Camping at the top, everything is clean nothing to say! Nice staff, the shuttle is really a plus.

Wonderful place, surrounded by green, quiet, clean, welcoming staff, excellent pool service and restaurant attentive to every customer need. At the restaurant we eat very well, we preferred fish dishes, all very good, the chef very good even in the presentation of the dishes in short is a place to spend unforgettable moments.

Beautiful place, very nice, at the restaurant Morabeza you eat god. Also recommended for those who come from outside and have to operate at the San Andrea hospital which is 3 km away. Great support point for relaxation.

We went there and found out it was closed. They didn't update this information on their websites and else where. I only left a review about it on Maps and the owner or staff accused me of leaving false reviews everywhere. Somehow my husband complained about the same issue, the owner or staff apologized to him. I wonder why did this happen. Is it because I'm Asian? Rude!

The campsite was not so good. Stayed four nights, slept through one of them. Other nights people were yelling in the middle of the night, even had to ask the staff themselves to cut back on the noise. Toilets not very clean. Dirty pool but bathing cap obligated. Staff not helpful neither kind. Looks like this campsite was really a big thing in the past but is consuming its former glory nowadays. Location is very good to go to Rome with their own shuttle service (fasten your seatbelts because he drives like a maniac) directly to the train station. Spots are spacious enough and quite leveled. Unfortunately there has been an incident on the day of arrival which was not solved at all and proves the statement mentioned above:
Came to Happy Village some afternoon in pouring rain. We found the spot we liked and went to take a shower. When picking up my clothes from the bench in the shower, noticed red-brown marks: bleach spots. Smelled the tiles and indeed: bleach was used to clean (of course) but wasn’t rinsed. Brand new t-shirt ruined. Then when I went to my girlfriend in the ladies shower and she was sobbing about her dress which had the same spots on it. And indeed: bleach was used in every single shower and nowhere rinsed away. When we turned to the reception they came to take a look and promised to call the owner. After an hour we came back and there was the solution: a bottle of wine. That’s it? Yes, all we can do.

This place certainly lives up to it's name. Arriving in this secluded woodland spot, you are greeted by the beautiful Mariella, who could not be more helpful and charming if she tried. Check in process is quick, easy and informative. We stayed in a chalet close to reception which was perfectly equipped for or stay with a cute little garden out the front and some excellent airconditioning, tv, fridge & shower room. Up the hill we found the restaurant/bar Morabesa, which would not have been out of place on the Amalfi coast, run by a fantastic team lead by the main man and great guy, Stefano. We ate here several times and stopped by for fresh pastries and coffee in the mornings with Enzo, a most charming chap or for a plate of spaghetti and a bottle of Chianti in the evening with the gorgeous Adelaide. Great pool, tons of room for campers, RV's and big groups alike. We had a great couple of weeks with everyone at Happy Village and can't wait to return. 10 out of 10 from us. ❤️

Unpolite staff. Expensive tax service in the restaurant. Wi-Fi network doesn’t work. The rooms don’t have heater. Very slow checkout.

Friendly place, friendly staff and helpful. The little house we had taken was a bit small but very functional. Very pleasant pool, inside the property there is also a small market. The only new Wi-Fi connection very weak and present only in some areas of the campsite. Perfect location to visit Rome in the evening.

The friendliest staff ever! Always smiling and greeting while meeted. Cosy little bungalows, bigger bungalows, tent and caravan area. From the restaurant you can get a meal from 8 to 14 euros. Pool area and a mini market open in the summer season. I loved staying there.

Not even worthy of one star. This place is a total shamble. It is disgusting and dirty and the way the staff treat you is dispicable. Do not go to this place you have to pay for everything. We paid a lot of money to stay here and paid even more when we got to the reception. There was a huge bug infestation and the bungalows looked like they hadn't been cleaned within at least a few months there was grime and dirt and inch layer of dust. If enjoyed the stay you must be insane the only good bit about it was leaving.

