The thieves!
In this hotel, a large amount of money from SAFE was stolen from us! In the morning the safe did not open (did not work), the batteries were low. They called the administrator, who opened it with a key, inserted other batteries, while seeing what was in the safe. After that we did not reset the password. The administrator simply replaced the battery and the safe did not require a password update. I’ll make a reservation right away that we have the habit of counting money several times a day, and when leaving the hotel we always take a certain amount that we plan to spend. All the money, as always, was calculated by us. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, the safe lacked a large sum of money. The administrator did not answer numerous calls and messages, there was no one at the reception. It happened on the day before our departure. Before a trip to Italy, we were repeatedly warned about a large number of thieves on the street and pickpockets, but could not assume that money would be stolen from us directly from the hotel room from the safe! We do not advise anyone else to stay at this hotel full of two-faced and thieving staff!

I'm telling the truth and I have all the messages to prove (who wants to see, contact me). I booked this hotel, which has actually been a guest house. Their policy is that only the guest has access to the room, there is no cleaning unless you pay and ask for it, and the owners of the establishment will only enter the room if the guest is feeling sick and ask for help OR if it is authorized by the guest. On the second day of my trip (second of the 7 days I had booked and was already paid) I realized that 100 euros of my money that was in a pocket of a suitcase had disappeared. I got nervous, looked in my bags and could not find it. I went for dinner at that moment, thinking that when I return I would look better. On the return I lacked another 100 euros. Just at the same time I contacted the owner asking to see the cameras and she only made everything difficult! I called the police, I reported the incident and the next day I took my bags and left because the hotel is not safe. The owner of the hotel, while saying that no one had entered the room, told me that who was wrong was me, that I did not use the safe (contradictory not? ). The booking. Com (where the reservation was made) contacted us apologized and said that the owner would give us breakfast for free if we went back to the hotel! Obviously did not came back. It's not safe! Look for other reviews and you'll see that other people report cases of people entering the room despite the site's policy!

Excellent accommodation on the cheap. Great hosts. Very clean. In a reasonably good location also.
