The living room was perfect as spacious and quiet breakfast buffet plentiful I recommend.

I came here for a conference with Enegan, beautiful hotel where cleanliness reigns and the staff is fantastic, friendly and attentive to the needs of the customer, congratulations really🥰

Wonderful hotel. We spent 5 wonderful days… very satisfied in everything … Starting from the room always clean and tidy … Then the kitchen… Mammamia a pleasure… breakfast extrabuonissimaaaaa but above all nn was never missing anything. It was abundant… a compliment to chef Mario and his team x as he satisfied our palates kn delicious dinners … Well what to say definitely and to come back … I will give it a nice 10 stars!

We booked our stay last minute after a bed and breakfast fell through. We were basically stranded and this hotel seemed to be so great and helped us in a hard time of traveling abroad. The pool looked very inviting. The kids were happy to have shelter after driving all day. The first night was great. The second night (tonight) not so great. At about 10 pm when people usually turn down for sleep, the room next door to us was booked and it was a group of adults ready to party. Not only did they start talking REALLY LOUDLY they were also making so much noise and making lots of loud banging sounds. This was the first time I called the front desk. They said they would call and I heard the phone ring next door and someone answered for a brief 2 seconds. Nothing changed oh, except that they started smoking in the room next door and our room began to also smell like smoke. At this point with the noise and the smoke I called again and the front desk again called the party next door. The phone rang again and there was a very brief conversation. Nothing changed. I asked about a refund and the front desk said maybe they would MOVE US. Lol. We have kids (trying to sleep) and we are not the ones causing a disturbance. Please please please do yourself a favor and do not book this hotel. Spend a little more money on a place that will care if the guests are smoking and being a nuisance to their other guest. Literally cannot wait until 5 am to start getting ready REALLY loudly to check out.

Hotel is good breakfast was sumptuous. Rooms and ambience is fine. Front desk is prompt and helpful.

Very clean room but only one electrical socket for customer use. The restaurant downstairs has a small but very well done selection of food. Customer care was excellent.

We chose this hotel because of its convenient location near the Muratella rail station. That was the highlight of the hotel. Other than location, it did not live up to Holiday Inn standards. The pool was closed, the a/c was barely functional and there was no TV (it was out for the entire hotel for the 2 days that we were there). The desk staff were very nice and professional, especially given the limitations of the hotel. However, don't bother the store clerk too early in the morning. It was quite an ordeal to convince him to sell us transit passes at 6:30am (keep in mind this is after the store had been open for half an hour — and it wasn't a language barrier issue).

Amazing place and amazing service staff is very professional, rooms are large, comfy and clean. Bathrooms are very large with hot tubs, the meals at the restaurant were good. I had a very nice view from 6th floor. I'd highly recommend this place especially if you have a flight to catch because of it convenient location.

I can easily say nobody should ever come here… ever. Of all the weird things here. Literally, the restaurant did not want to serve me desert in the restaurant. I said ok, then where can I have it? In the bar. I said that is interesting because I tried to order in the bar and he told me I had to have desert in the restaurant. The two men had an exchange of words and finally the restaurant waiter said all is good. The bar guy stayed mad and did not want to serve me. We had an exchange of words as he still did not want to serve me but finally did. He then charge me 5 Euros at the end of my bill. I said why? Because there is "fee" for using the bar. I said how odd because I just ordered 3 drinks earlier in the evening and nobody charged me anything. I asked the restaurant waiter if he would of charged me 5 Euros and answer was no. They had an exchange of words and the waiter discussed with me that if I returned tomorrow I could have desert for free. Mind you, I am with my FAMILY and this is how we are treated? The waiter was nice… nobody else could care… even the head person over the restaurant. Who has ever heard of a place where you can’t get desert? Do they want to make money or not as these are not cheap. So many of these stories to tell I can go on and on. My night of arrival at 230AM… the guy at the front desk had better things to do than try to talk to us and he seemed bothered we were checking in.

Quiet location despite the proximity to the swimming pool open in June personal pleasant.