Lovely camping. Very nice swimming pool! Close to Rome so it's perfect for a day in the city. They were very kind. Price quality 10/10!

Lovely site, we were a little apprehensive after reading TripAdvisor reviews. Staff friendly enough, shuttle bus is a godsend. Pool is great though very strong with chlorine. Restaurant is very expensive and the shop not well stocked and pricey (£13 euro for a bottle of cheap looking red wine). Also music played untill quite late (midnight) which was a bit annoying, it meant we had to stay up later and drink another bottle of wine.

The village is surrounded by greenery. I stayed in bungalow 22, everything was clean and tidy. The pool is free, but you need a headset. Ah, there are no towels, but if you want they give you a big one for 2nd, or if not you bring it from home. I paid 38 euros with the included residence fee.

Not the best camping, but not bad either. The location directly beneath the high-power electricity lines was not optimal. Swimming pool was closed in late April when we were there.

The happy village is a short distance from Prima Porta in the heart of the Veio Nature Park, surrounded by nature.
The pools that are located on the outdoor terrace are two one large and deep and the other smaller for kids, all provided with umbrellas and loungers! I also recommend it to eat really all good!

Very nice place but lacks a flat area. Celebrating a birthday or any other event becomes a complex for this reason.

Loved it what you pay for is what you get. Free transport to and from the local train station helped us with no traffic or paking fees to worry about Bring your own towels and toilet paper, soap and shampoo was provided. Pool looked sparkling clean and our cabin was surround with bird life. Eating here was enjoyable the cost was reasonable. The suttle driver was very friendly and other staff helpful. The internet was good in the public areas only. We are a party of four very happy adults. Mike.

Nice, large camping place with basic facilities. For a longer caravan it will be difficult to find a place during high season. There is a free shuttle bus to the closest train station, 4-5 times a day. Do not stay here if you are sensitive to electric lines (power line goes over the camping area, makes a little noise, too).

Stayed for six nights on a pitch with our Caravan, very friendly greeting at Reception. Free bus to the station, easy way to get to Rome. All in all a very nice site with clean facilities.

Very nice and friendly place the people who work there are very polite, we arrived at lunchtime without booking it was all busy yet they welcomed us with no problems… thanks!

It's OK here. Playground for kids go like this. Food goes like this.

Campsite operators very friendly and helpful. Warm welcome at check-in. Unfortunately, this is also almost everything you can say positive about the place. The sanitary facilities are plentiful, but plenty of them are also defective/completed. Unfortunately, you can only dream of cleanliness here, because only once was cleaned within 3 days. There are also toilets and showers in the open air. Open bungalows, so to speak. What can be fresh when you take a shower when you are there in the low season. The shuttle to the station goes 3-4 times a day, a public bus also runs from Mo-SA (Sunday not! ) Unfortunately, this place does not belong to the cheaper one, because of this and the lack of sanitary facilities unfortunately only 2 stars. Happy camping I had imagined differently.

Unbelievable to have to pay for cold tight not even coffee for breakfast once and never again.

Nice and cozy, spacious and comfortable bungalows equipped with everything. Also the pool was pretty big.

This place is not worth more than about £5 a night. Your better of in a hostel I've stayed in nicer ones of them. They said I get free toiletries with my stay for two people but we had to pay for everything, towels, Toliet rolls, soap, shampoo, hand towels. I would recommend this place to anyone who is reading this, the shower was broken and they did nothing about it. There was mold on the bus and in our room, I payed for one with a kitchen and they pretended they didn't understand. The pool is full of flies and bugs. Restaurant constantly is shut or 'has problems' and there is no where around here to eat otherwise. It says mini bar but they mean a manky fridge. The shower leaks and the pipesare held up with rocks under the beach huts they say are bungalows. Prices constantly change and they wouldn't refund me for there drinks machine not working. If you unlucky and don't pay for alot extra for a private bathroom the Toliet is a hose pointing in a basen you have to turn on and off. worst place I have ever stayed.

