Amazing stay 😍 lovely staff and we had great time 💕

Horrible experience at the hotel & horrible e-mail experience. Had to stay two nights in Rome due to air traffic control strike. So, they were overrun with people trying to check in. Stood in line for almost 4 hours to check in. Room’s air conditioner wasn’t working right. Had to open outside door (1st floor had doors to like a roof) for a bit to let air in, but due to safety reasons, couldn’t leave it open, so it got hot! Bathtub wouldn’t hold water. Tried numerous times to order ice, but couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone. Reported room being hot the next day. Maintenance worked for about an hour & a half, said it was fixed, but it wasn’t. Asked at the desk if they had fans, but they didn’t. So, again, opened the outside door for just a bit. The room was so hot that the chocolates I’d bought at Nano’s the day before melted in to one big glob. Went to the front desk the night before checkout to pay up the bill. They had 2 working the desk & it took most an hour to get that done. While in Italy & Greece, I found that people were very rude & impatient. While I’m sure I’ll never make it back there, my experience at this hotel will make me rethink any marriotts anywhere. I would not recommend.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a group travel. Gave my credit card for incidentals and was charged for the entire room. The room had been paid in advance. Have been trying for a month to get this reversed to no avail. Would not recommend!

Resting on a bed at Marriott Park hotel is simply fabulous. The cleanliness is excellent, the courtesy and kindness of the staff are to be admired. The breakfast was excellent.

Very friendly employees, we were taken to the type of room that we requested; walk in shower, large enough to hold all of our luggage. Two bathrooms. (We actually had a nice two room suite) There was an executive club where we could go for water, coffee or snacks, 24 hours a day. In the evening there was a nice selection of food items to eat. Christina and Roberto were amazing hosts. The only negative; it is far from the city center!

Really disappointed not worth the money, poor service really expensive unfriendly unprofessional. Food quality not good had upset stomach also took double transactions for room and check out room services be careful.

Huge hotel outside the center. No real dining choices outside of the hotel. Nice rooms. Restaurant food was good, but staff service was just okay. Airport shuttle arranged and paid for the night before was not so good. 26 people waiting and first van was late only taking six people. Second larger van was 15 minutes late. Unnecessary stress while try to make our flight. Not very happy and will probably make another choice next time in Rome.

This hotel is a little out of the main part of Rome but it is a really beautiful hotel and great service. Also would be a great place for a conference as it seems to have ample meeting rooms and space for large groups.

Nothing to say. The rooms are very clean and stocked with everything. I often stay at this property for corporate conferences. There's a little bit of organization at the bar. When there are important events they should have more staff. Very hearty and varied buffet dinner.

The Rome Marriott is one of my favorite hotels. It's within easy reach of the airport (10-15 min's by hotel shuttle which is I think about €15 per person), it's nicely maintained. This hotel is good for families, tour groups and business professionals. While it's not very convenient for visiting Rome's historical sight's they do off shuttle's (for a small fee) to downtown where everything becomes easily accessible but it might be a seasonal shuttle so call ahead to find out! Yes this hotel has worked out great for us when flying in and out of Rome or simply as a good stopping point during a long drive as it's easily accessible to motorways. They have a restaurant and bar as well as a very nice pool and indoor gym. Whether you are visiting Rome for business or pleasure this hotel could be a great option for you. Ciao!

Great hotel when needing to stay somewhere with quick proximity to the airport. Shuttle service to airport is also very convenient. Not good to stay here if you're looking to be near the main attractions of Rome.

Amazing hotel! We were in Italy for a month and used this hotel as our base. You need a car or taxi which was not a problem for us. The rooms were very clean, the staff were very attentive and informed. A little hint when you tip you get 5 star service so don’t be cheap. Close to the center and even closer to the airport which made it easy to return the car the day before and take a Marriott shuttle back to the hotel then back the next day when we departed. The shuttle is €5 euro one way which is cheap, so take advantage of that service.

Beautiful, modern Hotel just a 10-minute shuttle ride from Rome's Airport. Nice dining and a wonderful pool made our short stay very pleasant. We would definitely go back.

Definitely a five star hotel but the Business Center was burning hot. We spent four hours there waiting (14 people) for our room and complained numerous times about the heat but nothing was done. The rooms are lovely, the view splendid, the food fantastic. Fix the air conditioning in the business center and you have my five stars.