Very good hotel. It's worth it even though it's away from downtown. Nearby you have train station, ticket price 1 euro.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. There is no minibar in the room but you can buy something to eat and drink from the vending machines available in each floor. Staff is professional, well-mannered and kind. The hotel is located between the city center and the airport, and offers shuttle bus for both destinations. Breakfast offers a wide range of sweet and salty options.

I have been to this hotel for a training course, so I have not seen the rooms. The ground floor is well cared for, and very pleasant the garden with the swimming pools, with various spaces to sit in the shade, with tables and Salottini. For as I eat my colleagues who have dined, have reported, without infamy and without praise!

Will stay overnight, but not more. There are no normal shops nearby, only a cinema and a couple of cafes. The room was only a bed fit, even the kettle is not provided. But the breakfasts are just top! Delicious variety of pastries, fruits and a lot of everything tasty and fresh. Perfect overnight, sleep, eat and leave this place.

Too far out of Rome city for us. No air conditioning as winter so kept our window open for some air. Staff friendly and nice especially the restaurant staff. Food there was good, not great.

Good hotel located in the De'Medici Park area, a few kilometres from Fiumicino airport.

Structure not recent shows the signs of the time. Clean, quiet, with convenient car parking. The area does not offer amusements and to move it is advisable to be autominiature to reach local and restaurants. Spacious.

I was a guest of the hotel for a corporate event. Clean and adequate spaces to the circumstance. Pleasant lunch break with good food. Small sore note the soundproofing between the rooms is not optimal if someone in the nearby room keeps the volume too high.

Great place, free shuttle service to and from airport. You will need a car to get around, though, as it's not close to any amenities. Or use a taxi and then buses. The staff can organise taxi trips to all the tourist attractions, but I don't know what the prices are.

One night at the hotel, 10! Order, cleanliness and tranquility, I can't complain.

Top accommodation. Especially the mattresses are great.
Only drawback the high cost of the snacks to the machines placed on some floors: a snack could cost very well half. In any way for the rest comfort and friendliness popular.

This hotel is certainly one of my favorite places to stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and they delight their guests with a fully charged free of charge global capable smartphone for use during one's stay. Guests are allowed to make and receive calls on the smartphone from several countries in the world free of charge. Of course, you are allowed to take the phone outside of the hotel during your visit. They have a pleasant staff, and their continental breakfast is really, continental. The place is a walking distance from the train station, and many must see locations in Rome. I recommend this hotel.

Tired hotel, in some areas is pretty dirty, breakfast area especially. Rooms recently upgraded but only saving grace is probity to airport and office. Beer extremely expensive.

Hotel with the usual Holiday Inn guarantee. Standards are guaranteed. Exploited especially by those who stay a few days for work. Located in the peripheral area of Rome outside there are no locals or pizzerias. It is intended for a business clientele that dines in the hotel. Average breakfast with a good choice. There is one thing you need to know about Rome, sometimes people try to scam you. If GEORGE is checking you in, make sure you record your check out with him. Be smart and use your smart phone! Trust me, you'll thank me!

Good quality room. On the other hand, advertising on the proximity of free transports and shuttles is wrong. In fact, the Metro is far away and the shuttles are available to pay… there is only the train nearby. Be careful to buy your tickets before you go to the train stop or else you have to turn around to buy at the hotel. The tobacco manager is not very friendly. The staff of the hotel is very nice but only speaks almost and exclusively Italian. In addition, some corners of the room are damaged or dusty, mosquitoes will be happy to come and sting you at the edge of the pool. For a hotel that proclaims a good standing, disappointed…

You are on the outskirts of Rome, in a comfortable hotel close to the airport. But nothing is close by but a few mediocre restaurants. Your best choice if you have an early flight. But beware, no such thing as a free shuttle at this place. The rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable. There’s a cellphone-like gizmo in the room you can use to navigate Rome. Why wouldn’t someone just use their own phone?

I've been back 8 months, and nothing's changed! As I had already reviewed, the hotel is average like everyone in the Holiday Inn chain. It is very convenient if you come or you go to the airport (Fiumicino) but it is not very convenient if you stay to visit the city.
As during my previous visit, the hotel's Achilles heel is the service at the restaurant. The food is good (a little pricey though) but surely you have to improve the service in the room. Many waiters, not many tables occupied (about 50%) Yet the waiting times for bread and drinks are too long.

