4-Star Hotel?
Maybe the stars got lost in the constellation. I don't add anything else. I Was invited for work, but I hope I don't go there again.

Booked through booking at a great price for a 4 star hotel.
On arrival, at the reception the staff asks us. To pay the sojourn tax in counted, "You know the commissions on €6" because for a not well specified reason could not make a single payment including the rooms as far as the room, could go decidedly better, old furniture as well as the rest of the hotel.
Air conditioning off or not working, after the whole night the temperature had not dropped in the slightest.
The entire lighting is entrusted to 3 applique with 6w bulbs, which means quite dark.
The bathroom on the contrary was well done, all in marble, pity I missed the small towels, in their place a dispenser of wipes.
Definitely not going back.

Great reception but the food was not the best, rooms with lots of dust, broken flush and shower water went out very slowly.

It was a nightmare. Sahara dessert is colder at 15pm. We melted in our beds even when we asked twice to drop the temperature.

Hotel is far from Rome and the Vatican, continental breakfast is not American continental breakfast. Expect slices of ham, individual wrapped cheese and hot milk for your cereal. The reason why I give it 3 stars is because the beds are okay, it has Wi-Fi (only lobby area), clean rooms. I'm sure there is better options out there, keep searching.

A great hotel, very good breakfast, very clean room and first of all the staff is very kind. We were also in the other hotels but the staff never found it up now so kind and nice. Surely when we stay in Rome we will stop at the hotel Cassia!

A really affordable 4 star and very friendly and friendly staff. Recommended especially X proximity to the GRA and immersed in the green.

Very bad hotel, the reception guys are very very unfriendly, the want to teach the guests, how to obey the crazy rules. Rome is old and enough simple, you can not cook hot water in the room, you can just buy it from the reception for 1 euro pro glass. And for such a terrible hotel you must pay 6 Euro city tax pro person pro night. If you don’t want to make your trip in Roma unhappy, please don’t book this hotel.

Good value for money Excellent reception and, the service of reception and care for the customer is phenomenal professionally speaking. I really enjoyed myself. Until next time.

Nice clean room. Wi-Fi was really dodgy and stopped working.

Cozy and well connected.

We found an offer at €50 instead of 278, 64.
Apart from that not worth Manco €40
Rooms with dirty windows, fixtures disconnected, TV to which we had to reset the channels in order to see something, mini bar in the room empty, you have to go down in the lobby because there is the closed bar and the vending machines with exorbitant prices.
Not even the colaion included as if €50 were a few… bah that sucks.

Not too bad. Room was a bit shabby with paint peeling off walls, and some lights not working. Overall though it was okay.

The hotel was ok, but not really close to public transportation. I was here with a tour group, and our included breakfast was definitely of a far lower quality than that of regular hotel guests.

Small hotel with with room lighting. The shower doors were broken. Room service cleaned the room great but a little far from the nearest metro station.

Finally some air conditioning, but it doesn't work all that well. Rooms are clean, but outdated. Food was pretty good. I'd stay here again but only if better options weren't available.

No water pressure, terrible beds, far from the city.

Was pretty and well cared for, but the room was small and the location wasn't useful, given the distance from the city centre.

I have been a client of the hotel and the restaurant is nothing short of gorgeous and all the staff. Hope to visit again soon. Daniel Parrish.