So, note that the hotel is positioned as a 4-star:
1. No robes and slippers in the rooms.
2. Water flows in the toilet.
3. It is impossible to get a comfortable temperature of water in the shower, as the thermoregulator lives its life.
4. In the same shower water very quickly fills the pallet and merges from there for 10 minutes, so you have to swim in this with your feet.
5. Ironing accessories in the room are not available and are provided only after long bickering and refusals of the imposed service. By the way, at 17:00 things in the ironing refused to take — contact tomorrow morning.
6. Location — near the airport, from the city center by taxi drove 40 minutes.
7. The restaurant, however, did not upset (but especially did not please). By the way, the room service is only available until 11 p. M. (? ).
8. Mosquitoes fly actively, but there is no fumigator in the room.
And all this fun starts at 250 euros.

It happened to me at the time of a three-day training course.

I did Not try the hotel (prices too high), while the restaurant is the pizzeria are good, not at the highest levels.

I did Not like the fact that you had to pay parking for 8 euros all day. I had to stay just a few hours… And I have. Parked outside on the road.

Guest on the occasion of a Congress. Large and comfortable classrooms, with adequate exhibition spaces. Large, comfortable, clean room with two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub). Comfortable bed. Classic Décor, maybe a little too much for my liking. Breakfast adequate, but maybe without that quid a four star hotel should have. The breakfast room on the sixth floor, with large windows, has a spectacular view.

Nice hotel close to the airport (FCO). 30-40 minutes from the city centre. Shuttle bus operates from hotel to centre till 23:00 (last return). Comfortable rooms. Huge lobby nice bar. Service is good. Very big and suitable conference area. Dishes serves by hotel restaurant (also in meeting breaks) full of Italian taste.

I've been to a business convention. Breakfast buffet not bad. Good meeting room Maybe too hot and uncomfortable armchairs.

Half way between the airport and the heart of the city. Large rooms. Good conference facilities. Not great access to public transportation, though they do provide a shuttle to the metro station for a fee.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were super friendly when we had troubles with our safe. If we came back to Rome, would come back for sure.

When you start figuring out what a 4-star hotel has to offer, you realize something is missing here. Restaurant not up to par, room so so though in some there's double bathroom, bad location because it's not close to any place of interest. Ok for conventions. Ah I forgot: Check in really really too long! ATMs almost always not working…

Good hotel, good breakfasts, but no slippers in the room and far from the city.

Louis suitable for Congresses. Little served by public transportation and out of area. Basic rooms. Required intervention because it did not work TV, passed two days you have not seen anyone! Bar very expensive and with little staff. To improve!

The interior is adapted to the Marriott standard. However some used materials are are of mediocre quality, especially windows and Windows doors, outdoor flooring, green. It is also placed in a peripheral area, untreated, and in front of inhabited buildings, then, entering the hotel you can see balconies with linen and other items of outdoor furniture rather ordinary.

I only slept at two conventions.
Pros: Wonderfully comfortable beds shuttle connected with the airport staff very kind clean cons: No convenient connection for those arriving by train rooms from the old taste no outlet next to the bed (I could not recharge the phone during The night) batteries of the remote control not working difficult to close the bathroom door in the room (the handle remained in hand) very high rates by pulling the sums: great place for convention, but calling it "four stars" for me is too.

Guest at dinner in the restaurant inside. Menu not very rich, dishes quite good and cooked well. Attentive service. The huge atrium and the scattered tables give however the impression of being in the bar of a station. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, 30 minutes by taxi from the city.

Always excellent Marriott staff and supurb room. Get a parking pass from the front desk if you're driving. There is small grocery store down the street and a few options to eat nearby but nothing fancy.

A structure accustomed to events, cannot create queues for any service. The arrival of 2500 people was planned, and you just have to know how to organize. Every time I come to this hotel the service is the same: poor.

Pretty good hotel, very comfy beds. Good gym area. Spa is very nice but they charge guests 15€ for half a day. There are 2 Saunas, steam room, caldarium, pool, relaxing room, and free snacks and coffee in the spa area. Breakfast is very nice. Although the stuff took my full plates and coffee cup away even if I just went to the buffet. Annoying. Parking area is a bit far away in my opinion.

It's a big hotel and it's pretty new and clean. The pool area is large, has sun loungers and parasols, free towel service for guests, a very nice poolside restaurant, you can order pizzas to take away. In the hotel restaurant The breakfast buffet is very varied and abundant. The one at dinner however leaves something to be desired. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The downside is that there are many mosquitoes, it is better not to open the window or bring a good mosquito. It has a pretty cheap shuttle service for the airport and to go to Rome. Overall it's nice, but it's far from Rome, if you go for sightseeing it's not the best option. In the area there is also no big deal, no shops, no restaurants nearby.

The huge hotel is a ten-minute drive from the airport and an hour from the centre. The location is wildly not convenient if you came to Rome as a tourist.
There is a transfer to the center and the airport, but the price tag and schedule are not adequate.
The cost per room is equivalent to the cost in the center. About 110 euros per night.
Shock is a paid breakfast. 27 per adult. Waifai in the rooms is paid. Free only at the front desk.
In general — if you are in business and in Rome you do not need, and extra money is (or pays for a business trip company), then, of course, take a risk.