Essential Place. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Breakfast to improve. In the double single use there are two separate beds about one metre wide the one. Some element attendant to the service a little unfriendly, otherwise all courteous. Availability.

Stayed in September 2017. The room was very spacious and clean. The mobile phone provided with the room made it very easy to navigate the city. We walked to the local train station and that allowed us to get anywhere we needed to get to for cheap. Would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are clean and spacious, beds comfy and staff helpful. One downside was not a particularly good breakfast. On the other hand there is a beautiful view from the window.

Staff was very friendly and prompt to help meet our needs. Rooms were good, the only reason I wouldn't put 5 stars is the carpet in ours was very noticeably stained in multiple areas. Cleaned, but unpleasant to look at. Not really a big deal because everything else was so good!

The room had a lot of space, and the hotel had a shuttle that took us to the airport. The cost of the shuttle was 10 euro, but we were able to get a voucher at the front desk. Breakfast was included, but was not very tasty. The drinks at the bar were more on the expensive side, but tasted very good. The room had great Wi-Fi and ac. The room also came with a free mobile phone service of international use. I was unable to use this service, but it was cool that it was offered.

Outside the centre but close to bus and train to reach it. Huge Hotel with pool and garden. Clean and comfortable rooms with air-conditioning, fridge and bathtub. No Terrace, parking. Expensive restaurant, not used.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Very very average home! No smiles except 1 or 2 servers. Shuttle fee 10 euros/person with very poorly adapted schedules (only 4pm and 8pm for return). Very long meals for service but quality. Good bedding. Hotel to renovate! Multiple errors on the bill of the room: they do not like half board with double billing on meals! No communication between the reception, the restaurant! High tourist tax 6 euros/day. The Pompom: Surprise strike of the staff so no breakfast on the last day. To avoid!

It was a little bit too much. Efficient staff for a business clientele. The TV entertainment system makes you laugh. I think it goes back to the years 90 with 4 TV channels and just…

Overall the hotel is good, rooms large and clean, comfortable. Good common spaces. Convenient for plane and train. The tragedy comes with the restaurant, mediocre dishes but above all a Fantozziano service. It is the only hotel for which I complained about the restaurant service in reception. The other times I always went to the pizzeria opposite and I said it all.

Hotel is located about 15min from the airport. There is shuttle bus service. Very convenient. It takes about 20 min to the center of the city costs about €25. I'm very happy with my stay there.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable! Very quick to respond to maintenance issues. My only complaint is the location is so isolated from anything that I wasn't able to just walk around and find a cafe. There's a train that will take you downtown but my mother and grandmother have mobility issues and this wasn't an option for us. The food in the restaurant is pricey and honestly not good. There are some very good restaurants around the area and getting taxis are very easy, but add up after awhile.

Located in a business park there is not much to do round about the hotel. There is a cinema/arcade within a mile of the hotel which is handy for the kids. The hotel it's self is clean and the rooms are nice with comfy beds. The pool area is good for kids with a small play park next to it. The food in the hotel is a mixed bag, the breakfast is good but the evening meal is very poor considering the price. Alcoholic drinks at the bar are also overpriced.

Forced arrest after a strike. … but not at all disappointed with this course passage in this hotel, quite the contrary!

Nice big room, good service, convenient location if you are in Rome for business, close to the airport.

The Hotel is 4 star rated, and what offers is lined up to that. Rooms are big, in very good condition, the staff is kind and always speaks English, there are a lot of facilities, Wi-Fi is really fast and free. However, remember to pay for your breakfast when booking, otherwise there's a big fee; noise from other rooms is too loud in my opinion, I need ear plugs to sleep here.

Far from the Centre and hotel oldish.