The locations are correct. There is also a free shuttle to a train station from where you can directly reach the city centre of Rome. The public transport card costs €7, 24 hours and includes all transport (trains, Metro, bus etc. )
The toilets and showers have no light! The collective light only lights up when it is dark and in most toilets and showers it does not turn on at all! Similarly, in most toilets there are no bowls.
Otherwise, camping convenient to visit Rome.
The staff and especially the shuttle driver are super friendly!

Free transfer to the nearby train station, Roma is just 20 minutes, the ticket costs only 1.5€. Very kind and helpful staff. Nice, clean, quiet environment. You can take your dog without a surcharge.

The place is not particularly beautiful. High-voltage lines tarnish the image. Neither restaurant nor shop are particularly good. But it was not dirty, heating, showers and shuttle bus work.

The campsite had their own free bus to the train station, gentle staff and clean place. Many stray cats arround.

+Unplanned check in went smooth and easy, we could even inspect the spaces and pick one. +It has a Shuttle which drives between trainstation and camping The last Shuttle departs 21:30. The total trip time to Rome is about 35 Minutes with shuttlebus +20min walking to the center. + The Restaurant sells good Pizzas until 23:00, I can reccomend it when there are little people. -Shuttle wont wait 5 Minutes for delay dont come to late. -Wifi is not working 100% but its Free. -Staff was nice and spoke english but was not really friendly. % Sanitary facilities smell sometimes bad but are pretty clean. % Bathcape required, pool not long opend, looks nice %The spaces are OK sized, could be bigger for camper. There is no Toiletpaper! At the end the camping is not worth 40€/Night (camper).

Friendly staff, lovely pool, shady tent pitches. Restaurant offers pricey 4 course meals and reasonable pizza/pasta menu. Shop is basic but bigger local supermarket nearby. Slightly above average price per night but free shuttle to train/metro into Rome. Lots of hot water, but no loo roll, plugs or lights in ladies washroom!

Following a reservation problem with the booking site, a reservation at this location has not been cancelled. Happy Village is not responsible for this technical problem.
It was, however, impossible to make these dishonest people hear reason, who charged me €886 without any possibility of finding a solution.

The campsite is rather large the bungalows are functional and the pool is awesome. However the bathrooms of the bungalows are very small.

Nice pool, sanitary correct, bus available to get to the metro station for Rome…

Beautiful camping with pool. The restaurant is super with always new and high standard dishes. Recommended.

It's is too far from Roma, however it is really calmed and during the night there is breeze that helps handle the hot weather. There is not sir conditioner. The place overall is good. However they need to improve a lot of thing such as the need, the ventilation in the room and stop charging weird taxes.

I hated this place because they charged for everything. Employees are liar. They couldnt open the main gate because we had flight to catch around 7 am. They were saying we cant open the gate until 7. But they finally did open the gate. They charged for towerl and room cleaning service 20 euro for cleaning and 3 euro for towel. They will charge cash payment 2 euro for every night you stay there its 2 euro per night per person.

I sent my children there for a few days but as they were not 18 years old, the hotel refused to host them. The hotel having been prepaid I of course asked for the refund but he refused claiming that it is in their general conditions! Beautiful mentality!

Great stay for Christmas time! Three-day stay (from 29 December to 01 January) in a warm bungalow, equipped with a double bed, a single bed and en-suite bathroom. We particularly thank Alberto, the restaurant's Morabeza, for the hospitality, kindness and chatter of evening entertainment and during the morning breakfasts. A special thanks also to Vasily (I apologize if it is not written correctly), driver of the bus-shuttle, for the sympathy and patience in conducting and waiting at the terminus of the train. We both send a profuse smile, as big as the many received from you. Until next time!

Clean site with a nice pool, large restaurant. Quite expensive, but worth the money.

Just outside of Rome city, easy access within 25 mins to park and ride. Shuttle bus provided if you don't have a car. Feels like good value for money.

