, air conditioning was GREAT (since it's rare to have at all in hostels in Rome) and the beds look like they should squeak, but they didn't squeak at all! They're doing a bit of construction on the lower floor, which is slow because they discovered some ruins and needed to get permission to comtinue building, but it didn't bother us at all. It's actually super cool and if you ask Daniele very nicely he might take you down to see the ancient brick structures which were once part of Nero's baths! Overall probably my favorite hostel I've ever stayed at and I recently stayed at one that is a brand new "designer hostel" So it says a lot!

Staff was really friendly and informative. 24 hour service. Laid back, simple, and nice location.

Living under the bridge is better. Dirty without end, showers broken, no clogs, no boxes, shelves or anything else you might expect from a two star hotel. Even the existing basic equipment (bunk beds only) is outdated dirty and cheapest construction. The kitchen is a joke, the lounge is a construction site, TV is not available, safe are not available … Why am I writing this? Because all this should be on offer … Deprieding.

Stayed 3 nights! Facility fair for the price. Don't expect luxury with €13 :) About 30 minutes walk from Rome Termini Station. Nearest metro at Manzoni, two stops to station. Bus stop just 2 to 3 minutes walk and supermarket just at the entrance to the street. Staff are nice and cooperative.

I was there a couple months ago. What should I say? unbelievable dirty, the staff was friendly before my room mate saw bed bugs in her bed. I made some pictures and changed the place immediately. Was a horrible stay and left me wondering about the very good reviews from others, which I normally count on by choosing places to stay in different cities!

The establishment (a classic hostel) is very well located, it is located in the Hyper centre of Rome. You can go on foot to the Colosseum (15 min) or other tourist places (if you prefer public transport, there is the Termini station at 15 min on foot and the metro station Manzoni or Vittorio Emanuele from line a a few minutes on foot or E Ncore several buses or trams). There is also a supermarket next door open all the bears until 10pm.
The atmosphere that reigns there is really at the top! The staff (Daniele, Giorgio, Nene etc. ) is super friendly, welcoming and particularly warm and provided me with the maximum information about the sights to see, the shops in the vicinity (there is plenty of bar and catering of all kinds) as well as a Map of the city. They represent the real added value of the establishment. Every evening we can spend very pleasant moments around a delicious (and free) plate of pasta prepared by the staff (if you want to leave a tip, they really deserve it). It is so nice to exchange and meet people who come from all over the world sitting at the table with Daniele (or many other customers too, it depends) on guitars.
Excellent value for money. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, functional and well ventilated. The windows have double glazing so we sleep well. 24-hour front desk. The lockers available are of two different sizes (super! ).

Just back from 5 nights at Melting Pot and it was great! Knowledgeable, friendly staff who like a banter. Especially loved that the staff took guests out for a night out. Special thanks to Daniele and Mr G for that! Great mix of people from all over the globe. Would go back again for sure!

Essential but confortable. Only 15 min from Termini station and 5 min from the nearest metro station (Manzoni). Nice and friendly staff. One of the cheapest in Rome!

The place is very nice and the location is really good close to the train station termini and the colisseum, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean the bathroom was a bit small and wasn't the cleanest bathroom but wasn't bad I recomend it for one or two nights not more.

Tiny rooms with mouldy showers. Great free pasta is good for money saving and creates friendly hostel vibe where you can chat to other travellers. Valuables safe in reception rather than rooms. Knowledgeable staff. Great safe location right next to supermarket and on the metro line 1! 15 min walk to collosseum and historic centre.

Nice ans cheap Hostel wich is just 1 km away from the Colloseum.

I was only there for a night but the place was fine and the staff were nice. The area is a little sketchy to walk through though.

Super friendly staff, gave us a great room, theyre super kind to all their guests and make sure you're checked in properly with all the right information given.

SUPER friendly and great staff, kitchen with a hot eye, there are dishes provided as well as a fridge and microwave. Clean rooms! Usually have a free pasta night :) they cook good. Grocery store literally right next door! Also super close to a metro and several bus stop stops. Towel rental is cheap but nowhere to do self laundry anywhere close but there is a laundry service up the street where they do it for you. The staff are very helpful with any issues or questions, also helpful with directions or tips! Would DEFINITELY stay again :) stayed 2 times already in 5-8 day spans! Met a lot of great people because the atmosphere is laid back and the guests can socialise easily. Highly suggest!

Close to the train station and the center, near the supermarket and market. The rooms are very small.

It's kind of bad in the rooms. And the pasta is so-so. But the staff is certainly pleasant.

The atmosphere and the people make this the best place to stay in Rome! The air-conditioning was a big plus in the heat. The pasta dinner every night was a great time to socialize with other guests. A big thanks to all the guys who work there, they were always there to help with anything that I needed. I will miss it very much and will definitely return if I'm ever in Rome again. Thank you, Thank you!

The staff is very friendly. Every night they serve pasta for free, there is a balcony for smokers, the room is very clean, there are two bathrooms one inside and another outside. The hotel is very close to the metro as well. Thanks for everything guys. Such an amazing experience. Gabriel Sanches "parteno-brasiliano"

Okay hostel. Bathrooms were old and not very cleaned. Nice staff though. Gave free pasta most nights. No towels provided. Fairly close to the train station and only a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station. Overall, a mid-level hostel. Okay value.

The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful with everything. The rooms are clean, location is close to center so you can walk to anywhere. Also there is a very close metro station and the central station is 15min by foot. A very cozy hostel, you can meet great people. Thank you guys for eveyrthing, I will visit again :)
