Review of Hotel Marco Polo Rome 3*

I chose this hotel because I had been given a wonderbox package. At first I was hesitant after reading some negative recision but instead I have to say that they were totally wrong. The hotel is located 2 minutes from the term station. Better you can not trains and metro a few steps away. Exit the station from the right side the first front route go straight and at the first intersection on the right. After 20 meters you will find the palace with the inscription Hotel Marco Polo. You have to climb to the third floor to find the lobby (In rome as in other cities some hotels are on palaces is normal on this there are awe three hotels. Let's talk about historic cities. ) the elevator is a bit tight there you are in two but it is very fast and once you take your hand there are no problems (possibly there are stairs but with suitcases it is tough). We stayed on the superior rooms on the sixth floor. Large spaces, freshly renovated, climate, TV, room fridge, breakfast in room (abundant with wide choice). The view is on palaces but we didn't care given the hotel's strategic location. Staff available, kind, professional, spaces in line with the rest of the hotel and everything well cleaned. I must fully thank Lorenzo for giving us a thousand explanations and modified so many things at the last moment, Cristian for patience even at night in giving us advice and Diego that the last day was very kind. We had the train delayed by 85 minutes we were allowed to keep the luggage in the hotel (so in the morning we did one last lap free from unnecessary weights) and the last hour of waiting we passed it in the lounge near the lobby with Wi-Fi and bathrooms. They were really understanding and courteous. Surely this is our reference hotel for Rome that we will rabbit to everyone and will be back soon. Thanks also to all the rest of the staff.