This hotel was very quiet, clean and well-staffed. My supper was delicious. The only negative was the Wednesday morning shuttle bus driver. He wasn't at the shuttle desk for quite a while — with no note saying when he'd be back — and he barely spoke any English. Oh well… I did make it to the airport, so no crisis.

Amazing rooms. For the double rooms there are two bathrooms, one with a bath. I loved it! The service was great, there were a few extra things I needed and asked for and they had no problem helping me.

Suitable for conferences like the one we attended. Very cozy rooms, spotless, very comfortable bed. We also got to have lunch/dinner; all really very good. Definitely highly recommended. Near Fiumicino airport. A bit far from the center of Rome.

I'm writing this as a reference to other people looking to visit Rome, as this hotel has the WORSE location it can possibly have. You will easily blow your budget with transportation. Hotel shuttle has a limited schedule and Taxi drivers do take advantage of tourists. There's no restaurants nearby except the one in the lobby, which is incredibly expensive. As a Marriott Gold Elite member, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone except if you have a airport layover. Good luck.

I didnt like. The photos of the hotel looks very nice, but in the real is not so good for a five stars hotel. The sofas and chairs are old in the lobby. The breakfast is ok but the lunch buffet is horrible. Too short for the price. Only one dish with chicken, nothing with beef or pork.
My room the ceiling not cover I can see the cables and pipes, bed too small, one sink not working.
Really is not a five stars hotel. Maybe 3 stars.

Great hotel with a shuttle service to the centre. Unfortunately for us too far from to visit on foot something.

I used rewards points for this for my trip to Rome with my bf and got one of the larger rooms. In general, it was fine. The shuttle to and from the city and airport is a nice but necessary offering given how far the hotel is from the city. It is also not complimentary, and not really cheap (€10 each way to the city! ) I was mostly disturbed by the obvious wear and tear on the place, which I typically don't think is a good sign of how my room is cared for. They also put me through my paces checking in, despite having already done online check-in before we arrived. After staying in Marriott's in the US where elite members get special perks/have their own line/etc, it was also a little frustrating to not have those little perks (being an elite member isn't cheap, after all! ).

Beautiful hotel, the rooms were gorgeous, a little far from Rome but a good place to catch a flight from. The food was very good a little expensive. The meal I had was wonderful however the sides (eggplant and potatoes) where a little insipid in flavor. The staff was nice and put up with my beginners Italian. Fantastic experience overall.

Difficult reception (the guy at the reception did not find the booking on booking), all in all obliging, luxurious rooms and well furnished. But prices for extras from dizziness (water bottle €4). Very isolated area, not far from the Muratella train station (bus/shuttle or taxi), but almost unreachable on foot.

Price is cheap so must has reason for the cheap price. Room is not that clean, bathtub is the worse part that the water stuck and no one show up to fix it. No one answer phone to help so we have to carry our own luggages to check out. Too too far away from the city. I had to check out 1 day early to go to Rome city for much better hotel with high quality to enjoy my 7 nights in Rome. Marriott in Rome is not the same quality like others.

Beautiful place to stay and convenient. The airport is on 15 minutes away and they have shuttles and tours lined for everywhere in Rome as well as Italy. My only suggestion is not to eat there, not that food isn't good, no it is but you need to get your cappuccino and croissant/cornette in a real Italian bar/coffee shop. Believe me it's worth the trouble. And if your renting a car make sure you make all the arrangements from the US or it can cost you triple. Plus the exchange rate is better at the atms than at the airport. Ciao.

Rooms were nice and included the signature Marriott bed. The staff is not friendly and stated the property is not a corporate Marriott and therefore does not have the same amenities/service as one. Asking for a second towel for a single room was frowned upon. The Executive Lounge doesn't have drinks or food on Fridays and Saturdays. The pool is closed for the season by September 10th. This hotel is close to the FCO airport in a business park and there is not much to do outside the hotel. The spa and gym were fine.

I stayed for one night and had three gripes, the service in the restaurant was a bit slow, they didn't explain how the room lighting system worked when I checked in and the TV reception was poor on the English language stations. On the positive side the food in the restaurant was well worth the wait, the room was immaculate and the bed super comfortable.

This place is superb! An oasis not far from the heart of Rome. The rooms were exceptional. Lucky, we got an upgrade from a standard room to superior, with a great view, very spacious, fancy bathroom with tub and wide range of breakfast that shouldn't be missed.

