Beware of Bed Bugs, Steaming Hot Rooms with all the stinks. No Electric fans… We booked for a total of 3 nights, non-smoking room. When we arrive they gave us a very stinky room with broken furniture like an attached table but not usable coz its leg is broken. I complained about the condition of the room. They then gave us another room but it smells cigarette. I told them that I booked for a non-smoking room but our room smells cigarette. I also asked for an electric fan coz it was too hot. It was 30 degrees. They promised to provide a fan in the morning coz according to them, they ran out of fan for the night but I have to remind reception in the morning, and I did. On the second night, they gave us another room. According to the reception, it was the best room they have coz it was their newest room but still there is no electric fan. They promised to provide the fan the next day again. After that second very hot night, we wake up with full of Beg Bug bites. I checked the mattress under the sheets, it was very dirty. I went to reception and complained about the bed bugs but the gentleman simply told me that "BED BUGS ARE NORMAL AND IT IS BEYOND THEIR CONTROL". Their guest come and go and they cannot control what they take with them when they arrive the property. And still we are not provided an electric fan for our third nigh despite repeated demands.

The kindness of the staff was compensated NEGATIVELY by everything else: Bungalow micro, in which there was ONLY a bed and you could not move inside, without a lost current, without the cell phone signal going, without a minimum of privacy between a bungalow and the other… but the most absurd thing is the mosquitoes and the dirt: We were literally attacked by mosquitoes and in ten minutes we were like bombed on the body.
I do not discuss the fact that the bathrooms are distant being a tourist village, but everything else can not be tolerated.
In fact my wife and I had to stay for one night, we decided to continue the journey, leaving the village without overnight and to book elsewhere losing even the money paid… It was a sleepless night and I couldn't afford it! NEVER AGAIN!

UPDATE OF THE PROPERTY ANSWER: If telling the truth of what has been experienced means smearing a structure, it is painful on your part! In a hotel you don't have to fit like beasts, but stay! My goal was to stay overnight after a very long journey to recover energy, and certainly not play naval battle with mosquitoes and other insects, on a bed worse than those from barracks, with absurd pillows and bathrooms dirtier than those of an autogrill! Instead of blaming me, ask yourself why a client ran away, without overnight and losing money!

Please note that there are no towels in the rooms.
Toilet paper, once exhausted, is paid for.
There are mosquitoes kicking, and in the shower they're going to kill one.
There is no cleaning service for the rooms, everything has to be paid for.
The restaurant, the bar, the shop, etc. You have to pay it with a special card, which has 5 euros less balance, which you get refunded when you bring your card back.
The store is a scam.
There is laundry, which is paid (5 euros per wash, and 5 euros per drying), with a special coin.

There's billiards on the disco, which is worth $2.

This review was written in 2012. I don't know why Seven Hills responds by the end of 2018. I don't know if this has changed it or not, I talked about my experience in 2012.

Very nice place out of the city and an amazing pool for 3 euros only. I woke up with birds signing!

Perfect base for exploring Rome, friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, bar and restaurant on site also.

It's absolutely a dream campsite! In winter you can enjoy in complete relaxation its silence, complete isolation from the people and in the evening you can hear its sound of the wind. In the summer everything is transformed and the Camping becomes full of joy with nice and funny people; in the afternoon you can enjoy in full relaxation immersed in the pool surrounded by trees and plants and in the evening you have a lot of fun to spend a sparkling and happy evening dancing and making new friends in the wonderful amazing Hippopotamus DiscoPub! The setting at Hippopotamus DiscoPub is very reminiscent of the 70s-80-90s where there was a lot of desire to be all together to love each other, to have fun, to laugh and to smile together. In short, it has that flavor of those wonderful years of the 70s and 90s that are now unfortunately no longer there but can magically be revived in that extraordinary DiscoPub for AustraLiani. This place for me is an endless dream and a fun beyond the limits.

If you find yourself in that area, I recommend it, they are very kind and you eat well.

Gorgeously quiet campsite just at the outskirts of Rome entirely surrounded by trees — no traffic noise, just birds singing day in and out. Clean basically equipped bungalows: you can't possibly expect more of an accommodation as reasonably charged as this one so close to the Roman capital. Rome centre is easily reached within 40 minutes (depends on traffic) by shuttle and train. VERY helpful staff for whatever we required (breakfast, camping gaz, lunch packets to bring for the day) + extremely reasonably prized. Supermarket within walking distance (for a family with minors). Lovely place highly recommended!

The AC was not working, but it is an intimate place…

The place is nice but on service you can't say any good. Uncomfortable wet and cold bath beds. Rooms are cramped and full of mold. Without the TV tel and Wi-Fi that Nion takes. I mean, I don't like it!

Great size pitches, plenty of facilities at a good standard. Nice pool all at a fair price.

Our tent was great.

As well that is cheap but is dirty, not to say disgusting. In 4 days we were there I saw the clean the bathrooms or showers, which, by the way gave a lot of disgust, and the bungalows are claustrophobic. Surely with the bungalows with a bathroom the thing will be better, but were not available. Finally the mosquitoes… Mosquito infested Tiger… bites 24 hours a day with days of itching insured.

Spiders! Spiders everywhere! And the shuttle bus isn't free : 1€, each time you take it. But the place is good and next to the station.

Awesome place to camp. The facilities are clean and well managed the staff are friendly and willing to help they can speak good english and italiano I hvae been coming here for over 6 years and love it the price is perfect. A Shop Bar & Restaurant is near the entrance with a club/disco the pasta is lovely not so happy about the pizza the bar/shop is abit expensive but convenient when you run out of something.

Typical big city Camping, placed on top of the hill plot at different levels, almost any place with palm tree, on Camping lives a peacock Colon in the evening are Loud on the day for this Beautiful. Pendulum Bus to Rome a Hit! Own call not to recommend a few kilometers further towards Bracciano is a Supermarket. Sanitary facilities are in poor condition and not clean, Poll only, with hat and shoes to enter. For Rome to visit/post-season, good Camping.

Bad experience not to redo, the cabin was very dirty full of insects and uncared for, little kindness even by the staff especially the shuttle driver. Very, very rude.

Loud disco music until 2.00 pm. Space to befahrender with a motorhome with extreme caution because of low hanging branches.

Good quality/price ratio. Public transport nearby, perfect to visit Rome with ease.

For a Spartan living okay. In summer it is the ideal place for a carefree holiday.

Great to visit Rome. Nice pool and the lifeguards friendly and attentive to even the smallest. Barman rock. We loved. Campsite suitable for young people but also with two kids enjoyed it very much. Recommended! Only minus x bathrooms. But the limit.
