For Rome, it's just a great hotel with a good location and adequate shower size.

I stayed in Center 2. My room was clean, cool and quiet. I don't see why people rate this a 2 star. The staff are really friendly and the breakfast is nice. It is worth its money.

Very courteous staff that go out of their way to assist their guests. Room is clean, everything good. Would definately come again.

Very very bad service! We had to cancel the booking because of the serious illness, but they did not refund our money. We have contacted to their manager but they did not even respond. Strongly not recommended to anyone if you do not want to waste money for nothing!

There were at the end of May. Pulls on three stars small. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast is the easiest cheese ham coffee. Nothing For a night take an extra 4 euros per person city like tax. The area of course leaves much to be desired nothing near the station. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. To get to the sights it is better to go on the Metro Manzoni in time even closer than to termini and kind of safer than seen any rabble. The staff is polite and friendly. Everything other related with this hotel is garbage. Bugs, railway noise all the time, walls are so thin you can hear everything from everywhere. Wifi is paid additionaly, actually I dont know if this is common for the area. Its dirty, needs a little bit refreshing. I guess that is what you get for a low budget hotel in this area. But the location is great. So many good little italian restourants in 200-500 meters distance.

I bet five, because there's nothing to lower the score. Except that the walls are dirty a little bit, but on the walls I was in Rome itself paid attention, not in the hotel.

The area is quite secluded, the nearest metro is 20minutes walking. Very old hotel. The heating puts them automatically and puts so much noise that does not let you sleep. You just about get what you pay for. The walls in the rooms are very thin and you can hear just about everything like the showers from other rooms. It fails to say on the website that there are old noisy trams that go by every couple of minutes that sometimes sound like they are in the room with you. The breakfast is by no means continental. You get a choice of 2 cereals with milk that has been left out so it has gone warm with some bread if you are lucky. The walk from the train station is 15 minutes down a dangerous and dirty street. Not the most safe way to feel. The rooms themselves are not to bad just somewhere to sleep really. The key didn't work very well the electricity would go on and off. Thanks to the cleaning staff the rooms were always nice and clean when you returned from your days travels. Wouldn't come to stay again I'm afraid.

Place where the hotel is is not attractive. You have to pay for Wi-Fi anf breakfast is poor. But rooms are tidied everyday, Coloseum is not far, train station is few steps away. Rooms are good, there is TV wardrobe table with chair.

Rooms clean enough, all sorted, maybe the room we happened was not the best but as far as the price quality is OK.

Although a reasonably cheap hotel I wish I paid more and went to a better hotel. The bed for me and my partner was 2 single beds put together. One of the beds was terrible, I could feel all the springs poking into my back and it was very unpleasant to sleep on. The air conditioning every day turned off and we were not provided with the remote to turn it back on and we had to go down to the front desk to ask as the rooms telephone did not work. We also could therefore not adjust the temperature of the air con, and after a while the room would be freezing. The bathroom was okay, however the shower curtain was very dirty and stained and the drain did not work very well as the shower flooded very quickly. Some of the reception desk workers were helpful and others were quite rude and unhelpful. Free breakfast was okay considering the hotel is cheap and the cleaners did a good job each day at cleaning the room. Pretty far walk from the metro station, especially in the heat in summer. Would not stay here again.

Very shabby! Shower almost impossible to use as only uses hot and cold taps so you have to mix the temperature yourself while under the water! No plug in the sink! Toilet seat flimsy and broke after just one day. Wallpaper peeling off walls. All soap bars removed after first day and not replaced. Very noisy from road traffic and other people in hotel. Lift not easy to use. Staff quite a rift, unfriendly, unhelpful and miserable. Eating area for breakfast very basic.

Terrible Hotel. If I could give 0 stars I would do it. Just opened the door to the room you felt a really unpleasant smell of closed and dirty. In the bathroom there was mildew and the curtains were visibly yellowish and smelly. What is absurd is the central air conditioner: a loud noise throughout the night. The location is quite good and the room was not the best, but it was spacious and comfy. Breakfast was amazing and the reason this hotel 'won' me was the fact that since we were leaving early in the morning and we would miss breakfast, the staff arranged two breakfast bags for us to get us through the day. Old, disgusting furniture, disgusting shower that has a nylon curtain instead of a normal glass shower stall, and because of that the whole bathroom becomes flooded after 1 shower. Too old blankets we didn't dare to use. The breakfast doesn't include no vegetables. The coffee is undrinkable. Far from the city and in a poor neighborhood, Wi-Fi costs money. But the staff is nice and kind. But don't go there.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel. Our room that was situated in the 2nd floor was rather small, but clean and it was enough for us (we were there for sightseeing, not for staying at the hotel room). Price and quality ratio was reasonable. Hotel is situated 15-20 minutes by walk from Termini train station and cca 500 metres from the nearest metro station, so it was good. It is also possible to go by walk to the Colosseo from there. In the previous reviews I read some complaints about the breakfast. Yeah, the breakfast was basic, american breakfast, but in my opinion it was enough for 3 stars hotel. I just didnt like the place were breakfast was served (near to the entrace to the hotel). Another negative thing — you have to pay for Wi-Fi there. Though I am not an internet maniac and I can easily "survive" holidays without internet connection, I think Wi-Fi could be free. I must highlight cleanliness of the room. All receptionists were kind and helpful.

The worst of worst experience of hotel in all my travel of all my life (at least so far). 1, super bad service. The guy at reception dose not even say WELCOME when you arrive. When you need anything in the hotel, you have to wait and wait. The hotel itself with complicated structure but they would not like to indicate you which is the lift to your room. 2, horrible room condition. I've tried 3 room during 2 days, one underground with a small window, outside of which justly parks a car. The second one on top floor with a so-called window on roof you can just not open it. The third one, the shower sewer just doesn't work, you can imagen what happened… There's air condition but of central control. Once I asked 3 times to turn on, but finally it turns out it doesn't work 3, Terrible location. We stayed in this hotel on 6 September 2014. Decent hotel for the price. Very nice and friendly staff. 15 minutes from Termini station. We had a room on the front of the street, we have not disturbed by noise.