I can not recommend the camping place happy village in Rome.
There is night's sleep from 0-7 pm.
Unfortunately the campsite restaurant not adheres itself to this night's sleep!
We were on a Saturday there, there was held a birthday party at the outdoor of restaurant.
We have been to been booming throughout the evening loudly with music and karaoke. Sleep was not to think!
It was not closing then also at midnight so but only at 1:30 in the night.
Multiple complaints at the reception and in the restaurant have brought nothing! The night's rest of their campers was that matter.
The nearby motorway to Viterbo and nocturnal barking dogs were also a factor.
Sanitary facilities have satisfactory levels, no toilet paper.
Not lockable cabins with washbasin and mirror available. If you want to shower takes place the washing in public.
Showers at times unusable because too little water pressure and holes in the pipes. Shower enclosures offer no shelf way protected from water to get his clothes.
Evening massive harassment by mosquitoes.
Many sites under trees on terraces on the hillside, in places with an angled position.
Large motorhomes with more than 6 metres in length have space problems.
The campsite offers Wi-Fi only for extra fee.
To the / from the train station, the campsite offers a free shuttle bus at the but at night only once every 1.5 hours drive.

We were on the square without a booking. We were allowed to run over the campsite and find us a pitch, as was promised on the phone and by E-Mail. TOP!
We opted for a place and we were convinced the campsite directly. Although the road to the village rather not promise this. As a result of many potholes.
The sanitary facilities were always clean and well kept. The showers large enough and included in the price. Also, there is the possibility to lay his cold packs in the chest. TOP!
The only shortcoming is the grocery store on the square. An adjoining room of the restaurant and the selection is very low, which is also extremely expensive! We have not tested the restaurant.
The bus-shuttle from the campsite to the nearest train station is really cool, from there you can get easily to Rome. All in all a very nice camping place with really good service. We paid 18 euros with ACSI card, which was well worth the space.

I give high score because is open on new year's Eve and new year.
Affordable price and free shuttle service to the train to reach the city.
The only downside I've found, is that services (shower, WC) are not well equipped for winter, (it's cold).
In our case, we have only been to pecnortar in the van and take a shower, has gone us really well the proximity and transportation services to the city.

September 2014. Young couple in Caravan.
-Easy but in slope and bad paved access camping.
-It is a campsite in slope though the plots are flat, with grass and shade, well defined and electricity nearby.
-Near Rome and a 10-minute drive from shopping malls (Decathlon, Ikea, Auchan etc…)
-Good camping for tourism in Rome, in the outskirts, on a mount, and own and free bus with a check in until 22:00 hours that leads to a train station which then leaves you in the Centre of Rome.
-Pay Wifi in the reception and the pool restaurant and bar area.
-Swimming pool with lounge chairs and small close to the bar.
-Toilets and toilet in good condition and apparently clean but without toilet paper.
-Washing machine, dryer and iron area.
-Friendly staff.
-Information on tourism in maps of payment reception.
-Machines vending machine at the entrance.
-Outdoor car park if you come out of the established schedule.
-Reasonable price and accepted ACSI (€18).

We stayed at the camp for three nights and it was a good experience! We were here in the beginning of august with a tent and a car. The price was very reasonable and the pitches were abundant and with good shades. The facilities were a bit old but considering it is a camp site, I can't really complain. You get what ypu pay for. There were freezers free to use, which is a great thing when you need to store something or to get your beer cold asap :-) you MUST catch the shuttle to The train station, becuase it is a really long walk and the neighbourhood of the train station is not really friendly as in my view. But you pay 1, 5€ for a 140 minute train ticket so you can come almost anywhere in Rome.

Campsite nice. Away from the city center and the metro. The camp has served the city. Rome was very crowded and complicated city, the traffic is very congested.

It was very happy to stay here. Specially staffs are so frendly and kindness! We would like to come back maybe in summer time! GRAZIE 1000