Esteticame te vista from out I don't like it, looks like a hospital, even the restaurant isn't great either.
Plus the Nice rooms, clean and spacious and the staff were particularly friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, almost near to the airport and in the way to Rome Center. Swimming pool, garden, retaurant, parking, beauty center, newspapers and tobaccos. Train station nearby, directly from the airport, just one bus available unfortunately. During working days taxis are always available outside just outside the hotel. Professional looking staff. Also near to a cinema in a short walk. Located in a business environment, at night there are just few people around.

First, the internet does not work and I'll confirm after a month. So avoid it if you need internet or else they will try only to find justifications. In the gym just 1 tool to do various exercises for the muscles is out of service for a month. Who knows why. The heaviest dumbbells do not exceed 4 kg. The rooms yet still saving but not worth those prices. Breakfast good but skip dinner …

Are several times that I'm a guest in this hotel but only for refresher courses. Good general cleaning of the areas visited and good lunch buffet.
Good the friendliness and professionalism of staff.

Stayed here on new years eve, on the sixth floor. The only restaurant that was open for dinner was the hotels and the food was not as good as I assume it was normally (it was a buffet rather than the normal menu). Also the hallways were really loud and there was not a lot of sound buffering. Running kids or loud talking adults, I heard them all.

Really unimpressed with the restaurant dinner service. I attached a photo of my 12euro "antipasta buffet" dinner. The buffalo mozzarella was good, but everything else was mostly inedible. The meat had a rubbery consistency and one of the items looked and tasted like the vomitted version of the other. The bottled water had a chlorine taste. The desert and entre were not included in those 12 euros, but that's fine because the 8 euro dessert buffet was literally just two box cakes. That being said, the employees were nice and it's a hotel restaurant so expectations are low as it is.

I was there for a Conference is the hotel looks good. And in an area close to the Eur district offices.

I really can't say any good. Maybe my standard are hi, but food was okay, bedroom okay, my room was smelly. However, to be fair, good hotel in Italy are very expensive, so I guess it is a good option for the money.

Worst reception Rude and logy!

Most of staff were unkind and pushy, refusing to arrange anything with our airline (who were the reason we got stuck in this place) regarding luggage or transfers. We were promised dinner but when we arrived the staff were apathetic and said there was no possible way to have food delivered (never once picking up the phone to try. ) For "dinner" one staff suggested we eat the mini bar snacks, and then the next day we were personally charged for them. No Wi-Fi on the 4th floor and inconsistent Wi-Fi on the ground floor. Breakfast is mediocre at best. Location is not near anything. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice texture. Super nice staff. Food can be improved in some respects but understandable since we were 200 people in a meeting. Nice rooms, the only flaw in my safety deposit box was missing. All in all good experience.

Convenient location close to Flumicino airport, keep in mind shuttle is not free and does not run all day. It has different time is goes to the airport. Train stop (Muratella) is very convenient if you rather do that and cheaper than a €40 taxi fare (during the day of course) at night it is very dark and dangerous. Hotel staff was not so helpful with directions either but the shuttle driver was. Enjoy Rome, overall it was an unbelievable trip.

4stars mishandle!
It might be 5 with a few small touches: the internet is stralento (offered free of charge. And God forbid). Sound proofing non existent. Puahhh.

The experience in this hotel was quite bad. Honestly it not deserves the 4th star. The first day the check in was quite chaotic and the staff at the reception was a little bit rude. The room was old and it didn't have the wardrobe (in a 4 star hotel! ) so we had to open, and use, the suitcases on the floor. The fitness area was really small : 3 treadmills, one or two cyclette and a senseless "multipurpose thing" for the workout. Moreover the hotel wasn't next to anything (restaurant or something). The only two things that "save" my judgement are the good and quite variegate breakfast and the kindness of some people of the staff.

It's a good hotel. Of course not a 5 star but it's absolutely not a 3 star, a 4 here is correct. Can't say about the food as eating always out. Everything you need is here and staying is happy.

10 minutes from the train station named "Muratella" (not the top of the train stops). About 20 minutes from Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci Airport by train. It is not in the heart of the city and Parco the Medici offers a very poor (none) actractive for tourists. A good point to stay if you had airport troubles or if you want a very, very, (very) uneventful place to stay at. Seems to be in any place, but not in Rome.