Currently sat in the Lobby attempting to use the limited Wi-Fi after been told as a paying guest we are not allowed to use the pool unless we pay €5 each to rent a sun lounger, first day in the pool yesterday and no such charge mentioned. After speaking with Concierge, advised to speak with pool staff to haggle for a 'discounted' price if we pay in bulk for numerous days… apparently if you are a Marriott Gold or Platinum member this is free. Absolutely disgusting, I have basically paid for a bed. Miraculously no charge mentioned on check-in two days ago either. If you are staying here please add an additional €100 onto the price you've already paid, to pay for basic amenities throughout your stay… Enjoy!

Very spacious and great value for the price. One thing to be aware of though: they have shuttles to the city and airport but not 24 hours. And asking for a taxi after midnight is extremely expensive. The main restaurant serves really good food too. Not very busy and hence great service. Consider booking here instead of main city.

I stay in hotels 160 nights per year and this has to be the Absolutely the worst hotel ever. Holding convention dinners and dinner playing loud music on a guest floor starting at 10 pm is just crazy and stupid. When complained, the only answer I got was the music will stop by midnight!

Apart from the room key system breaking down the day I checked in (which made my experience pretty bad at first), the paid shuttles to the city and airport made everything else easy. Breakfast was excellent and the hillside location had great views. Will definitely return in the future.

Hotel very well located and connected, next to Termini train station and 15 min walk to many tourist attractions such as the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Fontana di Trevi or the Plaza of Spain. The hotel is very modern, rooms are very good and complete. Very attentive and professional service. Very full and varied breakfast.

I find myself in here for taking my kids to a course that was held here.
Unfortunately, from the outset I clash with staff to resolve an issue due to the hotel's rules, rather than trying to resolve do little more than call another person to repeat the same thing!
I wonder why the staff thinks only of himself rather than focusing on the customer.
Morals I waited almost 2 hours to get a room already booked.
I read the reviews, and I understand that this attitude is recurrent despite promises of resolution.

Bad organization. I stayed at this property, imposing and beautiful to look at, but unfortunately I can't judge it positively as it is unacceptable to wait two hours for check-in and check-out. The waiting cannot be justified by the many people there for a convention organized in advance and with room reservations made 20 days before the convention! A structure like that, very precise order, must be organized and ready for these occasions. Staff not being able to handle certain situations.

Good day. My name is Serhii Tarnopolskyi. From 3 to 6 June 2014, I was on business in Rome and lived in Rome Marriott Park Hotel. When the settlement with my credit card was withdrawn deposit of 50 euros. To date, the deposit will not be refunded. Also not given an explanation of no return of deposit. It's not decorate such a famous hotel chain. I think this is a reason to leave negative feedback booking systems.

Really nice room, beautiful lobby and nice staff. Restaurant food is not bad, but there isn't much of a choice. Far from the centre of Rome and no shuttle to the airport.

If you are desperate, want to spend a huge sum of money and want to hate/regret your stay in roma, feel free to book for rome marriott park hotel. It is definitely the worst worst worst hotel which pretends to be "luxury hotel" in Roma (quality of the food, the staff, really old fashioned premises, rooms untied when cheking in, dirty swimming pool. ). needs to be fully refreshed to pretend to join the luxury circle.

Desperately want to like it, but in the end, worst hotel yet. I'll start by saying, I really have this hotel multiple chances to shine, literally, 7 days worth, but in the end, it only continued to disappoint. It's sad too, because it's one of the only Marriott's in Rome, but trust me when I tell you, it's not worth staying here for the points. Let's start with the service aspect. I ordered room service as I was preparing to get dressed in the morning and ordered a simple Omelet and Espresso. 35 minutes I left the room and went downstairs for breakfast. Apparently it did arrive to my room 15 minutes later. 50 minutes for something simple. But I believe in second chances. Same length of for any food item. Now, onto the service in the room. I was clearly out of body lotion, but the cleaning staff never provided me a new bottle. I finally had given up on this request. Back to the food, the only decent food item is the Pizza, as it's really tough to mess up pizza. Everything else is a total disaster. I'm not sure how they call this food. I had a sea bass pasta, and it was the worst dish I've ever had in my life, bread was stale and no olive oil brought to the table until I asked, server took about 30 minutes to come back to my table after the second course. The breakfast buffet was so terrible that the only food I could eat without wanting to vomit it back up was the yogurt, which comes in a package. Now onto the room.

Fantastic hotel, La Brasserie restaurant serves fantastic regional and international dishes with Roman specialties with exhibition of fresh fish.

I loved my room at this hotel but my only issue with the hotel is the airport shuttle doesn't operate early enough to catch an international flight. It's very expensive to take a taxi from this location (30 euros). Also the taxi was scary as he was driving at 160km/hr.
